As my early morning flight was getting closer and closer, I was getting more and more worried about how I would be able to find a cab or Uber at 3:50a. About 2 days prior, I found a few highly rated airport transit companies and started messaging/calling. I booked with Black Hawk not only because of their stellar ratings, but also because they were extremely responsive (and didn’t ghost me) which took a lot of the stress off. I was provided the driver’s contact upon payment which also gave me an extra sense of security that someone would be there and I could reach out if needed. The driver texted me just a few minutes prior to the pickup time to let me know he was here and was waiting to welcome me as I walked out. I was in good hands and made my 6a flight thanks to Black Hawk Sedans.

Gonzalo was wonderful! This service was worth every penny, we would have only seen a fraction of what we saw tosah trying to navigate ourselves. We had a fantastic city tour with Pedro during our two day visit to DC. We were short on time and I knew that a private tour would be the best way to see the sights. We’ve done many a private city tour and they really are the best way to discover the highlights and get a feel for a city and its history. Pedro took us to all the important memorials and landmarks, giving us plenty of time to look around and take photos. Such a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We enjoyed hearing his stories about his own experiences of DC and other interesting anecdotes. We highly recommend a tour with Pedro and Black Hawk Sedans.

We decided on using Black Hawk Sedans after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor for our airport transfers. We are so glad we did. Their communication was excellent as we received a text and email with our driver's information prior to our arrival. The driver was a true professional and very informative about the city. He definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities. We also used them for our return to DCA airport and all went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their services.
