We started where it all began, The Old Stone House. We met George because the light was on which was so fun! Melissa is so knowledgeable about everything on this tour. I could tell she genuinely has researched these locations to make our tour more enjoyable. We also visited some Kennedy locations, my favorite was where Jackie O moved to after her husband was assassinated. Melissa also was able to keep the energy up while going on this tour and kept us all entertained and engaged the entire time. We ended at the exorcist stairs where the movie was filmed and learned it was based on a true story. I have been many ghost tours and I can say without a doubt, Melissa is the most spookalicious tour guide we have ever had! I would highly recommend this tour with Melissa to anyone who is thinking about a ghost tour in the area.

Best ghost tour ever! Our guide, Becca, was great! I’ve been on other ghost tours around DC, and this is definitely the best one. Maybe it has something to do with the spookiness of Georgetown, or maybe the fact that it rained a bit on our tour so the cobblestone streets were wet and dark, but Becca was so knowledgeable and her storytelling was riveting. The Old Stone House was a great place to start the tour and ending at the Exorcist Steps was perfect. We actually went back to the Old Stone House after because we’d parked near there, and while my friend was taking a picture we saw the light in Bobby’s window (you’ll learn about Bobby) dim and then go brighter again. My friend also caught photos of orbs in a few of her pictures along the way. Awesome way to spend Halloween weekend and we were thoroughly spooked on our drive home. Book this tour immediately. You won’t be disappointed!

We are veterans when it comes to ghost tours and this was one of the best. Kailey was very knowledgeable and a great guide, often throwing in bits of humor as we went along. All of the places visited were very interesting and we learned so much about an area that is really in our own backyard.
It was a quality tour. There were no lags in the locations or stories. And the group was kept small to help facilitate conversation and stories. We had a blast. Highly recommend.

That was a really cool experience. I would not call it super scary but our tour guide was well prepared, made it fun, added some spook to it, and even acknowledged my son‘s birthday! A lot of great history of the area, and we had just been to Ford’s theater and a few of the sites with people mentioned so it was all fresh in our heads. I would definitely recommend and do it again.

We truly enjoyed our tour with Kailey, it was informative and fascinating to learn about the history of the area and how it ties to the hauntings of each location. You could physically feel the energy around us. Highly recommend!

We picked this as the event for my husbands birthday. We love all things spooky and this was the perfect mix of history and hauntings!
Melissa was an excellent tour guide, and was very informative about past and present owners of the haunted homes we were walking past in Georgetown. I would definitely recommend her as your guide. She adds great personality to the tour.
We absolutely enjoyed the tour, and next time we are in DC we will definitely be booking the other tour that is offered by this company!

This tour exceeded expectations for an enjoyable evening. It was the right mix of history and humor. The tour had families with young kids, adults, and one obvious first date. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Melissa has done a lot of research and could answer any question given to her but always with the skill of a storyteller. It was a refreshing activity after a day of museums and I think the whole group learned a lot about DC and Georgetown history without knowing it. I highly recommend the tour with Melissa.

This was an excellent tour. It was not cheezy and the host didn't try to make us see things by trying to create fear. He was informational about the history including what's been seen or heard in the area. The history of the Exorcist at the end was really interesting.

Just did Ghosts of Georgetown over the weekend with my sister, and we have to give it up for Jim, our host with the most. He was patient, fun, and clearly fascinated in what he had to share, which makes it so much more fun to experience. We walked with Jim for about an hour and a half, through the quiet streets of Georgetown, ending at the Exorcist stairs. I highly reccommend happy hour at Foxtrot prior to your tour ;)

Our friends took this tour and Raved about it. They told us they actually saw a Georgetown ghost named Buelah. She had creeped up the stairs of this house letting out Loud Stinky Farts. Everyone laughed. Buelah was a friendly ghost.

Hello, I have a party of four and was curious if there is a tour tomorrow 9/28? Just saw the website and would love to have the opportunity to do this while in town for the weekend

What are everyone's favorite museums? There are over 400 in Washinton D.C. One inside the Dept. of Commerce is great to visit on hot days, w/ fish tanks. Curious only one gas station in D.C. The zoo's a must. Resided there a year in an Embassy. Best way to "get around" is by landmarks". Consider a day & how many states one may drive through? The favorite hiding place was behind Lincoln Memorial along river (West) leaning onto driftwood w/ tribe of youngsters being happy.
