We had to wait more than 15 minutes after we took a shuttle to the rental car area to find Avis is booked in a different area. Then the service by the check-in lady at Avis was atrocious. She was absolutely rude and told us to take our service else where. My rental agreement is 466587166. She was rude to the extent of telling me I do not pay her rents.Written May 20, 2023
