      Great evening tour!
George (guide) and Edwin (driver) were both great. They had to be flexible last evening with different traffic changes etc on the evening. Both were very friendly. George had a wealth of knowledge on all our stops. Would defintely reccomend.

Ask for Nick! He's the best!
My first time in DC and this was the perfect addition to cap off the trip! Nick was our guide, and, being a DC native, was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, engaging, and an all-around consummate professional. While the sights and memorials are breath-taking on their own, Nick's personality and breadth of historical knowledge made the tour as complete and enjoyable as it was.

      Disappointed
Yesterday 04/19/24, at 6:30Pm we had a tour for 3 hours with TripAdvisor. We took the bus and everything was ok. We asked a question our tour guide and she wasn’t really friendly to us in answering the questions. We didn’t take it in attention. Me an my partner were speaking in our native language (not English). We got the last stop, where she said that is giving us 10 minutes and we should be back to the bus. After 7 minutes we returned and because we had 3 more minutes we decided to use the bathroom, that was in front of the bus. We went to the bathroom but it was closed so we immediately returned to the bus, and there was 2 more minutes, but when we had some more steps to get the bus, the bus started to move. We was right in the front of the bus, we are sure the driver saw as but they didn’t stop. Outside was really cold, it was night, after 10pm, we were in an unknown city. That was our 1st visit. We were really squared and confused. We didn’t understand why they did it to us. We felt discriminated. We stood in cold about an half an hour to figure out where we are and to call a Uber. The 1st Uber refused to come, so we were forced to order another one that was more expensive. Unfortunately we will never forget this bad experience with TripAdvisor. We are asking our money back, plus money that we spent on the Uber ($26.00).

Memorable evening touring the DC monuments.
I took this tour with my husband and two sons, ages 13 and 10. This was a wonderful way to see the major sites and monuments. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and what he does. The driver was also excellent. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

      A perfect night and experience!
A great tour from John! The tour length was just right, the amount of time at the monuments/sites was just right, the views were amazing and it was all I could have wanted. I had high expectations for this tour and John and Tanya [the driver] exceeded them. Thank you! John shared just the right amount of history for my teen son and I, incorporating personal experience and stories which made it feel special. I really enjoyed seeing the monuments at night and not having to navigate the traffic myself. It was both relaxing and inspiring.

Deon was a fantastic tour guide! Entertaining and extremely knowledgeable! The visit to the Capital was a bit hap-hazard, but that was before we met up with Deon on the bus.

      We were SHORT CHANGED
Please DO NOT let this reflect on our tour guide. Christopher did a marvelous job but we didn't get to stop in Old Town Alexandria and that was supposed to be part of the trip!!! It also said we would get a picture in front of the church and THAT never happened. Also, the NEW ROOM at Mt. Vernon is under construction and that should be divulged. Just disappointed that we were SHORT CHANGED.

Monument and Memorial Night Tour Exceptional!
Rochelle and Sean were a phenomenal duo with being a tour guide and driver. We had a full group this evening and Rochelle took the time to answer everyone’s questions and meet the needs of all parties and their interests while keeping our group moving along. She IS a historian!!! Her history knowledge is top notch and paired with humor and passion!!! We look forward to bringing our students on this tour next Spring!

      Mount Vernon.
Dion was our tour guide on this excursion and what a phenomenal person he is. His knowledge is immense and he made the day out extremely interesting for all of us. It was my birthday and I chose to go on this trip as my birthday treat and I am so glad that I did, it was the perfect day out, we also had amazing weather and Mount Vernon if definitely worthy of a visit. If there was a downside it was that we did not get to stop in Alexandria or visit the river front of Alexandria on our way pass.

DC Guided Bus Tour at night
This was my first trip to DC in a very long time. I took the USA Guided Tours DC at Dusk Guided Tour, and it was wonderful. Seeing everything at night was amazing. I was on the 14-person glass topped van. The weather was wonderful, so the glass top was removed. Our guide, Rob, had a wealth of information about DC. Our driver, Keith, was very personable and helpful when getting on and off the bus. He was also an excellent driver. I would definitely recommend this tour and plan to do a different tour with this company the next time I visit DC.

Perfect Night Tour - Book it!
Perfect night tour! Don't hesitate to book it! Our tour guide was Paul and our bus driver was Sean. They were wonderful! Paul was incredibly knowledgeable. As a history buff, I can tell you that his facts were right on, and I learned a tremendous amount. He was hilarious and he sang with a great singing voice. But the thing that was most impressive, was his compassion and care for each member of his tour. He took the time to help a grandfather and grandson find a family member's name on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. When a couple did not come back to the bus, he had Sean drive around the monument until we found them. In order to see each monument, it does entail quite a bit of walking. Paul was very clear about the time allotment at each location, and we never felt rushed. The Lincoln Memorial and the Korean Memorial had lost electricity and were in complete darkness; metro police blocked everyone from seeing both monuments. Paul felt do sorry for the inconvenience, although it was not his fault at all that he added the Eisenhower Memorial and an up close tour of the Capitol Building. Note: They give unlimited water to tour guests. The gathering place is a little confusing because it's lots of tours meeting in the same area. Once you check in, they send you to a line for your tour and then place you on buses until each bus fills.

The Beauty of DC at Night
Kris Carter was a wonderful guide. He watched out for our comfort and safety while telling us wonderful history that was surrounding us. I loved the Easter egg hidden surprises that her shared. His passion was evident. Our bus driver was excellent as well.

Terry the tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasent, however she dropped the ball when it came to following covid guidelines and not enforcing the skipping seats between people. This was part of the instructions prior to entering the bus so everyone was within 1 to 2 feet of each other. I had to ask her myself to have the passengers separate which I felt was not my job. The bus itself was very clean and comfortable and the tour was almost what I expected until the end it was time for the boat f. The boat less than acceptable surprised it was afloat the deck chairs scattered yard chairs windows not clean and no access for anyone with any disabilities. The drop down from the dock approx 2 feet and no railings to hold on to just 2 wooden wide posts.knee ,hip or the elderly or handicapped had to stay behind but still.paid full price. The driver of the bus was also very nice and felt like a safe ride. Riding back one women had her mask off and nothing was said to her. In this dangerous time of virus fear of spread I feel the reccomedations should be truly enforced. Although the staff did try to be helpful with other issues encountered with the folks left on the dock don't think I would reccomend this company.

Thanks for the feedback, Cathy. We appreciate you taking our tour, and for taking the time to share your experience. Our people are what set us apart and it sounds like you experienced the great service we are famous for. Although your guide reports not having seen anyone on the bus without a mask, we are grateful to know your group was informed of the protocols. While we must leave it to our guests to assess their own ability to board and disembark the buses/boats used on the tour, we will pass along your comments to our river cruise partner.

This is not worth the money, the guide spoke so fast we couldn’t understand anything he said. He didn’t seem to really care about his job and just went through his script.
I hope he finds employment doing something he enjoys.

We paid extra for a small group experience but 15 minutes into the event they called the van back and moved us to a 33 person bus. So we lost 30 minutes from our tour. The guide was very knowledgeable but we couldn't hear him on the foot tours which were upto 30 minutes instead of 10 minutes which were very difficult to endure, especially since it turned out to be a rainy day. The river ride turned out to be useless. Every one ran and cut into line to get the good seats. You couldn't see through the plastic drops and you couldn't hear the guide. Lunch was supposed to be provided but it wasn't. Pickup and drop-off was supposed to be provided but it wasn't. Paid $168 plus lunch plus 2 Uber rides brought the total to a little over $250 for a miserable tour in the rain with walking aids.
When we called to complain we were advised they have the right to move people to different busses.

This was my first visit to Washington, D.C., and I thought a tour on the first day would be a good idea. On Wednesday, March 23rd, I met up with USA Guided Tours. I had purchased my ticket before leaving home, based on reviews I had seen online. The price was very reasonable for an all-day bus tour that included a Potomac river cruise. Our guide, Joey, was great - very knowledgeable (she grew up in the area). Our driver, Ali, was also excellent, having to deal with the extra Cherry Blossom Festival traffic and drive our big, comfortable bus through the narrow Georgetown streets. My trip timing was fortunate as well, since the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and the river tour wasn't available until March 18th. A big hand to USA Guided Tours, especially Joey and Ali.

We were able to view most of the popular tourist sites/attractions from the comfortable tour bus; and we made numerous stops to get off and take photos at the various monuments and memorials.

Our tour guide, Nick (aka: "Tour God"), was superb, providing us with a wealth of information about the city, the presidents, and the monuments throughout the city. His humor made the tour even more fun.

The 45-minute cruise on the Potomac River was relaxing, scenic, and informative as well.

I have already recommended this tour to relatives, and I give it five stars without hesitation. This tour is perfect for first-time visitors, as well as for those of us who have trudged around the city on foot for hours and hours!

Tour was great. Our tour guide Dion made the whole experience fun and we got to see all of go to sites for my first trip to DC. Would highly recommend as it takes getting around the city out your hands, leaving you time to admire the sites and learn about the city's history.

Our family did this DC bus tour today and we had a a really great experience. Troy our driver gave us worry free transportation. Dion was an amazing guide. He’s super knowledgeable and humorous about DC history and we all learned something new. While we didn’t do the cruise because it was much too cold we still feel like we got our moneys worth.

This was an excellent tour. We saw a great deal of Washington in the 6 hr tour. Lots of stops and great photo opportunities. Our guide/driver, Dion was very knowledgeable and informative - we learned a great deal about all the areas we visited. Dion was also very well organised in ensuring everyone arrived back on the bus at the required time. We went to a great place lunch too - they actually had Gluten Free pizzas -which were delicious!

The tour guide and driver were simply amazing. Chris “The Truth” is the tour guide he is so informative enthusiastic and very well educated. Chris also shared his best places to visit and why as well as provided details to all of the Smithsonian’s and how you can find what you like at which museum you prefer. Thomas the driver handled the roads very well and stayed on time with all of the time expectations set. I strongly recommend this tour to anyone as you will never see all of the sites on your own.

A very intensive and exciting tour. Although I visited 30% of places the night before after arrival, the guide supplied with many facts the following day that made me look at the PoI from a different perspective and find my way in the new city. We had enough time to walk through the monuments, temples and to take pictures. There is much walk, so consider casual shoes, an umbrella wouldn't harm either, if you are visiting at a rainy season. If you are the first time in the DC, that tour will give you the basics and help you build new routes to explore the Capital at your pace.
