Bus left without us. We arrived at 6:40 for a night tour that was supposed to leave at 7. We arrived to the bus, where the parked driver said that the other bus had left without us. We didn’t get to attend the tour. Hopefully we will get a refund.

This was an impromptu tour. I decided on giving a chance as I was visiting in Arlington and the Washington DC area by myself while awaiting a next day flight out of Ronald Reagan Airport. I am disabled with limited mobility but i really wanted an opportunity to see with my own eyes many of the historical monuments and sites of significant American Pride. As a night tour is basically drive by touring it got me a close as able to see these remarkable American Marvels. The 15 minute stop at the Lincoln Memorial/ Washington Monument was absolutely breathtaking. Due to my disability the walk from the bus to the point of interest was a bit more difficult than I should have done on my own. But this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me so I pushed my capabilities in order to see these amazing sites with my own eyes. I paid the price with a couple days of leg and spine pain from pushing a bit too much. But I have no regrets. Doing this tour gave me such a feeling if personal and independent accomplishment. I’m so glad I did not allow my disability the opportunity of witnessing these beautiful monuments honoring Great American Leaders.

It was basically the same route they drive in the daytime but with a [very ] few comments about ghosts or murders. Since it is at night, you cannot really see any of the buildings or places they point out. Disappointing! Next time we will try an actual walking ghost tour.

One of us had been to DC before, but other two have not so was seeing everything for the first time and it was fascinating to them. Good views of monuments and glad you stopped at WW2 Memorial.

Absolutely wonderful tour, great views all across the capital and beyond and good stops for photographs. Love that we were able to get off the bus at Lincoln Memorial!! Our driver Ms. Gale was incredible and we want her on all of our bus tours from now on!

Clarence was a wonderful tour guide and made the Sunset tour so enjoyable. I’ve been on your tour buses before and Clarence made it so much more enjoyable. He stopped and shared at various locations and also did trivia with the guests. His knowledge of DC and the statues, monuments, etc. was excellent.

First time to Washington DC, Shari, Lena made me feel welcome and right at home. We rode the Big Bus to all the Moments....

The night tour was so worth the experience even though you might have already seen some of the same things in a day tour. Got really cool night pictures, Especially of the Washington monument reflecting on the pool. Bus guide also took us to Iwo Jima memorial as an extra treat. Would highly recommend. Being a senior, needed to use the restroom at the Lincoln Memorial which means it's difficult to do both that and run up to see the Lincoln memorial. Just needed 5 more minutes.

Ms Gale was an amazing tour guide on our evening trip around Washington DC on 10/10/24. Along with sharing her wealth of knowledge she conducted herself and her tour with great passion!

Ms Gale was an amazing tour guide! We had such a lovely sunset tour with stops at the Marine Corps Memorial and Lincoln in the beautiful evening! Would definitely recommend! It was nice too, the sunset trip was longer, more detailed and went to different stops from the hop on hop off tour that we had been utilizing our whole trip.

Nur was an exceptional tour guide. He was very very knowledgeable in regard to the history of Washington D.C. We, our family of four, enjoyed the tour!

We used the Washington DC Big Bus to check out the area. Stops were made along the way, and voice recordings were played. I found the stops close to most places of interest, but the bus wait times and lack of places to sit while waiting terrible and very inconvenient. Most, all my ticked (Sunset, Wharf, and Georgetown EXPIRED the day I started my Big Buss 3 day pass!!!! I start the bus on a Wednesday. I had scheduled Whatf to Georgetown, and back, and Sunset for the following Sunday. When I started the bus, ALL tickets started and Expired after Wednesday. There is NO customer support on Weekends, and The chat service is an automated best response system. If you ask the chat for the support number, it responds with phone support is NOT available. I give this tour company an F-. NOT NOT Use it. You can take the Metro, or walk. We are in our early 70s and found walking a non issue to the sites. Don't wast your money on the BIG BUS.

I can never thank Anthony Williams , Michelle Ward and Andrew for the kindness that they showed me the day. I took your tour on 9/23 when my special-needs grandson and I were separated and I did everything to reunite us together. They are in my debt for the rest of my life. You should be very proud of the caliber of these individuals! I will always use Big Bus Tours on my future trips!

Gale took us on a great sunset tour of Washington DC. She is very friendly and so helpful. I had left a book on the prior bus and she helped to locate it and get back to me.
