Great tour! Very informative and a good fun way to see Tavira’s highlights! The tour explored the cobbled streets, multiple churches and the salt fields. It finishes at Ti Maria for great food & wine. Definitely recommended

Great experience, great guide, very informative. Our guide blended history, culture, tradition, the environment, the importance of both flora and fauna, myths and legend. A great way to see the town and learn. Then go back and visit places of interest. Oh and the chocolates are divine 😋 😋😋

You get your own tour guide and the trip on a electric tuk tuk. My husband and I really enjoyed this experience, it allows you to see the main spots in Tavira and to discover the art and culture of this extraordinary town. Joao is from Tavira and he knows the story inside out. It's a friendly, exclusive way to discover Tavira. 110% recommended! After the tour we were taken to a beautiful tapas bar for a set menu with wine. Ti Maria restaurant was exceptional. Best tour in town!

This was a brilliant trip. We got picked up at our hotel and the guide was first class, full of really interesting stories as we went along. He spotted flamingos and stopped so we could get out and see them. The nature part was so good. On the city part, he was so engaging and really brought to life the history of the city and its buildings. The chocolate stop was fun too, although sadly they weren’t making any on a Monday morning. Fab chocolate though! The tuk tuk itself was great fun - take a cardigan in the autumn, it got a bit chilly on the road back from 4 Aquas. We’d like to do another one next time we come to Tavira - maybe the Santa Luzia one….

Excellent tour. Picked up at our accommodation and an hour later we knew so much about Tavira, its history and how to fill our days here. Tuk Tuk very comfortable to ride in, guide was excellent and no hesitation in recommending.

Really fabulous trip round Tavira. Lasted 3 hours and covered all the sites including the very interesting tuna village and museum. We’d done a Tuk Tuk trip in Tavira years ago but this trip far exceeded it. Very knowledgeable guide! To be thoroughly recommended

We had a really great tour with Lori. She was very nice and lovely. Her English was very easy to understand. The information about Tavira and the special places was great. She was also always able to answer our questions. The tour is definitely worthwhile to get a first impression of this beautiful city.

We totally recommend this tour of Tavira . The guide Lori was so plesant and such a fountain of knowledge of the natural and built heritage of the local area which brought a whole other dimension to our visit of Tavira. We most definately will return to this beautiful town .

Wow what an experience! Lori collected us in the tuk tuk and off we went on a wonderful tour of Tavira. Lori was so knowledgeable and helpful. It was a really hot day so the tuk tuk was a real treat, saved our legs and we had the best breeze! Our children were kept entertained with interesting facts. We were lucky enough to see some beautiful churches, the salt plains and flamingos.🦩 We finished off the tour by visiting the chocolate shop IBelle which sells amazing chocolate goodies. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tavira.

If you love learning about a new place and getting local tips on the best places to visit, then this is a must-do tour. Our guide, Joel, was knowledgeable and interesting. He gave us the history of tavira, and what drew people to the town over the years. The one hour tour was just enough to whet our appetite on our first morning and allowed us to get our bearings for the start of our stay. Highly recommended.
