Had to book a last minute Service to Riga airport and received a very friendly and absolut professional Service from booking, billing to the transfer itself. The driver was although the last minute booking precise on time and provide a excellent and pleasant Service - couldn’t have asked for more in my opinion.

We contacted this company to see if they could provide us with an English speaking driver to take us from Riga to Liepaja for the day to visit the area my husbands father came from. They were more than happy to do this and we were taken to several places of interest including some free time in Liepaja town for lunch. Our driver was punctual, the ride was comfortable and he made sure we had a rest stop, the journey was about 3 hours each way! Despite the heavy rain we were lucky enough to have dry weather while we were there. A great day and I would recommend this company if you need a car during your stay.

We had a minibus for 15 and a driver for the whole weekend around Riga. Everyhting has been perfect. The preparation of the trip has been very precise, our driver was waiting for us at the airport, he has been very kind and professional during the whole time. I strongly recommend this company

This has got to be the worst transfer experience we have ever had in many years of travelling I booked with Hoppa for a transfer of 24 people in 3 minibuses from Riga (RIX) to the city We arrived but our transfer didn’t, no sign of it. Although they said they were there and missed us We arrived on time, small airport and how do you miss 24 people!!! We looked around for 45 minutes and tried to make contact via Live chat with Hoppa as they didn’t supply the company details on the e ticket. We then got 5 taxis My complaint is how we weren’t believed when we complained and had to prove that there local transfer company didn’t show up or make contact with mobile phone records. What happened to the customer is always right, we were also on the return journey told to get receipts and this was to be reimbursed. It wasn’t and I have had a poor experience in trying to raise the issue with a team in South Africa that keep telling me colleagues aren’t in the office. Still awaiting money back this has to be the worst transfer experieince for me and the party of 24 people Won’t be using them again!!!!

A great driver that showed up on time and made the one and a half hour trip outside of Riga very pleasant. Very good price too, recommended!

in order to expedite our few hours ashore of Riga (from a cruise ship) - we chartered a taxi from this company, to enable fast and efficient movement between the different zones of the city, paying 50% pre payment. got very good vehicle and a very attentive and English speaking driver who gave us a very good service. this company is recommended.

Flight arrived on time at 00:30, there was nobody waiting for us and the 'urgent' contact number supplied was switched off - very helpful !!!!

Our family of four, ranging in age from 75 years to 4 years, visited Riga for the third time in as many years in September of 2017. We wanted to try and find the place of my husband's birth and discover where he spent the first four years of his life. Riga Transfers 24 was highly recommended on Trip Advisor and so we contacted them back in May of 2017. We had Oskars as our Driver and to say that he was exceptional would be an understatement! Oskars arrived right on time at our hotel in a beautiful new van with plenty of room inside and had a car seat for our grandson all ready to go. We did not have an actual itinerary for our ten hour adventure; instead, we told Oskars where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and then we relaxed in his capable hands. There are not words capable of describing the personal interest Oskars took in helping us discover the tiny village outside of Liepaja where my husband grew up. Oskars' excitement when we finally arrived, after navigating bumpier and bumpier dirt roads, was equal if not greater than our own. It was a truly glorious and rewarding day, made even more so by the dedication, professionalism, and expertise of Oskars Lusis. We highly recommend Oskars and Riga Transfers 24 without hesitation!

A group of us hired a van and driver to go around Latvia for a week or so. I have to say that the van was excellent. Very comfortable, clean and new. The driver, Danys, was great - very courteous as a driver and very safe plus he spoke excellent English and there was nothing he wouldn't do for us. There were no hidden costs at all and the back office was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and the driver they allocated to us.
