Our driver was on time, helped with our luggages and off we went. Drive to Tallinn was great, we had a nice conversation with the driver, he stopped for us at the seaside and for coffee. Definitely great service!

Karlis our driver-guide met my wife and I at our hotel in Riga. He was punctual and prompt in meeting our needs. He has extensive knowledge of the places we visited and we enjoyed his sharing of the history of both Latvia and Lithuania. He made our trip so much more memorable and special.

My husband and I got a first hand experience of a very professionalized treatment by this tour transfer who did not just bring us to Vilnius safety and on time but also to three different stops in between. The car was clean and so was the driver who was well dressed and well mannered. The driver never took advantage of us . If I had another chance of coming back to this part of Europe , I will definitely contact them. I will also definitely recommend them to friends for their services…… By the way they can even assist you with your tour around Europe☺️

Kurt was very friendly. We were the only people sign up, thus we have a private tour/transfer. Wish we would have stay longer in Cesis. Cesis was our highlight of the 4 places that we visited.

We needed an early morning (5AM) transfer from Old Town Riga to Riga Airport. There were just two of us, but we had many large suitcases so were a bit worried that a normal taxi or Bolt driver would not be sufficient. Baltic Transfers and Tours was recommended to us and turned out to be the perfect answer. Setting up the pickup was easy with immediate response to questions followed by email confirmation. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, which was helpful because of the extra bags. The driver was pleasant and polite, and even helped us get two trolleys at the airport for the many suitcases. I highly recommend this service.

We enjoyed the tour. From the pick up from our hotel it was already professional with the ipad having our names on it until the drop off. Carlos was nice and told us information about the city. He even gave us a mini city tour which we appreciated a lot. The castles are a must see for those who are into history. Rundale Palace is a bit big but there is an option to do the short circle tour which doesn't include the gardens. You can see the gardens from the windows anyway so we didn't choose this. Also the weather didn't help as it was raining and snowing. We had our ljnch in the Palace too, there was a restaurant. Overall I recommend this tour and hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.

My guide Martynas was polite, friendly, professional, a careful driver and exceptionally knowledgeable about Latvia's history. He explained each venue on the way and was able to answer all my questions. Huge advantage of going in the low season (November in my case) was that I was the only person touring around all three venues!

A great historical place to visit and you can climb the steep and narrow staircase to the top of the tower for wonderful panoramic views or the whole area itself

Martin, our driver and guide was a young man with a lot of knowledge of the history of the Baltic states. He was eager to answer any questions we had. On this trip, it was only my husband and I so it was a very personal trip. The guide escorted us to the entrance of each place we visited and made sure that we knew how to get to the car. We had a certain amount of time at each site but we were able to adjust based on our personal interest. We recommend this trip and hopefully you will get Martin as your guide.

We were very fortunate to have our own personal driver who couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. The only down side was that there was a long way to travel and a lot to see and do in half a day. Would recommend this tour over a full day.

This was an excellent day out to Sigulda to see the two main fortress sites. Driver was on time, very informative and he timed the day to suit what I wanted to do. Simply a great day made all the better by a friendly attentive driver.

Exceptional experience; the vendor was in constant communication with me prior to my arrival and my driver, Raivis was very punctual, arriving exactly on time. He was very friendly, professional and communicative. As mentioned in other feedback, you are pretty much hiring someone to drive you to these locations. If the driver may/may not have additional information, etc., they can share with you regarding the locations you'll visit, but I suspect not always. Our first stop was to visit Mezotne Palace, followed by a visit to Bauska Castle and then the finale, Rundale Palace. Each location had its own interesting aspects and history to explore. Rundale Palace felt a bit like visiting a mini Versailles; Raivis recommended I take the "long tour" and it didn't disappoint. Raivis allowed me to pretty much take my time on touring each location and I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend him and this tour for those wanting to get away from the city and experience a bit of the countryside.

Rundale palace was nice though not overwhelming. Sigulda was nice too. However, these visits were made memorable because of our guides Ava and Krista of Red Fox tours.
