Shocking. Tried booking. No response to questions or trying to book a tour. Sent lots emails and nothing from acknowledged text when I asked if I messaged right company. If a company can’t do the absolute basics communication wise I can’t imagine what the tours are like. Really disappointing as the tours looked impressive on glossy website.

Great balloon flight in Riga! We loved it! Our warmest recommendations! Great service from Dainis, Kristaps and the rest of the crew and our morning flight was an amazing experience!!! €900 for 4 people incl pick up and drop off. Magic!

In february 2018, we were very lucky to have heaps of snow in Riga. We decided to book a husky safari just outside Riga with tour point. At 85 eur per person, it was not cheap but it was worth every cent! He picked us up at the hotel exactly at the agreed time. On our way to the huskies, Dainis gave a lot of info about Riga and everything we passed by. We arrived after half an hour. First you could pet and play with the dogs. Then they took the time to explain how to drive. Be sure to take pictures of the holocaust monument. The ride was a great experience. Afterwards we drank tea and ate local treats. We highly recommend tour point!

We booked 3 Trips with Tourpoint when we were in Latvia. The first was Rundale Palace, Bauska Castle & Hill of Crosses (in Lithuania). The second was Sigulda, Litagne & Cesis including the former Soviet Nuclear Bunker. The third was Kuldiga. All of the trips were well planned and enjoyable. Our guide Dainis was friendly helpful and had great English. I would definitely use Tourpoint again if I visit Latvia again.

They have organised a hot air balloon trip for 4 of us. Price was 225 eur per person. We did not pay anything in advance as other companies were asking. Weather was really not stable so until last day when the tour was booked, we didn't know if we will go. That is really expected, so prepare yourself for this weather. When we arrived on the field, weather turned from cloudy and rainy into clear and sunny :) We were lucky. Ride was amazing!!! One of the best experiences we had in nature. If you ever go to a hot air balloon ride - wear something on your head. It is going to be very hot, and you need to protect your head from the heat. Nothing will happen if you don't have a hat, but it will be very very hot. Landing is a bit tricky as balloon can't land in one place, and it can bounce. Follow the instructions shared by the person flying the balloon. Have fun!

We were lucky enough to to have snow for the sledding to go ahead. Contact with the company was good. We were picked up on time by a knowledgable guide for the one and half hour drive. On arrival we were given a run through of what to do then set off for the 6 km run with the dogs. It was a fantastic experience, one everyone should try. Thank you

Without tour Points service, I can not enjoy to see old riga city . Really I have satisfied with his perfect service Thnaks for tour point !!!

I contacted the agency for night kayak tour for 4 people (ranges from 60 to 6 years old). The guide (Jans) was very helpful and very accommodating to our requests. He was very easy to contact and very nice. The tour was a success, everybody loves it. It was a different way of seeing the old town, and was very fun for the children. Jans also provided us with snacks and waters. And we enjoyed it on the riverbank. We really enjoyed this tour. Thank you Jans and Agnes! Definitely would recommend this agency for other people!

We were in Riga just for the weekend and contacted this agency about the husky dog sledding tour. They were easy to contact and the guide(Uldis Vanags) was very nice. Uldis knowledge about the history of Latvia is amazing. This is a must experience for someone who loves to try something different. The dogs were lovely. We really enjoyed this tour.
