- TMRTG0 contributionsNever Again.What a waste of time. I booked this months earlier for a group of eight. I received the official confirmation with a time window of 10:00 to 19:00. A week before the event, I tried to contact the provider to get an accurate time and got no response from them. I contacted Viator and they tried to contact the provider - also without success. I asked for my money back but was told that it was non refundable. So I was left almost £500 out of pocket with no confidence that the event was going to happen and with Viator, refusing to intervene. As the event day arrived, there was still no contact from the operator so at the end of the day, Viator agreed to refund my money. This was too late as I was not able to arrange an alternative event so we missed out completely.Written June 13, 2023
