We met at the tourist information office in old town Tallinn, so there’s no pick up at hotels. As part of the tour, we walked about 4 km over a board walk, that at points is narrow, 2 feet at most. Not suitable for someone who may loose balance, or has difficulty walking. However, if you during the walk, the tour guide accompanies the group about 1/4 of the walk and then goes back to retrieve the van and meet us at the other end of the park. So, I suppose if you asked them in advance, the person with limited walking ability could wait in the van during that part of the tour. The other stops involve much less walking around.
