    Fantastic, Extremely Knowledgable Tour
We had a fantastic time on this tour! Viktorija was extremely knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and was such a friendly guide. We learned a lot about the main sites in Vilnius and Uzupis, as well as the history of Lithuania in general. What a wonderful way to get to know a bit more about the city and country. I can’t recommend this tour enough - we had a fantastic time!

    Wonderful holiday in the Baltics!
We had a wonderful holiday in the Baltics organized by Travel Addicts. The program was very variated: we visited all the capital cities, but also other, less known spots in each country where you could go for lovely, organized walks and discover nature. Also, you wouldn't visit most of those beautiful places if you would go yourself. We recommend it to everyone; you really get a nice overview of the Baltic States during these two weeks for an affordable price.

    Very interesting science experience
The trip was very well organised, fascinating tour around the nuclear power plant, and also seemed very safe. The guides, both inside and outside the plant were interesting and well informed,

    Thoroughly interesting!
The tour started bright and early at 6am, when myself and a fellow traveller were picked up by our driver Pavel. Pavel was a great guide for the day, he told us alot about the history of not only Vilnius and its surroundings, but also the small towns and villages we passed through on the way to Ignalina NPP. On the way back, he took us the scenic route through the lake country, which was an unexpected surprise. As for the plant, the visit is conducted by an employee of the NPP and is really interesting. After passing through security you change into two layers of clothing to protect against any residual radiation. The NPP guide then takes you to the reactor hall of rector number 2, via a long central corridor. The reactor itself is an RMBK model, the same one that exploded at Chernobyl in 1986. You can stand on the reactor and I had the chance to peer into the spent fuel pools (don't worry, water absorbs any radiation, infact you could swim on the surface and you'd be safe). After visiting the reactor hall, you visit the control room, where its functions are explained, before a visit to the turbine hall, which is in the process of being disassembled. You cannot take pictures, but the guide will take photos for you. A cheap cafe is on site which made good local food. A visit to the workers town of Visaginas followed with Pavel. All-in-all a good day and an interesting experience. Would recommend this tour, with Lina particularly helpful in arranging it.

    Amazing guide and amazing city
Hello! It was my second day in the city, and at the first I thought "OK, nice city... ",after excursion and now I think "amazing and magnificent city, bright and colorful, cozy and pleasant". Previously, the tour seemed boring and useless to me, but this completely changed my opinion. Thank you, Alina!

    wanderers welcome
If you want to get an overall interesting and informative tour about Vilnius and Lithuania you’re at the right spot. We had a great time, our Tour was very personal since due to the weather almost nobody showed up. This gave us the unique possibility to get to know the Guide and have some stops in interesting cafes. It was awesome! Thanks :))
