It was a great walk and Erik is a very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly guide. We saw four bears and an eagle, and even if we hadn't Erik showed us lots of evidence like scratching posts etc, so we knew we were in bear country. The valley itself is also very beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Very fascinating experience. Everything went exactly according to expectations. Eric was remarkable guy at both personal and professional side. Also crew was super cool and fun. Expedition area is home to a lot of bear. I personally saw two momma bears just 2 kilometer from our parking spot where we met with Eric. Honestly, you could not ask for more

The whole day was super amazing, not even we saw bears but also we learnt a lot about nature and habitats of bears. Tourguide was super kind and I highly recomended him and whole Adventoura.

We enjoyed a very exciting bear tour, got a lot of information about nature and had the luck to see a big bear! The Bearwatching Hiking Day Tour was an amazing experience! Erik was a great guide and he taught us a lot about bears, other wildlife and the surrounding areas. The hike was moderately difficult, but we took lots of breaks to look for the bears and the views in the valley were very nice. We saw 1 large bear that walked around eating berries for about 20 before disappearing into the bushes. We also saw lots of deer, birds and other wildlife. Erik got photos and videos of the bear and sent it to us all after the tour. I would recommend 100%!

Our family of five plus one friend thoroughly enjoyed our day of rafting with Erik. The river was relatively calm, but there were still moments of excitement. Fortunately, it wasn’t a serious set of rapids, as that would have been too much for our eight year old. The drive from our hotel was about 80 minutes, and we really enjoyed learning more about Slovakia and the High Tatras from Erik. It’s a fascinating and beautiful region, and Erik’s enthusiasm and pride clearly came through. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to do the other tours offered, especially bear watching or the more advanced hikes for me and my wife. We’re hopeful to get back to this amazing part of the world!

What a thrilling adventure! Erik and his team of pilots were wonderful. We had amazing weather for our first paragliding experience. Communication was great with Erik. We drove up to the top of a mountain to take flight. Flying above the trees and village is something we will never forget. Highly recommend! Thank you Erik!

What a Great Experience!! The hike is very, very beautiful…we were very lucky and were able to see 5 bears and other beautiful wildlife (golden eagle, red deer, mountain goat). We knew it’s possible that we don’t see any wildlife/bears since this is not a zoo, so obviously we are very happy !! The hike itself is already incredibly beautiful and Erik is a super friendly host, also willing to help with tips for the area (recommended a great camping site for instance) We highly reccomend the tour !! The bear watching adventure was an excellent and rewarding experience! Erik’s knowledge and skills taught the group the sleeping, eating, mating and other habits of the Slovakian bears. With a trained mind, we observed bears from approximately 100 meters away. Some bears can be located at a farther distance. The binoculars helped us identify and observe the male, female and cubs. I encourage everyone to participate in this endeavor. The guide will teach you about the bears and their lives. My heart lives with the bears!
