    Lovely Recital
We loved the organ recital. The venue is small and the acoustics are truly wonderful! We went during the Christmas Market so we had to work our way through some people...not many since it wasn't the weekend.

    AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Appalled & disgusted at the state of this place. Ruined a day with friends. Changing rooms a mixed bag, my pass didn’t allow a changing hut despite paying for it, worker didn’t speak English, just kept telling me to go to the communal areas. Hair everywhere to be seen, walked! Not sure what the hell was in the waters but lots of unidentified liquids, plasters & hairs, really unpleasant. 2 of the 7 of us suffered for 3 weeks after, awful stomach cramps & diarrhoea, I did even go underwater or in the internal pools, which looked worse. Waste of money, couldn’t enjoy & won’t return ever!

Family and friends weekend away for birthday
The outdoor pools are great and the sauna salt and steam rooms too,the pool bar looked great aswell but there is hardly no explanation as to how to get around except some maps up on display which we went looking for. The cabins are a must and if you can i would take something to frap over you other than a towel for walking about, a towel dressing robe would be best. It was easy to find on the metro. Not many staff about and didn't seem to want to help either. A leaflet on arrival would have been good. The outdoor pools were what made it for us, they were amazing and clean really lovely. The indoor ones had an odour that wasn't nice and the pools didnt look appealing. We tred one and got out as we felt dirty.

With a few alterations could have been 5 star.
The views from the deck were amazing but as December very chilly. The lounges which were warm were very brightly lit so that the reflections in the windows blocked any view. We noticed that most of the other boats had dimmed lights. Sitting in some places you could hear 2 bands playing very loudly which was a bit disconcerting.

    Great trip
The views from the cruise are amazing. The staff are very friendly and service was good. Fanni is especially on the ball and recommended a lovely cocktail for us to try. Would definitely advise doing an evening one.

    Great day out in Budapest
Wonderful experience at the baths. So many different pools to go into, we booked the cabin option which was perfect. Cafe on site, take flip flops and a spare towel. Wasn’t too cold moving around the pools, staff very helpful.

Great cruise with a terrible pick-up service
The cruise was great. Very nice music, however if you wanted to buy CD they only accept cash for it in Forints and not bank cards. Food could have been better but was fairly ok. The dancers were great and staff as well. The ship is large and ideal for such kind of cruises, maybe the best one of all others that are fairly smaller. The major drawback we faced was the very bad pick-up service with the cooperative taxi company called city taxi. Although we booked in advance from the previous day the city taxi was calling us they couldn't find a driver for us. Finally at 19:00 hrs exactly after a lit of stess and chaos occurred they finally sent a taxi with the very good communication I had with Marina from the Hungaria Koncert Kft that is the tour organiser and did her best the ship not to leave the ship leave us behind as we were late due to incompetence of city taxi to follow a program. Overall though the cruise was great and I recommend it to anyone. However I suggest to Hungaria Koncert Kft to change their pick up provider!

    Outstanding winter visit
Outstanding visit - better than we expected - you have to appreciate it’s age and forgive some of the appearance. So much choice in pools and saunas your totally spoilt for choice. We started outdoors due to a lucky sunny Novembers day - plenty of hanging spaces for towels & robes - the whole place felt safe and without any worry for your belongings. Indoors was easily navigated around the clearly labelled posters. We ventured to the beer spa for a nose, it’s all good if you like beer on tap for 45 minutes whilst in wooden tubs - sadly I don’t drink beer so didn’t indulge for the extra charge. There’s 2 drinks cabins outside with alcohol & coffees etc with extra fees. The changing rooms & lockers are plentiful throughout the whole venue. There’s a clear male & female separate policy for dressing so individual bags are preferable - I would advise possibly 2 towels each taken or a robe and towels as they can get saturated moving around the different areas. Flip flops are a must. You can purchase all of the items on entry including swimming caps. All long hair must be tied up and they will point it out pool side. I would highly recommend a visit - we didn’t get round to having our taster treat at the nearby venue Gastro Cellar due to time but I believe this is another experience to enjoy. I will get back in a spring/summer month.

My friend and I booked an all day ticket costing approx £30 each. We arrived by 09:00 and headed straight to the booth to book in for a massage as we know these are very popular and book up quickly. Our session was at 12:30. The staff were very helpful. We bagged a couple of sun beds which had all been taken by 10am. We booked private cabins to change in which are lockable and you wear a wristband which gives you electronic access at any time so no need to book an additional safe. We didn’t try the lane swimming pool - for info, this is the only pool you are required to wear a swimming cap. We enjoyed the big outdoor thermal pool with the water jets and the ‘whirligig’ was great fun. The indoor pools and spas are great too. I had one pool to myself for a good half hour which was so nice. The massage was very professional and respectful and really good. We went for the ‘refreshing massage’ which cost around £55 each for 60 minutes. The showers are OK and soap is provided. Take your own towel and flip flops. Hairdryers are provided (you’re not allowed to use your own) and some work better than others. All in all a fantastic day which I would highly recommend.

Beautiful facility, package overpriced.
The thermal baths themselves are very beautiful and well-maintained. The so-called VIP package is not worth the price though. The palm garden has no flair and the options available on site are equally priced. I also booked a thalassotherapy treatment on site - totally disappointed!
Conclusion - just pay the normal entrance fee on site - ultimately everyone sits in the same pools!

This package is misleading and a rip off. There is no private spa or sauna in the Palm Room! There is only a small room with tropical plants, places to sit and expensive drinks. The “fruit bowl” is given to you in a premade plastic container and the “unlimited spring water” is a basic water dispenser with plastic cups. No service, in fact the women working in the area were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Just buy a basic ticket if you want to visit this place. Much cheaper and it’s the same (super crowed) pools.

A really lovely day out from start to finish. We booked the the Thermal Spa Palm house passes and is was a really good experience. We were given robes, towels and flip flops, we had a lovely cabin to change in and leave all our belongings securely in (we could come and go to this throughout the day) we went to the outdoor baths first then took the lift to the palm house where we chilled with a couple of cocktails and a fruit bowl for lunch which was really nice before returning back down to the indoor baths late afternoon and the steam rooms, we didn’t realise you could spend a whole day there but we managed it! Overall a really good day out.

It was very hot when we visited 37 degrees in the sun and so the main spa area was very busy. It was great to have the palm area as an escape. The package included a changing room we could lock, comfy chairs and sofas, a really nice fruit bowl as well as a cocktail and tea each. Yes this package is more expensive but if you want to find some calm in this busy spa it’s essential.

An ideal get-away from the concrete jungle. Located in City Park. Make sure you give yourself more than a couple of hours because there's plenty to see and do in the park.
I walked in and paid on entrance with local currency. Card payments accepted, but not euros.
The drinks are quite expensive, but that's to be expected.
There's three outdoor pools, two warm and one for swimming is cool.
Plenty of indoor pools at different temperatures. One pool was 40c!
Saunas are very hot.
Bring flip flops, I didn't.
