About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- G2399WBvictoriam0 contributionsExcellent serviceExcellent service. The day before arrival I was contacted to let me know where to meet the driver and on the day I was sent a photo of the car picking me up, which was very reassuring travelling as a solo female in a country I had not visited before. The return journey was just as good and my driver Susana was a pleasure to spend the drive with. Highly recommend.Written March 12, 2025
- R8005JGcarlam0 contributionsEurope tour1st time in Budapest with my family and we felt love with it. Our tour guide, Susan was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us a perfect overview of the Budapest, the buildings and its history. We learnt interesting facts and got lots of recommendations. The Parliament building was so impressive both the inside and the outside. We were so pleased to add this gigantic Parliament tour to our visit.Written March 10, 2025
- R8005JGcarlam0 contributionsEurope tourI wanted to make a memorable journey to my husband, so I chose this private transfer from Budapest to Vienna by adding a visit to Bratislava. It was not a long drive on the scenic countryside, around 2 hours. Our guide, Attila drove safely, the vehicle was very comfortable with enough space for all of our luggages. Attila was amazing, he took care of all our our extra wishes. He knows Bratislava and Vienna very well, we learned a lot, had so much fun together and we got to see many interesting places. Bratislava is a must, it is a really charming and lovely capital.Written March 10, 2025
- J9763GLsarahm0 contributionsAmazing city tourI had a fantastic day with Susana. I told her that I loved history and she shared so much amazing history of the city with me from a local point of view. I would have never learned so much on my own and would have never seen so much without her being able to drive me so close to all the locations. She was so kind and professional and fun!! I have bragged so much to my friends all week they are going to look for her next time they visit Budapest. I highly recommend this tour.Written March 4, 2025
- andyfA9712EN0 contributionsSpa tourWe had only 2 days in Budapest so we decided to join a private tour not to miss anything. Our guide, Sofia was exceptional, she did a wonderful job. Very friendly and funny person, and made our day amazing. She showed us the hidden gems and did a nice drop off at the thermal spa. The architecture, the pools and the saunas are awesome to see and enjoy. Thank you for the nice day.Written February 25, 2025

- marlac6820 contributionsBudapest holidayOne of my favourite sight in Budapest The architecture was majestic overlooking the Danube . Make sure to book the entrance tickets in advance as they are sold out quickly. It is a must see building both day and night. The evening cruise was beautiful the inside of the boat was comfortable, hostesses were very helpful. Viewing the buildings and the bridges from the Danube was unforgettable.Written February 19, 2025
- sharonwC3248QU0 contributionsGreat tour with Nora! The tour was perfectly planed. Each stop was both stunning and interesting in the Danube bend. Our guide, Nora customized our tour based on what we wanted to see. We really saw and learned a lot about the Hungarian history and about the Hungarian wine . It was a prefect balance between local history, tour of the cellar and great wine tasting.Written February 15, 2025
- sharonwC3248QU0 contributionsNice day!Susan was the best tour guide ever! She answered every question we asked. She was so informative and friendly! Always kind and always willing to help us with all the spots we visited. The views were spectacular from the river cruise and we had a wonderful time!Written February 15, 2025

- stevemR9976KI0 contributionsPerfect choiceThis tour was a perfect combination to see the most importing sites in Budapest in a short time. It is almost impossible to have tickets to enter the Parliament building so I was so glad to find this option. To visit the building is a must!!! However it was audioguided I learned a lot about its history and about the political system. The evening cruise with a drink was unforgettable, highly recommended!!Written January 10, 2025
- stevemR9976KI0 contributionsChristmas holidayWe spent the Christmas holiday in Budapest and I booked this tour for my husband as a surprise. It was a great choice we loved every minute. Etyek city is only a short drive from Budapest, the wine cellar visit was amazing. Our guide, Susan was very friendly and informative. The traditional Hungarian dinner was so tasty and we had lots os fun with the sommelier. To see the evening the lights from the Danube river was breathtaking!Written January 10, 2025
- jenseno20250 contributionsI don't recommend it to anyone.I booked the transfer online for a few days later, paid and I got the confirmation. The day of the pick up the taxi showed up with no car seat. The taxi driver was in a not collaborative attitude. We were struggling to get to the airport on time to not lose our flight. We were asking him for a solution when we suddenly left without offering us any decent alternative. Very rude driver and very unreliable service. Of course we didn't get a refund. Never again.Written January 9, 2025
- 643jeana0 contributionsRhine River Christmas Market Cruise, a Lovely & Charming WeekFrom the friendly and extraordinarily crew to the delicious meals to the beautiful ship—decorated for Christmas—to the excellent land tours and local guides, this experience was everything I’d been looking forward to for a couple of years…and MORE! Four female family members traveling together, we opted for two lowest floor staterooms and were not disappointed. In the cold winter season, we didn’t spend any time in our rooms and didn’t need a balcony. The meals, including appetizers, drinks, and desserts, were directed toward each local region’s culture, and they were always so tasty and lovely. Every single crew member was over-the-top (in the nicest way) attentive and friendly, taking care of us 24/7. The local guides and tours were amazing. The European Christmas markets along the Rhine were as wonderful as we had imagined, with one caveat: I would prefer to have chosen to begin our cruise in Basel because the markets in Breisach, Freiburg, and Strasbourg had the highest quality, most locally-crafted items to buy. Getting closer to Amsterdam, however, the markets’ decorations were the most visually outstanding. I am totally enamored with the European approach to Christmas! If you are considering booking a Viking river cruise, my advice would be to choose a region you are really interested in because the programs are 100% tuned to education and enrichment of the area’s history and culture. Those Viking commercials on public television are NOT just hype!Written December 19, 2024

Nora was really a friendly and a funny guide. She made our day an unforgettable experience. We learned so many new things about Hungary which otherwise we couldn't know. The Buda tour lasted more than two hours and covered all of the biggest sights.
The Danube river cruise is a must, if you are in Budapest, we could make amazing photos from the river. Highly recommended!
