Zoltan was in touch early and was a safe driver. We really enjoyed having him as our driver. We were exhausted yet inquisitive and he seemed to enjoy answering our questions.

Gabriel was very nice and meet us at the spot he had texted us to meet him at. He helped with or bags and got us directly to our hotel.

This was one of the easiest transfer experiences we’ve had recently. Our driver was friendly, the van was clean, and we made it to our destination without issue

When I received my confirmation, I was told the driver would meet us outside Baggage Claim and would have a sign with my name on it. (I’ve used other private transportation companies when traveling internationally and have had the same instructions; ok, we’ll meet outside Baggage Claim.) When we exited Baggage Claim, our driver wasn’t there. There were many drivers from other transportation companies, but not our driver! After searching for him for about 20 minutes, I messaged the driver (through the app) to find out where he was. I received a phone call from the company and was told they would find out where the driver was, and to stay where I was. About 10 minutes later the driver walked in. After we got to our hotel and settled in, I checked my messages and found that about an hour before our plane landed, the driver had texted me with different instructions on what to do when we arrived. First, don’t change meeting location right before the meeting time! Second, after a 15 hour flight, the last thing I want to do is have to hunt down a driver! Third, when I’m traveling internationally, I have my phone on airplane mode all the time so I don’t incur roaming charges, which means I’m not receiving nor checking for texts! Needless to say, I wouldn’t use this company again, nor recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with a late night transfer to our hotel in Budapest. The driver contacted us to let us know he was there before we left baggage claim and came into the terminal with a sign with our name on it.

Perfect airport transfer. Driver was a few minutes early, car was big enough, etc. Very responsive about confirming the booking and responding to questions. I love that they show you your pickup location on a map, as there were some similar addresses in town that were very far away and it helped to be sure they had the right place.

Great tour for our group of 6 ladies. We had a fantastic tour guide, a blonde lady and I think she was called Yvonne. She was such a great host, constantly making sure we were happy and having a good experience. Very knowledgeable about history, and everything Hungarian. This tour does include a bit of walking.

The driver contacted us before we left baggage claim and waited for us with a pick up sign with our names written on it so he was easy to locate when we exited.

Booking process was easy to use with both drivers being ok.return driver very prompt at pick up. When arriving at airport note that you are not greeted individually. We struggled to find the driver/company. In the end my husband noticed his name on a board held by a young lady with a group of maybe 20/30 people all waiting. This should have been made clear. We then had to wait for a specific driver with everyone’s name being called out in turn.

It was a very smooth transfer from the airport to our hotel. There was a person waiting outside the baggage claim area with my name on their board and directed me to the cab within 10 minutes. Ride was about 25 minutes long from the airport to the hotel no problem and it was great.
