Our driver, Jan, was excellent. Picked us up at the hotel, loaded our luggage, and set out. We had arranged a 2 hour stop in Bratislava on the way from Budapest to Vienna. He took us up to the Bratislava castle for a 30 minute photo op, then brought us to the city center where we did our own self-guided walk for 90 minutes. He was on time, right where he said. Along the last hour drive from Bratislava to Vienna, he provided good conversation about travels and trip advice, providing some helpful suggestions for things to explore and learn about. Unfailingly polite and helpful, I would highly recommend using this car service if you have a significant amount of luggage, want to customize your itinerary in any way, or if the trains are affected by any stops, diversions, or any interruptions.

Our driver Dominic was excellent. Although he did not speak English fluently (not even close) he did know some English and we managed quite well. When I booked this transfer from Budapest to Prague, Viator advised me that it included a 2-hour sightseeing tour. The tour operator for Viator provided a few suggestions as to where we might want to go. We chose the AnnoVino winery for wine-tasting and lunch. When we got there, we were advised that there was no where to eat (their Bistro was closed) and that wine tours only occur during high season (which apparently is not September) AND they are only for groups of 8 or more. We were extremely grateful that Dominic was with us because no one at the winery spoke English. Dominic found a local place for us to have lunch and he provided translation of the menu as well. I cannot impress strongly enough just how disappointed we were with Viator and their tour operator for providing mis-leading information. We will think twice before booking Viator again as we had a second tour through Viator in Prague and that was terrible!!!

My driver arrived on time, friendly, polite, professional, and got me to my requested destinations. The car accommodations was very clean with water and charger available. I felt safe as a solo traveler which put me at ease. One disappointment was I missed the site-seeing because I requested a stop in my family’s town. Overall, I definitely recommend the transfer to others.

We had an excellent trip (id very long - 10 h) from Budapest to Split with Daniel from MyDayTrip company We stopped in Zebrab and Plitvice NP along the way Daniel spoke excellent English as was very knowledgeable regarding the local sights and the politics of both Hungary and Croatia We can thoroughly recommend to trip

We booked a 7 hour drive from Budapest to Split. I was a little concerned about comfort for my husband but it turned out to be a pretty easy and comfortable drive. Angelico was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. His English was good so we had no problems communicating. I originally wanted to stop at Plitvice park but learned it would add 4 hours to the trip, which would have made an incredibly long day. I’m glad we didn’t because it was raining. We stopped in Zagreb instead for lunch which was fine. Great logistical help on these decisions, thank you!

This transfer was booked in January through Viator. One week before, I was told there was no driver at the price confirmed from the viator and the transfer company ( my europe journey) Viator did nothing so cancelled and renegotiated deal for transfer directly with 2hr sightseeing as previously booked and was confirmed. Driver while he was good , spoke little english and car looked like his older family car used daily. It seemed like he was a local ring in at the last minute, so basically, petrol station stops. Again, it is not the drivers fault, and it was raining near Venice, but for the money, we expected much better.

Really recommend this way of traveling as you still get to see some sights that you normally wouldn’t be able to see sitting on a train. Thomas our driver arrived very punctually and assisted with our bags into a spacious clean car. Water was also supplied. We choose to visit Bratislava Castle which was good and 2 hours was almost a perfect amount of time. The door to door pickup and drop off can’t be beat. Although it is expensive, you would end up paying more for a first class train ticket and then a separate tour so I would really recommend doing these transfers whenever you can.

We were greted by our driver who was EARLY with a big smile. I can not say enough good things about her. We stopped in Bratsalava for lunch at the UFO with a beautiful view of the entire area. Thank you for an enjoyable and interesting day.
