Me and my partner decided to book this for our first night in Budapest for my birthday. We met the guides at the meeting point and they were lovely, cant fault them at all. The group was mainly made up of one hen party which kind of stole the fun from everyone else, they played beer pong while the rest of us watched on not being invited to join in. We moved to the next bar and went to trade in our 'free drink' voucher to be told we could only have 1 of 5 options- none of which I liked all that much. I went for something I could just sip on, we ordered some food - which was lovely. Again, the group was a little segregated with the hen party having taken up most of the available seating. Myself and my partner called it a night and didn't bother going to the last bar or the night club. In hindsight I'd have much rather gone without the tour, and made our own way around the bars.

Hey,
We're sorry that your crawl was taken over by a hen party. Usually we try to get all guests involved with drinking games and included with the social aspect of the crawl. We wish you went to the last bar and club because they are AMAZING (Instant Club is the biggest in the city).
It seems like you would have enjoyed our Bingo Bar Crawl better (more interactions, starts with an open bar...). Let us know if you're ever back in Budapest and we can try it again :)

We spent our first night in Budapest on this pub crawl, which, unfortunately, did not live up to our expectations. The hosts did not appear to want to be there, and they provided very little guidance. They basically walked us to the pubs and then disappeared. The hosts changed at some point, but no one bothered to inform us, and they wouldn't specify how long we'd be at the bar; instead, they'd appear and say "5 minutes left". We met several wonderful people on the crawl, which was a bonus, but having a "guide" didn't add anything to the experience. It's probably more beneficial to simply Google "pubs in the area" and find your own way.

Had so much fun!! Paying for it today. I'm traveling solo and havent done too much nightlife so far so figured why not. I was worried I was gonna be too old for the group at 37 years old but it was a great range of people and ages. Met new friends and partied til 630am in the club. Very glad I branched out and tried the pub crawl! Can't wait to be back to do it again. Guides were wonderful! Thank you

Myself and my partner booked onto this pub crawl as it was advertised as a ‘ruin bar crawl’ - this is not the case. You do not leave the meeting point (hostel) until 10pm and it is a nightmare to get a drink in the bar there. We had 2 drinks in 2 hours then left. It is not a ruin bar tour as advertised. Complete waste of money. 0 involvement from the guides. Don’t bother.

Hi Olivia! We are so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy yourself as much as we hoped! We try and take our guests to some of the best and most lively bars in the city. We have also been in works with our partners to have more staff to help in alleviating the queue time for drinks while at the bars!

Jay was a really good tour guide! He gave us a lot of interesting recommendations in Budapest. We had a really fun night with him at the pub crawl, so we can definitely recommend the tour with him. It’s also a great way to meet people and make new friends!

Pub crawl was fun and took you around the party area of budapest. Tour guides was very nice, especially youseef. For the standard tickets you got shots at every bar and club (4 in total). Worth getting unlimited for one hour for 10 euros more.

Would definitely recommend! Had such a wonderful experience with lots of fun people and especially with the hosts Clémence, Cameron and Timmy, they are simply amazing. All the bars were great and ofcourse Instant was a great place to end the night! One last special thanks to Clémence, I am very happy that I met her. She even texted me to ask if all of us came home safe ❤️

Had such a great time on the Bingo Pub Crawl that we did another one the next day :) A very special thanks to our hosts, Clemence, Jamie and Evie. The entire staff is incredible and bars are a fun time. Could not recommend enough and can't wait to be back!!

Guides were great. Patches was goat. Definitely gonna recommend to other friends. Would definitely do again next time I’m in Budapest. Great experience overall very happy with how this night turned out.
