- cw12345678920150 contributionsGreat value for great funI’ve been here before and loved it. Great experience, still good value. Approx £10 to play however many arcade games and pinball machines as you like. There’s a whole section for multiplayer games which were really fun. A few of the machines were out of order but there are so many there it didn’t imap y the experience. This really is a must see in Budapest. Such a fun evening activity!Written December 3, 2024
- cjschreiner0 contributionsGo with someone that enjoys pinballI think it's obvious if you're going to this place that you like pinball. But if you go with someone make sure they have the same enthusiasm for.pinball as you do. If they don't, just don't take them cause they will just be following you around while you play pinball. They might play but they'll just be right by you.Written October 19, 2024
- r2uzenblot0 contributionsSure played a mean pinballWhat a find this was......! As an avid pinball player in my youth what a few hours it was that I spent here. An incredible history of the pinball museum with at least 80 to play and it was all free. Not only that but there was a selection of old arcade games from space invader, frogger, shooting games and so much more. It took me back to my youth. Loved every single minute of it and when I go back to Budapest I will definitely go back.Written October 6, 2024
- Veganmanchester0 contributionsHighlight of our trip! The pinball museum was the highlight of our trip, nostalgic vibes and great staff! There are SO many pinball machines to play with as well as other arcade games. Open till late, this was a great way to finish our evening off.Written September 15, 2024
- Graeme A0 contributionsAnazing & Unique PlaceWhat a cool place. Loosely a museum but really a collection of dozens of pinball and other arcade games from the 60s onwards. Pay the entry fee and you can play for hours. I hate video games, but this an awesome place for some nostalgic gaming! Highly recommended!Written July 26, 2024
- vonk20180 contributionsMust go thereWhen I saw that Budapest have pinball museum, I couldn't resist. There is a pinball machine inside from 1947 until today. And I wanted to play everything. Most of it I did because I stayed inside for a couple of hours, I didn't even notice that the time passed so quickly. I don't have to write you anything other than that there were two noble sisters playing pinball next to me!Written July 10, 2024
- elfishroxana0 contributionsA mustAmazing experience, budget friendly, a fun time travel from the 30s to the present day, a great way to spend your time if you are either a fan or arcade machines or moviesWritten June 27, 2024
- Trippy76060 contributionsGreat time playing the gamesGreat three hours playing all the different pinball and arcade machines. Only left as it was 1930hrs and we were starving.Written June 27, 2024
- 297mmv0 contributionsGreat fun for all ages.Brilliant place. With ages ranging from 13 to 62 in our group, we spent a very enjoyable 3 hours playing all the machines - felt more like 30 minutes. Everyone loved the experience and could have stayed much longer. Great fun!Written June 14, 2024
- catsailor20140 contributionsFantastic entertainmentA great place to visit either with or without children! Lots of machines to play on and had to eventually drag the other half away!Written June 9, 2024
- Hnm_100 contributionsMemorable!Such an incredible find in Budapest! You can easily spend hours here and get lost in the amount of games on offer. Brings back to many memories of playing pinball as a child. You just need to pay an entry fee and play as much as you want! Would highly recommend this when In Budapest!Written April 25, 2024
- 454natashai0 contributionsGreat funAmazing fun. Could have stayed here all day, but the weather outside was too nice 🤣. I like that you can re-enter as many times as you want all day. We went in the morning, visited Margaret Island and went on a boat trip then went back for the hour before closing time.Written April 11, 2024
- MatthewH5020 contributionsTime flies in here! This place was such a great find, it's a little out of town but well worth the walk. Tickets cost around £10 per person and for that you can play on all of the machines as much as you want for as long as you want that day. The pinball selection is huge with some new machines, loads of clasics and some really old ones from the 1950's. There is also a selection of other arcade machines from back in the day like Street Fighter and Point Blank. There is a small cafe area that has a good selection of soft drinks when you want a break and decent prices, you can also buy t shirts there with the museum logo. We spent almost 4 hours in there and honestly could have stayed longer. We visited on a Sunday and arrived for around 11.15am, just after opening and there was no queue. It got fairly busy for a while but never so that you couldn't find a free machine then after a couple of hours it went pretty quiet again. Great value for money and loads of fun, had a blast thanks!Written March 19, 2024
- 483clarep0 contributionsGreat fun!Fabulous fun, great atmosphere, very nostalgic looking at the old games. Clean and well maintained. Bar available for light refreshments. Pay on the door and play as long as you like.Written March 16, 2024
- barbies1700 contributionsDefinitely check this museum out!Bloody loved this, had to be one of my favourite evenings from the holiday, cheap entrance and you can surprisingly get very carried away with time playing so many machines from the last 100 years as well as other arcade and table games. The whole venue is bright, colourful and very cool looking. Would 100% recommend for all ages. Would make such a cool place to go on a date ❤️Written March 8, 2024

This is the best place I’ve been in a while! There were so many machines. It was really quiet so there was plenty of chance to use all the machines.
It was the first place I went on arrival in Budapest due to the short walk from my air bnb. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The best part was that on Sunday it is open until 10pm (local time) I was there for 4 hours and just lost track of time I only left because they were closing!
I managed to play all the machines I wanted to and never felt obliged to leave because no one was waiting. The staff were friendly and courteous and their English was good too.
I felt very welcome and very safe the whole time I was there and would 100% go and visit again!
It is excellent value for money roughly £8 when converted and the food and drink in there was very reasonable too. It had a family friendly atmosphere and everyone was having a great time.
I highly recommend this on your trip to Budapest especially if you like nostalgia and something fun to lose track of time.

Came with my wife who doesn't really have a video games/flipper culture and she almost loved it the same way as I did!
What a treasure! So many machines from past times, ranging from the 60's to the 2000's
We spent more than 2 hours without even realizing it.
I recommend attending morning or midday time on week ends as it is getting crowded later on.
Thanks so much for this incredible place!

It’s been decades since I played pinball so a reasonable entry price (around £7 equivalent) made this an enticing way to spend a few hours during a great overall city trip.
Hosting well over 100 pinball machines from the 1950’s onwards, plus other forgotten arcade games across all genre, all set for unlimited free play. No time limit on your visit makes this good value and a great nostalgic trip into earlier entertainment.
Location is around 5mins walk from Margaret bridge.

This place was super cool. We spent a few hours in there and time was flying. You pay the entrance fee and then you get to play all the games for free. Even though there were a lot of people we could always find something to play.

An absolute gem in budapest, for families and nerds alike! A wonderful place full (and I mean FULL) of pinball machines and other arcade games certain to give you joy.
You pay an entrance fee HUF 4,200 (GBP £9, EUR 10.50, USD $11) if you are over the age of 26 and HUF 3,000 (GBP £6.50, EUR 7.50, USD $7.80) for under the age of 26 and once you have your ticket all machines are free to play.
Pinball machines from the 1940's through to modern day and all your favourite arcade driving, shooting and puzzle games are included.
Theres a small bar selling drinks and snacks and the layout is really well thought out.
Clean toilets and facilities, even step stools for younger children to stand on and see the machines properly.
Do visit if spending time in Budapest.
Check times before you arrive as they are only open in the afternoons and closed some days.

What a fabulous place! From old to new pinball and some classic arcade machines that you can play on all included in the price. Galaga anyone? Come on!! Break up the stuffy museums. Throw yourself in and Enjoy. Arrive at 4! You will honestly not regret it. Heading back for my ‘Flipper’ T-shirt later this week. Big grins for young and old alike. Work on my highest score for next time! Thank you guys. 👍🏼

On a rainy day, after the kids had tired of wandering around museums and public parks, we decided to visit this museum, intrigued by the numerous reviews we had read.
The cost of the ticket is worth the visit. We have never seen such an infinite series of pinball machines different in genre, era and species.
The fun thing is that you can play any game without time limits.
Truly a fun experience that we will definitely remember.

A step back in our youth and a beautiful way to show our children what fun was for us at the time.
Large museum where the various pinball models are collected by era, from the first wooden to the last with electronic functions and animations. All are perfectly restored and working, you can play it “infinity” on all the models on display. To see for the recovery of your memory!
