We had a car reserved to pickup at airport and bring us to hotel intercontinental. Unfortunately my luggage was stolen. The representative Susana was able to talk the driver Attila into going out of his way and follow to track my luggage using air tags. The driver was very good at navigating rush hour traffic and helped track down luggage.

My friend and I went from Budapest to Vienna with Sidetrip Tours with a stop at Bratislava. However, we also made sidetrip tours to Szentendre, Esztergom and Gyor before stopping at Bratislava. I wanted to visit Gyor but didn't think we had the time. Were we ecstatic! Didn't know that was part of our itinerary! Our guides Thomas and Edith picked us up promptly at 7 AM from our hotel for our day trip from Budapest to Vienna. It’s roughly a 3 Hour drive by car. Upon arriving in Vienna, our first stop was at the Summer Palace for a tour of the palace and the grounds, then onto Market Square for a quick look around the Christmas market. Afterwards, we toured several churches then had a nice lunch followed by more sightseeing. Thomas and Edith definitely went above and beyond to make our trip worthwhile. I highly recommend this trip. I made a last-minute booking for this tour when I realized I had a morning to spare, and I’m so happy I did! I received a message confirming my booking almost immediately, and the operator Susana was responsive throughout the whole process. I was a little wary at first about doing this tour on my own as a solo female traveller, but my tour guide Tom made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout. He tailored the itinerary in Bratislava according to what I wanted to do, shared lots of interesting information about the history of the region, and got me to Vienna International Airport right on time to get checked in for my flight. The journey was easy and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend doing this instead of braving the train station crowd to take the train!

Amazing day with a spectacular guide My Son and I joined Susanna and her guided day tour to Vienna, Austria. Started at 7 am, Susanna greeted us warming and on the 2 1/2 drive to Vienna she provided great historical knowledge of Budapest, the countryside and of course as we got closer to Vienna. We did stop for a restroom and drink break which was very much welcomed. Once in Vienna, we arrived at Schobrunn Place where she navigated the tour process for our tickets and provide us details on the Palace and garden as we waited for our entry time. After the Palace tour, we headed to downtown Vienna where her historical knowledge was vas and informative! As we walk around the rung, he explained the history of the cultural and bldgs. And then we headed to a quaint restaurant for a delicious and massive meal. Susanna left us on our own to walk the Vienna Rodeo drive to shop. After a few hours, we left Vienna a bit early due to exhaustion so the drive back to Budapest was bit quiet for all. We would highly recommend her to anyone. Amazing yet exhausting day!

My wife and I recently completed a day trip of the Danube Bend via ShuttlesFromBudapest.com, and our hats are off to owner, Zsuzsanna Vizvári, for the patience, support and determination to meet our every need in spite of the largest flood along the Danube in 20 years. If you’ve ever seen a Viking Cruise commercial, you know what the Danube Bend looks like, and they use it because it is the most photogenic location along the entire river. Throw in the Visegrád Castle (best viewpoint for the bend) and the lovely towns of Esztergom and Szentendre, and you have the makings of a wonderful daytrip out of Budapest. At first, I attempted to create my own daytrip and considered a variety of commercial offerings, and soon concluded nothing could compete with a private tour via ShuttlesFromBudapest.com. And, I quickly knew I was right, when Suzanna immediately responded to my first inquiry by asking all the right questions to make sure her tour would meet our needs. The town of Esztergon was still under water, so, unfortunately, it was out. However, because our guide knew the local roads, we were able to have a full tour of Visegrad Castle with its wonderful views of “The Bend.” The roads into Szentendre were still closed, but our guide parked within a ¼ mile of the town and we were able to walk in and have a wonderful visit, which included a 3-course Hungarian meal at a quaint café right in the village center.. I mention these details, because they illustrate that I made the right choice from among several choices for our Danube Bend tour, and I’m so glad we did. Our visit to Budapest was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us, and Suzanna’s determination to make sure we were able to reach the Danube Bend in the very worst of times, insured we would not return home disappointed. We may never have another opportunity to make use of Suzanna’s exceptional services, but, if in the area, I recommend considering a ShuttlesFromBudapest tour.

First of all Csenge was late arriving due to traffic but she kept us updated via WhatsApp. She provided excellent commentary along the way. Answered all our questions. Was conscientious about bathroom breaks. Stopped at a traditional restaurant for lunch and helped us order. Was a great driver and carefully parked in some very tight spots. We were 2 couples only and the van was very comfortable. Due to road closures along Danube we had to go through the forest. A great day! Definitely better than the train because we made 4 sightseeing stops along the way. Ask for Csenge!
