There were two tour guides on the bus for three languages, English, French and Italian. It was a mess because there was always one group speaking when a guide was not speaking their language. By coincidence, I also speak all three and the guides were telling different stories. The French and Italian guide spoke both languages quite poorly so it was no surprise that the French complained. The lunch spot was very pretty but the food mediocre.

Unfortunately, our experience on the Budapest Dinner Danube Cruise fell short of expectations, particularly because it was meant to be a celebration of our 39th anniversary. Budapest itself is a beautiful city that we enjoyed immensely, but this dinner cruise left us disappointed. We had specifically requested a table by the window to savor the views, but upon arrival, we were assigned a table at the back next to a stack of chairs. To make matters worse, the light above our table was not working, which detracted from the ambiance even further. We reached out to the crew for assistance, but unfortunately, they were dismissive and did nothing to address the issue. While the sights of Budapest along the Danube are breathtaking, our special night was marred by poor service and negligence. We hope the company considers improving their customer service and attention to detail in future.

I am so happy I booked this transport to and from our hotel in Budapest. The driver was waiting for us upon airport arrival and on time for hotel departure, and always courteous. The cars are elegant and immaculate. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a wonderful way to see Budapest. Our guide, Nora was incredibly knowledgeable and showed us so many sights in Budapest. She parked close to buildings so we didn’t have to walk too much in the hot weather. Her passion and love for Budapest and it’s history was amazing. The lunch in the Buda castle area was tasty and traditional. At the end of the tour the view from the Danube river is a MUST! It was such a memorable experience to have such personalized service.

We had 4 days in Budapest. This company had an excellent costumer service. Our flight was changed twice, then again a 2 hours long delay on the arrival day and there was no issue. The management was so flexible and helpful that we did not have to worry about our transfer after the stressful journey. Vehicle was clean and had plenty of space for all of our luggages. Do not hesitate to use this company!

My husband and I thought this tour with Stephen as our driver/guide to be the best we've taken anywhere in the world!. Stephen was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. While providing background and history at each stop, he insured we had time to explore on our own and offered us plenty of time for photos. The tour included major sites in both Buda and Pest, lunch at a lovely restaurant, entrance fees to St. Mathias and a 1-hour boat tour on the Danube. This tour provided great value for the money and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to new travelers or seasoned veterans.

The private-organized package for Prague, Vienna Bratislava and Budapest was amazing. Service throughout the entire experience was exceptional. Transfers were comfortable and punctual, centered location hotels with courteous staff, meals excellent, tours informative and transportation convenient. I liked having private tours in each cities but then to have free time as well to explore on our own. Overall we had a really great experience from start to finish. Booked an Airport return shuttle 26 & 29th April for my wife and I. Excellent communication from Zsuszannah from the moment of booking. On landing in Budapest I received a welcome message and a photo of where to stand outside arrivals. Even a photo of our transport and its registration, we were picked up literally in minutes, 5 at the most. The vehicle was spotless and the driver was great, taking us right up to our hotel door. Again for the return to the Airport we had great communication and on time door to door service. Getting a good honest transfer can be hit and miss, but this company are brilliant. If I return to Budapest this is the company I would use again. Great communication, great service, highly recommended.
