Bolt and a second cab driver could not find the location NO signs. No one answered the phone when we called. We never made the boat and will be requesting a refund.

Waste of money! I spent 50 dollars on tickets we couldnt use when we arrived at the bath! They asked for a QR code which i never received, and was nowhere to be found on the ticket… never again .. you also get a better price buying the ticket there

Had a lovely day here definitely worth a visit if you go Budapest plenty of sun lounges we had a cabin which was great yours for the day and there are lockers by the pools you can use

The whole experience is awesome. You receive fresh and warm food with great view. There is a program with musicians during the whole cruise. And for the drinks you receive excellent service - our waiter was Mark and he made sure we had everything we needed and that I had a great birthday.

Excellent service by our waiter Mark. Awesome view and the food was really good. Also there is really nice program with musicians playing classical music. Definitely recommend.

The cruise was amazing photos where lovely, drinks kept flowing we had the bottle less Prosecco and it was always full and we where so looked after by valatine would go on the cruise again just for him

Amazing views. Treated like royalty. Booked an unimited prosecco one and was given bottle after bottle and very well looked after by valatine. Never without. Always checked okay. Even brought free liqueur. Would definitely recommend and won't forget the experience x

We wanted to do a boat trip at night and decided to do one with an evening meal. It was a very enjoyable trip and great experience. Service was top class and our server David was very friendly and more importantly quick with the drinks :) Music and views made the experience so worthwhile.

Service from DAVID was amazing, he could not do enough for us. VANESSA was really nice and could not have been happier to help us with any queries. The entertainment and music was great and seemed authentic. All staff were very happy to help and were all very smiley. Location and signage should be so much better... Google maps link didn't work properly.

We bought tickets to the Basilica on a Monday morning and heard about the pipe organ concert there each Monday night. Excited, we toured the Basilica and planned to return that night. However they would not let us return to enter the Basilica without purchasing another ticket to enter the building. We had only paid to enter a few hours prior so it seemed that it would be fine. However when we returned for the concert, we were DENIED entry and told our tickets were only good for ONE entry. What a horrible policy! I bought tickets. It’s a disgrace to tourists that they would bait and switch like this.

The cruise was spectacular with the buildings all lit up along the Danube. The food was very good and the entertainment was fun. Our only problem was we were given incorrect directions 2 times and ended up on the wrong side of the river. I called the company and they actually waited 5 extra minutes so we wouldn’t miss the trip. We were extremely grateful for their kindness!

My first tour in the city and it was good. More that I expected to be honest. Even with the rain, I enjoyed it. I liked the pick up from the hotel, because I can arrived on time to be part of this tour. The food was good, good selection, warm and tasty. Dessert area was not so big, but still enjoyable. The music and the traditional dance, where the dancers were wearing the traditional costumes, gave to the tour a special touch. Despite the rain, the night view from the river is fascinating. Recommend it this tour 100%

David was phenomenal. The service on this boat has been unmatched. We truly had an amazing time. It was our first day in Budapest and we got to see many of the sights and have traditional Hungarian food
