Petra was a wonderful guide - provided lots of historical context and information and happy to answer lots of questions. Really enjoyed it.

Good instructions to find the meet point and our tour guide Rebecca. She was very friendly and had a real passion for history, which showed. She was happy to answer questions and give any extra guidance on specific details during our tour. Really enjoyed the experience and would recommend, if you want a more indepth knowledge of Budapest, its history and the Castle district.

Nice walking tour from Pest side to Buda side. Rested briefly at a nice cafe w excellent strudels. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Will see most attractions w brief hx of Hungary.

We really enjoyed our tour with Monika. She is very informative and very friendly. I now know a lot about Budapest. And the stop for strudel couldn't be beat. We saw quite a lot of the city!!

Very beautiful and partially free (if you visit the outside area and the surroundings). It is a good spot to do some sightseeing of Pest. The cafés and restaurants in the complex are very expensive, so I wouldn’t recommend that. We were going to buy tickets for the church, when we saw a sign saying that there would be a free concert later that night. So we came back and not only visited it for free, but also listened to two choirs (one local and another one from the U.S.) —which was a good experience. Right next to the church, there is a Hilton hotel that is like a typical 80’s crystal box building and completely ruins the landscape. I don’t know why they allowed to put that there but —quiet frankly— they should demolish it. This is a historical and heritage site.

An enjoyable tour round the city, we learned lots of facts that I wouldn't have done walking round on our own, and covered a good distance too, seeing some things that we might otherwise have missed. The small group meant it was possible to ask questions etc. Stop for coffee and strudel was tasty 😊

Rebecca was an excellent knowledgeable guide on our walking tour. As an older couple it was good to be able to take our time to explore beautiful Budapest and a private walking tour allowed us more flexibility. Highly recommend this tour.

We did the walking tour with Petra and really enjoyed it. The group was small which meant it was easy to get around and see all the main sights. Petra was knowledgeable and also fun with an easy going style.

What an excellent tour!! So many beautiful buildings and sights to see. Greg our guide was friendly, so knowledgeable, and just wonderful really!! He answered so many questions. Greg was patient and paced the tour well. The stop at the strudel cafe was perfect !!!

Fantastic experience. Greg was great. We had a small group of 3 people, so it was very easy to move around amongst all the tourists. Greg took us on a more local view of the Buda castle area and gave us some great history about the area. Showed us some spots that tourists probably have no idea about! Gave us a great recommendation to go to the Black Raven restaurant in the Buda castle area for a more local experience. Would take another tour with Greg!
