In order to join our tour in Ljubljana, we had to get from the Zagreb airport to Ljubljana, approximately a two-hour trip. We booked and paid online well in advance. We sent an email a few days before leaving the US and received a confirming email that someone would meet us. We waited at the Zagreb airport for several hours. With help from airport personnel, we contacted our tour leader, who arranged for a colleague to take us to Ljubljana. The tour leader contacted Tirugi,and they refunded our payment the next day.
