Primoz Tovornik organized a perfect 12 day tour for our small group that included all the best that Slovenia has to offer--not only tourist sites, but personal home-visits, and some surprises. We had excellent guides, lovely 4 star hotels, a roomy, comfortable bus and many extras. The people of Slovenia are friendly and English-speaking, and outstanding in their hospitality. This country is a stellar example of how to organize and conquer problems of garbage, pollution and homelessness.

Tina is an amazing tour guide - very hard working, educational and fun! Ljubjlana wasn't even on our list 6 months ago, but we are so glad we went. Our only regret is that we only had 4 hours instead of 3 or 4 days. My wife and I hope to get back to Slovenia next year to see even more of this beautiful country. We had the best time with Mojca! She was accommodating when we had a border delay, accommodating when we needed an extra layer or two, and amazingly kind and giving throughout the day. She took us to see many, many great sites, helped us find the perfect strawberries in the market, and even joined us for glass of wine at the end of our trip. We felt spoiled, but we're most thankful we felt like friends!

Where do I start? So much to write down. What I will start with is: this guide wasn’t boring at all. You know those fuzzy guides in musea you sometimes have? Well this was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! I enjoyed every second, every minute & hour we wandered through the beautiful streets of Lubljana! My boyfriend & I fell in love with the city! I was more into the academic stuff & my boyfriend in the architecture: Tina pleased us both with all the details! She listens, she tells stories, she can handle a discussion! i took the tour with Tina, an excellent guide! everything was interesting (i can't say at all that i am fond of tours but i decided to try it because i was bored and i didnt expect much like usual boring tours) but then i was really fascinated by Ljubljana s history and the way Tina was presenting facts. I felt comfortable in her company and she gave me some advice how to ease my life here, in Slo 😀 that i really appreciate. so if your guide is Tina you are assured to get best experience during your tour. hvala lepo :)

We enjoyed the hidden secrets of Ljubljana tour with Primoz. He guided us to a number of hidden gems that we would not have noticed had we toured on our own. He is very knowledgeable about the city and was prepared with print material to better describe and explain certain aspects of the city, which was really helpful. His manner throughout our 2 hour tour was pleasant, considerate and full of fun and interesting facts. The time just flew. Especially appreciated, was the spectacular sunset that he orchestrated for our pleasure at the end of the tour on Butcher's Bridge ( with all the lover's locks ). Great way to end a very nice tour!! It was an amazing tour, I was taken around the whole city and all the different neighborhoods, pictures of how the biggest squares looked in the past were shown. Definitely a must in this beautiful city, it gets all the sightseeing done in no time. I was also shown nice places to visit and hiking trails.

The difference between scratching the surface of a country and getting to the heart of it - notwithstanding great value, you couldn't ask for a more relaxing, friendly and informative experience. In a few short days I saw the capital, the lakes and the mountains but most importantly relaxed and had fun. The tours couldn't be better and always with the client in mind. The perfect balance between nature and history...the past and the present. Totally recommended. It made all the difference. 10/10

We were only four, but David was terrific! He entertained all our questions and didn’t burden us with scripted information we might not have been interested in. The three beer samplings were accompanied by enough context to help us appreciate what we were drinking, and the surprise gift at the end of the almost 2 hour tour was a delight! Only drawback is that the gift shop is not on premises of the tour and it closed minutes before we could get there to buy some of the stunning t-shirts

We spent a week in Slovenia celebrating my birthday of which three days full of activities arranged by Tina and Primoz. Our guide for the three days was Valentina who was knowledgable, professional and fun and took very well care of us. Go to Slovenia Travel arranged a diversified program combining visit to Postojna caves, sight-seeing in Trieste, biking, wine tasting and zip lining in the valley of Soca. That last activity we all immensely enjoyed and can recommend to all – we were aged from 10 to 70. The program included all transportation (door to door pick up and drop off), bike rent, tickets and meals and everything was smooth and pleasant. Wow! My family just finished our second guided tour with Primosz. In 2016, we toured Slovenia with him and this time we ventured to Cental Europe. I cannot say enough good things about Go To Slovenia tours. Primosz and Tina are knowledgeable, professional and above all fun. At all times, we felt well taken care of. We were a group of ten family members ranging in ages from five to seventy. Tina and Primoz were very good at accommodating for all ranges and varied interests. They were able to accommodation special dietary needs while providing us with traditional local flavours.
