Fantastic SUP tour in Bled! Anja was our fantastic guide, she taught us the basics of the SUP to begin with, then we set off for beautiful Bled island. We are new to SUP but she put us at ease, and also taught us nice facts about Slovenia :-) We had some time in Bled island as part of the tour, and even had some time to jump into the water and have a nice cooling swim on a hot day. Anja also took lots of nice photos of us, and made it a very fun experience indeed! Chris & Hannah the happy honeymooners

The all expierience was great! Guides were amazing! professional and nice! Fun plays in the water. Amazing visit of the island! Suggestion: Put the sunscreen on!

Amazing guides ( Spela and Veronika ), they go above and beyond to make your trip enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend this adventure ( and any activity with Bananaway ). Spela went on the sup and brought us dumplings that we ate while “ supping “….how cool is that ?

The SUP tour on hot Sunday through the Dolenjska jungle was an exciting and at times also an adrenaline experience. Expedition leader Amanda has proven to be a true leader you can trust in a given situation; it’s like a mouse that isn’t there when everything goes smoothly on one side. But on the other hand, when it is necessary to take command, all of a sudden her strong voice appears and we all listen. Looking forward next time traveling with Amanda and Banaway in Slo or abroad. Just had a great jungle paddle board adventure on rivers Temenica and Krka with Bananaway. It was most fun couple of hours, enjoying every moment of it. Our guide Amanda took great care of us. Had a really great time and can't wait to go on another paddle-boarding trip again:)

In july 2020 I went on my first SUP Tour with Bananaway. Destination: Dolenjska region, where you are paddle-boarding on rivers Temenica and Krka and where you get a feeling that you are traveling through Slovenian jungle. A really special experience. Paddling SUP in the channels of Venice is the unique experience, and un unusual perspective to see this beautyful city in the meadle of gondolas and bridges. Amanda is the guide that provides you with security and pleasant humor. Definitely to recommend.

We had a really nice couple of hours on SUP tour on Lake Cerknica. Paddling over the flooden meadow was an interesting experience. Our instructor Amanda was very friendly and we also did some joga on the paddle board. Suitable for beginners. The banana we received at the end was a nice addition :).

We really enjoyed our SUP experience at Cerknica lake. It was my first time on a SUP and didnt really know what to expect, but our instructor Amanda was super nice, explained us basics of SUP paddling and made it very easy for me to start. Looking forward to go on another adventure with Bananaway:)

It was a magical experience on Cerknica lake with Bananaway SUP. It was approximately two hours lasting tour, we were on paddle board paddling over flooden meadows with view on nearby hill Slivnica. The instructor was really friendly and helpful, we even did some yoga postures on the board. A perfect way to relax and do sth for yourself.

Wonderful, unique and fun way to experience Venice. A full day trip with a good 5 to 6 hours of paddling. There are a lot of bridges that require ducking, squatting and kneeling to go under, boat traffic to avoid, and the occasional easy bump from fellow paddlers, so definitely not for a first time paddler. Be alert, know how to stop, know how to turn, and listen to your guides. But it's an easy pace, so if you are confident and realistic about your ability, there's absolutely no reason not to go on this trip and experience the canals in a way that very few do. The guides from Bananaway are great. Amanda is a confident, relaxed and fun leader, just the kind you need to feel at ease while paddling among the many boats and gondolas. And Urban a good navigator and adding the occasional fun history fact. Definitely a good guide duo. p.s. don't be too surprised to see tourists taking your picture on every bridge. A bigger and more unique attraction than even gondolas apparently!

Our private tour on the Soca river, to Tolmin Gorge and Kozjak waterfall was the highlight of our trip to Slovenia! Iris, in the office, was very helpful when planning our trip and was very flexible when we needed to postpone it due to the weather. Bananaway even offered to drop us at the airport so we could spend as much time as possible exploring on our last day. Nusa, our guide, was enthusiastic, friendly, punctual, fluent in English and a delight to spend time with. The Soca river was breathtakingly beautiful and the gorge and the waterfall were gorgeous. We had a very peaceful and pleasurable day. We highly recommend it!
