I visited this place with my tour group and I didn't expect this night to be fun. Great folklore and a must try when you are in Slovenia

Quite a good evening, I would recommend to travelers going through this beautiful part of the world.

Our small group tour enjoyed a fun evening and dinner here. The food was good and we enjoyed seeing the dancing as well as joining in with the dancers.It was a great way to end our tour. I recommend the Traditional Slovenian Evening very much.

This show was one of the highlights of our time in Ljubljana.The music was great and they get the audience to participate in different ways. We learned a lot about the traditional foods, costumes, customs and dances. The dinner was amazing! We highly recommend it!

Our OAT tour group had our farewell dinner here and it was perfect: wonderful hospitality, delicious traditional food and wine, energetic folk dancing, colorful costumes. I highly recommend it.

While our group was dining at a restaurant, a group of young people from Traditional Slovenian Evenings performed music and dances while dressed in traditional costumes. It was a delightful, entertaining, and educational experience for us. Seeing the young people so obviously having fun while keeping traditions alive was most enjoyable. They finished up by having us participate in the Slovenian Hat Dance. I won't spoil the surprise by telling you what that was, but it was a far cry from the Mexican Hat Dance.

A very entertaining evening with lots of dancing to watch, learning about tradional costumes, and playing traditional games. Interactive and entertaining. Food was average but entertainment was above average

We had our show at restaurant setica the show was very authentic and the host was clear and very helpful. Food was great. Loved the Chicken and pork cutlet and the pear teran desert. So good! The actors were very nice and made sure everyone had fun. There are fun dancing and games and everyone in the audience will have a chance to join weather voluntarily or involuntarily. A lot of clean good wholesome fun recommended for even young children and older folks. My 72 year old aunt enjoyed very much! They give you a nice souvenir at the end. Such a memorable evening.

This was our first trip to Slovenia. Other reviews on TripAdvisor convinced me that this experience was worthwhile and I'm so glad that we booked. The music and dance troupe and our host Thomas were great. They welcomed us with open arms, big smiles and a shot of authentic local liqueur. That got the evening off to a great start. The dancing was definitely the highlight of the evening. It was also very interesting to learn more about the traditional costumes of each region of Slovenia. I highly recommend this experience - it was a lot of fun and very interesting.

We attended the traditional folklore night at Ljubljana and we had a ball. After a huge four course traditional dinner we were entertained with traditional songs and dances performed by people dressed in the beautiful regional costumes. Then they got everyone up to join in and it was wonderful to see people from many different countries and different age groups really enjoying themselves and mixing freely with each other . A great night out and highly recommended.

I loved the dance and music and it was so good to see the traditional Ljubjanian outfits and music. You should try the Teran Liqueur. Really amazing wine!

I really enjoyed the folk dance presentation and the music. The dancers were fun and the presentation insightful. Plan for a slow, social meal (about 2 hours). The food is delicious and plentiful. We had a set menu as part of a tour group but a menu is available. I recommend making reservations. This is one of the oldest restaurants in town and definitely worth a visit.
