The excellent experience for anyone looking to have a great evening, while being enveloped in a folklore atmosphere of a Slovenian culture.
Show was fun while informative, we played games, we sampled tasty traditional food, music, service.. - everything was top notch.
The attention to the customer was stellar - my pregnant wife had obvious diet requirements, and attention to her needs was like I have never seen before. Adjustment to the menu were lightning quick and everything was seamless in that regard.
I would recommend it to anyone, families, couples, big groups - you will feel taken care of. Best ending to our Slovenian vacation.

Amazing!! It was so much fun, we had a fantastic time. The dancers shared some history behind their costumes and Slovenia, and even included the audience in participating in games and dancing. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I had dinner at a nice traditional restaurant. The food was ok and the service was excellent. The highlight of the entire night is the 6 traditional Slovenian dancers. They are dressed in their traditional customs from the Lake Bled region.
Their dances are very lively and cheeky. Then they invite diners to participate and make the evening full of interactive fun. I ended up dancing in a long conga line going out from the restaurant to the street and back.
A highly recommendable experience, one full of music, dance and games!!

This was one of the best nights out in Ljubljana. The typical Slovenian food was nice and the people were extremely hospitable. At the entrance they gave us a welcome drink and we danced and played games with the dancers. Alex and I can recommend this evening to everybody.

I am the type of guy who enjoys history, good food and great company. The Traditional Slovenian Dinner is all this and much more! They managed to entertain a big crowd by providing much more than we first expected. Food was the best we had during our 6 days in Slovenia and the dancers were amazing. At the end, we were all dancing and singing together. I could not recommend them enough. Well done guys and keep up the good work!

We loved the cultural aspects of this evening. We were a family of 3 and enjoyed the music, the dancing and learning about Slovenian culture, dance, clothing and food. This was certainly an enjoyable way to spend an evening in Lublijana. And, because it ends by 9:30, there is still plenty of time to enjoy a drink along the river is you so chose. If you are interested in Slovenian culture and food, you won't be disappointed.

The overall program was amazing. Given that we are a small group, we were able to dance with the local dance group, and participated in some local games. The host also provided some cultural and historical background of Slovenia.

This dinner was part of a coach tour around Europe. We had a great time watching and participating in Slovenian entertainment. The hat dance was especially entertaining. If you want a real feeling of Slovenia. I highly recommend this show.

I was on a group tour with Expat Explore and this was an optional excursion for a Slovenian Folk evening dinner and show. I am sooo glad I went. It was an absolutely amazing night of food, fun, laughs and entertainment! For our first course we each had a chopping board of assorted cold meats and cheese. There was a big basket of fresh bread which complemented the cheese and meats very well. For the main course I opted for vegetarian which was steamed dumplings filled with cheese and vegetables. There was a garden salad to accompany it. For dessert I had the poached pear with creme fresh. It was outstanding. I loved it. For the entertainment we saw dancers, singers and musicians perform and then came the crowd interaction. A few of us joined in and it was great fun to learn traditional Slovenian dances and we also got involved with the Hat game which was hilarious. We laughed til we cried. All the staff (servers through to the performers and the hostess) were soo lovely and friendly. The quality of food was superb. If you go there you must try their flavoured vodkas. Blueberry is amazing. I will highly recommend this place to everyone! If you are in Ljubljana, this place is not to be missed!

Where exactly is the evening. It says central Ljubilano and it also says depart from central at 7 pm as if there might be a journey involved.

Ljubljana is a small walking city. We walked there. It is in a fairly deserted underground mall. You should contact the tour you are going with. We booked this evening at the tourist office the afternoon of the dinner/show. We used google maps walking. Easy.
