    Yummy, fun, easy, and exceptional
Maria was a fantastic instructor. I really loved how she had some items prepped (the filling so we didn't have to peel potatoes and let them cool). We got to learn some of the basic principles for cooking pierogis. They were very tasty when we were done. And for sure - come hungry!! We were a small group and had leftovers (which I was able to take home and share with friends). My favorite part was learning how to do different designs with the pierogis. Even some friends I made in Warsaw were excited for me to try out this class. I would highly recommend it for your stay in Warsaw!

Learn to make pierogi - and then eat them!
The class was very hands on. Making the pastry and then assembling with a variety of fillings; followed by how to cook them. We also sampled a couple of Polish liqueurs. A fun way to spend a couple of hours and eat lunch into the bargain. Wine was available.

A great course learning how to make pierogi
Really enjoyable course with Maria. She was very good at putting us all at ease, clearly guiding us through the preparation and providing us with tips and hints on how to make the best looking and tasting pierogi. And we got to eat them for lunch afterwards! Now looking forward to making these at home. Would definitely recommend this course

    Standard dumpling cooking class
A organised but standard dumpling cooking class. As a Polish native I’ve found the dumplings of an average quality. Overall a good experience to do but not worth the price.

Great experience and insights into the secrets of making delicious Pierogi!
It has not only been a great learning experience but also a lot of fun. We made the dough as well as several fillings, got to know a variety of „sealing“ options and learned how to perfectly cook the dumplings, how to best store them and what else to do. The group has been super nice and our host took great care of us, showed us every step very patiently and could explain everything, also additional background on the culture. Of course we enjoyed our many dumpling variations altogether in a nice atmosphere and could exchange and get to know each other a bit more. This was also the moment to try the Polish liquor, which was really nice as well and ended the course in a delicious way. Certainly, this was a highlight of my trip to Warsaw and I’m already eager to try and cook them at home! The recipes and pictures shared afterwards are a perfect memory of this great experience. Thanks again, Maria! :)

    Great course, great food
I had a great time at this experience! The session was well planned out, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. You make pierogi in pairs, and then get to eat them, and there were lots of pierogi of different fillings to try. The recipe sent to you afterwards is also very helpful, with tips on pierogi fillings to make in future

    Fun food tasting
Great cooking class. Lively group. Teacher was funny and knowledgeable. Good food well prepared. We enjoyed the pierogie. This is perfect for a group staying at an Airbnb with a kitchen where you could take away food and cook it up later in the week.

This was a fun activity on our third day in Warszawa and it lived up to expectations. Maria gave clear instructions and was attentive and informative throughout the whole process of preparing, cooking and eating the group's pierogis. The venue was bright and clean and we left feeling we'd all had a great time!

Super fun family friendly activity. We were with Patricia who had a great sense of humor and was very patient and kind. We loved all the different fillings and techniques! Very fun activity to do while visiting Warsaw. Had a private class which I would definitely recommend for a more intimate experience

My daughter and I had a great time with Maria during a private pasta class. We are not new to making pasta, but new to the way Maria makes it - and it was fabulous. The colors and shapes were so much fun. Highly recommend spending time in her shop. Maria's communication is outstanding and she worked hard to find a class time that worked well for our trip. Thank you, Maria!

Great food tour for vegans, vegetarians and like-minded people. The guide was knowleable and spoke very good English. And the food was just delicious. If you have had enough of crowded tourist traps in the Old Town, this culinary walk is just for you: Powiśle is a true mecca for foodies and a super nice neighborhood to visit. Highly recommend if you are in Warsaw.

This was the highlight of the family trip to Warsaw. We are vegetarians and when we looked through regular food tours, we realised they are mainly for meat eaters. On this walk you get to eat loads of delicious meatless dishes: from starters to cakes. And a dose of history about the district from an enthusiastic guide.

Can't think of a better day in Warsaw.
I am a huge fan of local food tours so my expectations were high. The plant-powered walk was spot on! Showing the less popular face of Warsaw, surprised me with some truly hidden gems. Vegan pastries were too good but be ready to try much more than this. Maria, our guide, shared many personal stories and her knowledge of the city's history and food was amazing.
Powisle is my favorite part of Warsaw now. Thank you Plant-powered Walk team for the incredible time.

An incredible experience!
Maria is stunning with both her knowledge and humor, which unfortunately makes the three hours fly by in an instant. Definitely a must-have attraction in Warsaw. I was surprised vegan cakes can be so yummy.
