Sebastian is a fantastic driver! His Mercedes van was very comfortable. Sebastian speaks English well and demonstrated flexibility when we asked for more time at Jasna Gora. The tour guide at Jasna Gora - Martin- was also exceptional. We truly experienced a VIP day! I highly recommend this tour! My friend and I will remember it forever.

We were a group of 8 people from Thailand use this company service from Warsaw to Krakow Town IND day trip &tour ,it’s so amazing and our tour leader Mr.Paul who’s also drove us to there ,he’s super helpful & knowledgeable & driving very good & safe we went to Salt Mine where were super awesome & I myself fall I love with old town and promise to na back here again our tour guide (lady name Bochena) was also very helpful& sharing knowledge &information.

I thought they were good as per review but actually just average. The lady M who arranged our private tour wasn't that helpful and wouldn't take responsibility when she made a mistake, feel disappointed ！The private tour guide/driver's English was terrible, not nice attitude too. The whole arrangements made by this staff M wasn't a comfortable journey as described in their web, especially hotels were degraded.... With a sudden added price because she claimed high season, I expect they did a wonderful job and offer ！We deserve a better service overall but Not at all .....

The tour is pricey for what offers. We left the hotel at 5:35 am and took 4 hours to get to the camp. There we have to wait 1 more hour to start of our tour (the operator buy the tickets only once we are there, so we have to wait the next group available). Also, contrary from what I thought, the tour guide is not from the operator, instead from the museum. It is good because they are locals and well prepared, but you don’t need to pay more for it. Just buy the tour from the museum. And the group was not small at all, it was the standard museum group of 30 people. We ended up having the same tour of everyone else. After the visit, we had lunch, which it was a nice surprise. Good food from a local restaurant. And then, more 1 hour and a half to get to Krakow, where we stayed only 1 hour (without tour guide) before getting back to Warsaw. Overall, the operator was responsible for only the transfer, which being really honest, it would be better to have made it by train due to no traffic. My recommendation is to book directly on the museum website, since the tour guide is from the museum, and go by train. It would have taken 2:36h instead of 4h. It will be much cheaper and faster. Regrets of paid $800 for 2 people, since I could have paid around $250 (42 for train + 25 for the guided tour + 25 lunch). In the end of the day, you 550 more for a car ride that takes longer than the train and a small lunch. In my opinion, it is not worthy. Anyway, always learning.

It was really worth visiting, and definitely something worth sharing with friends & families after the visit. And the arrangement of all the transportation were done super smoothly and the staff very friendly!

My guide was prompt, polite, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. His English was perfect and he was a very interesting conversationalist. When I was tired after Majdanek and suggested we skip Lublin, he strongly suggested that I should see the 15th century frescoes in the Trinity Chapel. He was entirely correct. This was one of my favorite sights anywhere, and I have travelled to over 60 countries.

We enjoyed the Treblinka museum. out guide Jack was very knowledgeable and told us all the history of the concentration camp we also enjoyed our lunch.

Both our guide and driver were wonderful. The preserve is gorgeous and well worth the drive from Warsaw. Bring bug spray or wear thick socks—the mosquitoes are everywhere and I got bitten through my socks!

My tour guide Artur, picked me up from my hotel at the alloted time. Whilst he drove to Treblinka he gave me a laptop with 2 programs to watch about The Warsaw Ghetto and Treblinka. Artur was professional all the way from beginning to end. The tour was interesting and poignant. As a treat Artur took me to a typical local restaurant and recommended me to try the dish of the day. It was delicious. I highly recommend this tour.

Very well organized trip. We have learned so much about primal-forest concept and, in addition, about Polish culture and diversity (Greek-orthodox east and Catholic majority, Polish-Belorussian-Russian relations, migrants, etc.). The included lunch was wonderful - typical for the area and delicious. Drive was comfortable, our driver was very nice. Do not expect too much in the forest landscape-vise - the point is in the lessons. Be aware that bison are not to be seen in the forest and that they are shy in the show reserve (mainly visible in the distance). Hybrid of a bison and domestic cow is, in contrast, surprisingly large and less shy, so you will have a chance to see it from a short distance. There is only one place in the Europe where European bison have survived - that is in Bialowieza National Park; therefore, there is no other tour that might replace the facts related to this. AB Poland was the most affordable for the same service. We recommend it!

A trip every person interested in WW2 history should do. It was such a reflective, humbling experience. It felt like we were the only ones there which was great for an introvert Iike me. However I wish more people knew about this important tragic piece of history Jacek our guide was incredibly friendly and passionate about the history of his country. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the parts of the site. Traditional Polish lunch in a rural town was also interesting. An experience I will never forget.

Jacek was a friendly and informative guide, taking us to several significant locations in Warsaw before the drive to Treblinka. The tour was laid-back and private, and Jacek was great at answering our questions and having good conversation. After Treblinka we went to lunch at a small Cafe nearby and the food was excellent and tasted home-cooked. The experience was well worth it and a good deal for the cost.
