          Happy Canadians with Intopoland Tours
Our first time in Poland was such a fantastic experience due to, and with large thanks to, Anna Ostrowska and Intopoland Tours. Our 11-Day customized tour of select points in Southern Poland was an amazing experience, as we cannot wait to do another trip! Anna customized a marvellous itinerary that focused on places we wanted to see and pay our respects to: Warszawa, Częstochowa, Krakow, Auchwitz-Birkenau, Wielicka Salt Mine, Zakopane and Wrocław. From the onset, Anna was professional and easy to talk to. Having prepared a fine itinerary for us to enjoy, we were met with her team of friendly, professional drivers and guides throughout the tour. I would like to once again thank Anna’s guides: Jan (Warszawa), Anna herself in Częstochowa, Anna Wierska (Krakow), Pawel Szczepaniec (Zakopane) and Michal Filarowski for the time they spent with us, for they are all highly knowledgeable people who are very passionate about what they do and the places they are from. The hotels we stayed at were safe and clean, serving healthy buffet breakfasts that provided the nourishment for each day that lay ahead. In addition, the properties that Anna chose for us to stay at were all within walking distance of each city centre. Anna’s coordination with our drivers and airport/train station connections was perfect. Oftentimes, it’s the people providing the services and the passion they bring to their work that significantly enhance the travelling experience, creating fond memories in the process. Where Intopoland has done so, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anna Ostrowska’s agency to anyone who wishes to explore Poland. Dzienkuja bardzo, Anna!

          Safe hands!
We contacted Anna last minute as we are a college taking students away and thought last minute it would be easier to organise an Auschwitz tour from Krakow before we arrived. Anna was incredibly helpful, all organised and a breeze. The instructions for meet up were easy and the bus was so comfy! A little bit of luxury needed on such a thought provoking trip. Thank you so much Anna and team! Will definitely use again 😊

          Great Tour!
We did the private 8-day World War II Sites tour and it was amazing from beginning to end. All of our drivers were polite and punctual and the tour guides were so kind and knowledgeable. We learned a lot and has so much fun at the same time. We only wish we had a little more free time in Warsaw to see the Uprising Museum. We highly recommend booking with Anna Ostrowska who is phenomenal. Our private tour guides also included Anna Wesierska, Michal Filarowski (who spent 2 whole days with us), and Wojtek Mlotkowski….all of them went above and beyond.

A wonderful 12 day tour of Poland
This was a terrific 12 day private Poland Circle tour with IntroPoland. Anna did a marvellous job with the organisation and planning of the tour. Everything worked perfectly with our friendly and knowledgeable guides and drivers meeting us on time and explaining everything clearly. The hotels were good and it was easy for us to access the old towns from them. We wanted to see the historical and cultural parts of Poland and that is what we did. The restorations of the cities is splendid. As two Australian women, we can recommend IntoPoland without hesitation. Lorraine & Toni

          Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Anna, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We learned so much about Polish herbal traditions and how the plants are used. We had a delicious, authentic and nourishing meal from things we gathered, and enjoyed the interesting and insightful conversation. Highly recommended. An opportunity to spend and some time in the beautiful Polish countryside.

Amazing educational nature cooking tour. Cannot be missed
I did a private herb tour with Anna O. I cannot express enough how amazing this was. I went April 29 2023. I have a love of plants and gardening and nature this tour combined all of that plus education and cooking. Anna has such a passion for what she does and it shows. She picked me up at my hotel we went about 75 min NE if Warsaw to a beautiful cou try side near sow rivers. We gather herbs and I got educated about how they work and what they are. Then we took our harvested herbs and went to a home to prepare food from them. We made tea, pesto a her bed cottage cheese. I was surprised with an amazing spinach cake. It was a wonderful day outside. We saw a crane and enjoyed nature. I highly recommend it

          Custom Holocaust tour
My Wife and I booked our trip with Anna from IntoPoland Tours. We booked the day before Covid stared so it was a long wait before we could go but Anna was just as patient as we were. Naturally our first tour day was cancelled due to airline issues but Anna was quick to adjust and our first day in Poland was a city tour of Warsaw with Jola and it was awesome. I had asked Anna to arrange a six day custom tour for us out of Warsaw and she did exactly what we expected. We visited Treblinka, Lublin, Zamosc, Tarnow, Majdanek, Belzec, and Auschwitz/ Birkenau these stops do not need a narrative from me but they must be seen by everyone and should never be forgotten. Our last stop was Krakow, which we enjoyed. We can’t thank Anna enough. More than we anticipated. Thank you Nick and Karen Doyon

Anna has been very professional and propositive about the itinerary that included Poznan, Rogalin, Kornik, Gniezno, Strzelno, Torun and Warsaw. Clients appreciated the tour, the vehicles used, drivers and the italian speaking guides.

          Two Excellent Personalized Tours
Anna Ostrowska arranged two tours for my wife and I. First, Anna arranged for us a private tour of Wolf’s Lair. We had our own rental car and met our guide at Wolf's Lair. Our English-speaking guide, Jadwiga Korowaj, was great. She provided so much detail and history. Jadwiga is very knowledgeable and personable. Despite a rainy day, she made Wolf's Lair come alive! After the tour, Jadwiga joined us for lunch at the Wolf's Lair cafe and spent even more time with us - providing wonderful insight into life in Poland well beyond the Wolf's Lair experience! Second, Anna arranged a very personalized tour in Gdansk that was oriented around my Dad & Grandmother's immigration to America which occurred exactly 100 years ago (to the day.) As Anna requested, we emailed some family history info to our guide. Our English-speaking guide, Malgorzata Andrzejewska-Bancewicz, was phenomenal! She came to our hotel loaded with historical family records and explained how we could research further. During an initial 1-hour coffee meeting she also presented maps, history books, historical photos and details on how emigration from Gdansk and Poland typically occurred 100 years ago. We then embarked on a drive and tour of the original Gdansk port area (including the original local train station and a lighthouse built in 1903), Sopot (including a walk on the beach), Gdynia and the Immigration Museum located there. (Since we had a rental car, I chose to drive although an extra-cost option was provided to have our guide drive). Malgorzata presented us with a highly personalized, educational and rewarding experience. Thanks to her, my wife and I learned so much more about my family's emigration history. Both Jadwiga and Malgorzata were excellent and personable English-speaking guides we would highly recommend. Anna's work in booking these tours for us was great. Both tours were wonderful experiences and two of our highlights in Poland!

          Wilks Lair
We are now living in Poland me and my fiancee and decided to see some of Poland and decided to take a trip to the "Wolfs Lair". We booked it and the guide came to pick us up....her name was Anna Ostrowska-Burzyriska.She was very pleasant and informative on the drive up there, When we got there we were handed over to an English speaking guide who was very knowledgable of the Wolfs Lair and gave an excellent account.....mentioning some things that I never knew. We then headed back after a three hour tour at around 1800 thoroughly pleased at the whole day. I took some excellent pics and would recommend the trip to anyone.

          Extended Wolf's Lair tour
Staying in Warsaw, I really wanted to visit Hitler's Wolfsschanze. Going there on my own didn't exactly seem straightforward, especially since I don't have a car and don't speak a single word of Polish. However, while searching for the best way to visit the place, I came upon an article recommending IntoPoland's services. I decided to trust this recommendation, and I am very glad I did. To begin with, the booking was simple and easy. On the day of the tour, the vehicle, which was clean and comfortable, arrived on time to pick me up at my Airbnb. Anna, who booked my tour and subsequently drove me (though they also have other drivers) was friendly and spoke very good English. During the long drive, she entertained interesting conversations and I got to learn more about Polish culture and history. The best part, however, was of course the guided visit of the Wolf's Lair. My guide, Jagoda, was energetic, enthusiastic, funny and passionate. She knew how to navigate the site in such a way that we could avoid other visitors as much as possible, and therefore ensure the best experience. She truly cares about the historical importance of the place and goes above and beyond in preserving what remains of it, even when the site management does not seem to care. Having booked the extended tour, she also showed me the buildings outside of the main area. This part does not have any kind of signage, so her knowledge was essential in knowing what I was looking at. She knew the use of each building and could even point out little details such as plumbing, electrical wiring, remaining tiles and so on, which I would surely have missed had I been exploring by myself. Most importantly, she was very willing to go off the beaten paths to make sure I could see everything, for which I was very grateful since, in my experience, guides often prefer to stick to the script. I am sure that other guides are also good, but if you are lucky enough to have Jagoda, know that you are in for a treat. In conclusion, though this tour certainly wasn't cheap, I found that it was well worth it. If you are only going to go there once in your life, then you might as well make sure that you get to enjoy the best possible experience.

          Wolfs Liar
Have used Anna From Into Poland now on a few Occasions now . As always the service when booking and sorting out all the details was very easy. On the day of the trip, She was on time and the car was comfortable and clean. She made sure if we wanted a short break on the 3.5 hour trip one way as just to ask. The journey it self was very scenic and the time went quick. The tour it self was outstanding and the guide that Anna had booked for us was very knowledgeable. The site itself is just amazing as my daughter informed me. So much to contemplate on who stood on this ground previously. The trip time is long and tiring as we all know on these journeys . Hell it was more than worth it. with the knowledge that Anna has about the areas which you pass on the way. The longest tour I have done but one of the most satisfying. When I do come to Poland I always use into Poland as you know what you get. Polite , knowledgeable, friendly guides. This is now the 3rd time I have used Into Poland for trips and would go no where else.

          Outstanding!
To be honest, I was a bit nervous to book a trip to Poland as the primary goal was a to visit the remains of the Jewish sites as well as the extermination camps. At first I thought that the best approach would be to book with a Jewish organization as I imagined they would be the most sensitive to our needs. However after reading a number of different reviews, we took the plunge and booked a Jewish Heritage tour with Intopoland. It turned out to be a terrific decision! The entire booking process was easy. Anna O. provided us with a personalized itinerary. We had one guide for the first few days (Jack) and then a number of other guides (Magda, Magdalena, Barb and Anna). All of them were truly outstanding. None of them were Jewish, yet they were all clearly passionate about sharing their knowledge with us about Poland and the Holocaust. Not only did we get the opportunity to see the many Jewish sites, but also many of the wonderful historic Polish sites too. Poland is a truly beautiful and interesting country to visit. My wife Pam loved the food, but I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of traditional Polish cuisine - pickled “everything”. I did enjoy Perogi and apple pie with ice cream is awesome! Yum! Anna O. booked us into really nice 3 star hotels that were all located in terrific locations that allowed easy walking access to the local sites. Poland is a very affordable travel destination and I found the cost for the tour thru Intopoland to be terrific value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your trip to Poland with INTOPOLAND

Absolutely loved this tour and Anna who did the tour was amazing. She was prompt and on time to pick me up from my hotel. Anna's general knowledge of not just the destinations but also all the areas we passed through between stops was very good. I loved all the extra information she shared with me. It was a long day and Anna was a great conversationalist who was very pleasant to travel with. I highly recommend Anna and this tour.

I had a great experience on a one day combined tour of Treblinka and Wolf’s Lair. Anna picked us up on time and she coordinated all the planning so that we could simply enjoy the trip. She shared a wealth of knowledge throughout the trip. If I return to Poland, I would absolutely reach out to schedule another trip with her!
