      Highly recommend
A very well organised day - Krakow and Auschwitz in one day. Very good balance between free time and guided tour time. Agnieszka answered all the questions. Our driver, Maciej, was more than just a driver - by the end of the trip we felt that we were old friends. He gave us lots of historical, cultural and economical insights, as well as shared various practical tips. The Auschwitz part was very informative and of course sad and shocking - but we felt that everyone need to learn about this tragic time in history. Overall, the tour was one of the best things we did in Poland. Having a private car meant we had flexibility in terms of breaks, times etc. Highly recommend!

It was a great tour. Maciej was THE BEST DRIVER and he knew everything about Krakow and Auschwitz Birkenau. The experience itself was unique thanks to him!!!

      excellent guide and driver
Very punctual and well organised. Driver was great company and had very good english. Guide at Auschwitz was excellent. Downside was that there were hundreds of other people touring the camps at the same time.

      Fabulous Trip
Long drive but totally worth it. Maciek, our driver was very informative, good fun and had great taste in music! The Wolf’s Lair is an important part of WWII history and our guide, Waldemar, gave a great tour. I would highly recommend this tour. Pickups, breaks and lunch were all perfect. Thank. You!

Tour operator cancelled at last minute and lied about why
I booked this 12 hour tour through Viator with this company weeks ahead of time. They verified the tour 5 days ahead of time. At 3 pm the day before they emailed and asked if we would share the tour with others. We declined, we wanted a private tour experience. At about 7:30 pm they emailed and changed the pickup to 11am. They wouldn't get us back until 11pm! I called and they blamed it on the unavailability to enter Auschwitz with a guide until 4pm. I checked the Auschwitz website and found that there was availability at 11:45 am. They were lying. My wife and I were really looking forward to this. Had they cancelled a few days ahead of time at least we could have found a group tour. Now it is too late.

      Must do in Poland!
Once in a lifetime experience! Amazing guides, like touring with historians. Perfect English speakers and an experience you will not forget! 100% would recommend. We did the tour around Warsaw, with us getting private transportation, and being able stop get off, take picture and explore the city with the guide. Adam, our guide was extremely knowledgeable about all of Polands history and architecture, giving us an in depth overview of Polish history and how the city came to be.

      A great experience
I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Poland. Our driver, Kasper, arrived promptly for our pick up from our hotel. Kasper was a very conscious and considerate driver throughout the 3.5 hour drive and was very welcoming and personable. The drive was very comfortable and went by really quickly. Upon arrival at Auschwitz-Birkenau, Kasper introduced us to the English speaking tour guide. The tour itself was well organised and lasted approx. 3 hours to tour both Auschwitz and Birkenau. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions. We did have quite a large group which I would say was the only negative, as it was sometimes difficult to hear what the tour guide was saying, not least because you are outside for a lot of the tour. We also used AB Everest for our airport transport and again the service was excellent.

I was disappointed both rides using this company
I found reviews for this company on Tripadvisor suggesting this as an option in lieu of Taxi's from the Warsaw airport that apparently scam their customers. I contacted them by email about 3 weeks before the first ride. They explained that it would cost us $100pln for transportation from the Warsaw Airport to the Sofitel Hotel in Downtown Warsaw. I explained that I would not have the ability to pay in cash Euro or PLN on arrival since we wouldn't have been able to exchange money yet and could I pay by credit card. I was sent a link for the payment by credit card. I was concerned that I did not receive any confirmation number or any other information besides an email saying that I had paid. On the confirmation they explained that there would be a driver waiting for us in the arrival hall with our name on it. "Thank you for choosing our service. I confirm your reservation. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with the card with your name." At that time, I went ahead and set up the transportation on the return trip back to the airport. We had a 3:00PM pickup set up to take us from the Marriott Warsaw Hotel to the Renaissance Hotel Warsaw Airport. They told me to use the same link to pay the second reservation and our credit cards were charged. When we arrived at the Warsaw Airport ON TIME, we picked up our luggage and went to the arrivals hall and looped it several times looking for a driver holding a sign with our name on it. After the 3rd trip around we noticed a sign with my name on it hanging on the wall in front of a taxi company. We went to the taxi stand and a man told us to follow him through the doors and he went to the taxi line and put our luggage in the back of the taxi. My sister grabbed her back pack and tried to put it in the back seat with us and the driver started yelling and cursing at her in Polish. And continued yelling at us and the man that walked us out to the taxi. At the point the driver took off and drove at excessive speeds and my sister and I were both upset while we were riding in the backseat. Twice on the trip he sped through intersections while there were pedestrians in the crosswalk. At this point, I was really mad. I have booked a lot of shuttles in my life in numerous countries and I have never had this happen. I'm unsure why we booked a shuttle. The shuttle was double the cost of a taxi and essentially all I got was a pre-paid taxi with a rude and dangerous driver. I was going to write a review at that point but held off because the return ride was pre-paid and I didn't want to be out my money. At the end of our 3 weeks in Poland we had a late night train from Wroclaw to Warsaw. We ended up at the Warsaw Marriott hotel for one night before we were transferring to the Renaissance Hotel at the airport before at 6:00a.m. flight. Our pick up was set for 3:00PM. At 2:30PM I told the Bell Hop at the hotel that we were waiting on a shuttle to take us to the airport and that we would be waiting inside. At 3:20PM He told us that the shuttle had not arrived yet and that he would call us a Taxi for $50PLN to take us to the airport. I explained to him that we had pre-paid the shuttle already and that our flight was not leaving until the next morning so I was willing to give it more time. 10 Minutes later he came back to me and asked me for the shuttles phone number and he called them. He handed me the phone and I was mortified to hear the woman on the phone saying that we didn't have a reservation. At this point I really didn't know what to do. I finally found the confirmation email from them and hit a reply on the email and told them that I was really upset and frustrated that they were a no show and then when we called they claimed they couldn't find our reservation and they were an hour late and needed to send a car immediately. I received an email response about 10 minutes later saying that they made a mistake and were sending a car right away. What shocks me is the number of 5 star reviews. This is 2 separate reservations 3 weeks apart and both of them were huge fails.

      Humbling experience
I would recommend the tour company 100 times over. Communication was really good and the company let me know the day before two others would be joining me and I really appreciated that. I was picked up from my hotel on time and greeted by Kasper ?. Be prepared for a very long day but worth the trip. Dropped off at my hotel as promised.

      Exceptional
I got stack with no way of getting to airport in time and found this company on trip advisor. When I called there where no available drivers but still, Agnes calmed me down with her patience, kindness and a very good English. She orders I taxi for me from another company, just to help me in time of need. I would degeneracy recommend hiring her services!

      Moving and profound
It is difficult to describe how powerful this experience was from beginning to end. Our driver, Agnes (American spelling), was exceptional. By the end of the day she felt like a friend and to get her local insights driving down and back made the day extra special. As for Auschwitz, I knew much of the history going in but being there…listening to a knowledgeable guide…walking through the buildings where this all happened…provided an entirely new depth of understanding and emotion. I have had many great experiences on this vacation, but none will exceed this. Obviously, the experience is emotional and heavy, rather than the fun we typically seek on holiday. But this was essential for me — and, I think, would be essential for anyone interested in the growth of humanity. So go, use AB Everest, and ask for Agnes.

      Communication can be better
Out private car transport was fantastic. Driver was very friendly and accommodating. The communication from your company for Auschwitz not so great. They emailed at 10:30 to let us know that instead of a 7 am pick up it was moved to 9 and by then we were asleep. Also tour at Auschwitz was much later than advertised. So we did. It get back until after 9 pm.

Learned a lot about the history behind Auschwitz- A very informative tour.
This day trip was very well organized from hotel pick up to the actual tours ( Auschwitz and Auschwitz Birkenau), and the ride back to hotel. Our driver Maciej was very friendly, courteous and well informed. Our tour guide, Illena was very knowledgeable and gave us a very insightful tour. She was very patient and answered all questions our tour group had. I would highly recommend this day trip.

The actual tour of Auschwitz was amazing as it was it’s own tour company with informed, knowledgeable, kind, helpful tour guides……The company that transported us which is what I am reviewing….was absolutely awful. The company showed up late to our hotel which caused us to miss our train. We were then asked to buy new train tickets to get to Krakow and were met by a disrespectful (in fact mean) driver. The driver was hard to find once we got off the train as we had no instructions of where he would be. We got in the car and the driver instantly has an attitude and starts to blame us for his bad day because we were late. The entire ride the driver was silent and not friendly at all. After our tour…we got back in the van with the driver and he dropped us off 25 minutes from our train station and stated “if you come back early you have to walk.” He then proceeded to smoke his cigarette on the side of the road while we were expected to walk back to our train which was a 25 minute walk…after a 15 hour day of walking…Also, I was 6.5 months pregnant the day of this tour. Other members of our group wrote reviews about this experience and the company stated that we “didn’t respond to a message from them about our phone number and address of hotel which is why they were late” which just not true. If this was true how did any of the drivers, people involved, or company have our number to call us? The driver in Krakow had our number, how did he get it if we “never responded with our number.” To make this claim is unethical business practices as we have documented proof that we responded to all inquiries asked about our location and contact information.

I would highly suggest going to see Auschwitz with a different tour company that provides kind drivers, maybe some water, maybe a cracker snack for the 16 hour day, and reliable transportation that is not aggressive, accusatory and frankly kind of scary at times (being I was 6.5 months pregnant and physically a bit more vulnerable).

Dear Customer, You are writing about the reservation nr BR-870707626. You were on the tour with your two friends Mrs Helen and Emily. There are below the reviews from your friends. You are all writing about one reservation. I replied below with all details what the situation was. I do not want to write it again. We had the contact telephone number at 5.07am on the day tour when you called us so don't be surprised that driver in Krakow called you. I copied the message from the Viator messenger below that we received from you at 5.05am on the day tour (it was only one contact from you). Hello, We are waiting in the lobby at Intercontinental Warsaw. Sent from my iPhone Emily Kierce Apr 11, 2022, 05:05 AM Hope you will stop accuse us about the problems you had because we did our best to safe your tour and we did it. I talked with the driver from Krakow, he has unfortunately very similar, bad opinion about your aggressive behavior towards him. On that tour there was to much negative emotions from both side.

Fantastic experience. All expectation met. Picked us up on time, met us at train station and bus stops to help us get to our destination and English tour guide was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. Highly recommend. I wish we had more time in Krakow, it was a beautiful historical location that takes 2-3 days of exploring:) Thank you and great Job!

It was easy to communicate with Agnieszka and was responsive to all of my inquiries although some last minute information she gave at the train station confused me a bit. I couldnt say the same for the Krakow driver who picked us up from the train station. I was told earlier that the driver would give us some info but all he did was to take us from train station to a bus stop and tell us that we need to wait for the bus that will take us to Auschwitz. I thought he was supposed to give us more info about Krakow. We waited for a bit of time in the bus stop but we didnt even have any idea which bus it was. A bus came over but the driver didnt know if we were part of that tour so we had to wait for another person, who came a bit late, who had our names on the list and then gave us our tickets to Auschwitz. The Auschwitz tour itself is great but the transport coordination and handover of the tour group from one transport to another needs some improvement.

Witnessing Auschwitz is a must, but we were very disappointed with our tour. We requested a tour in English but were booked on one with a Polish guide. The operator did provide an unofficial interpreter, but the official guide was uncooperative, and we only were able to get about 20% of what the guide shared. In addition, the museum had too many people in each group and groups scheduled too close together. The result being we were rushed along the tour of the two camps and did not have the time to see everything or sufficiently process what we were seeing. We did appreciate the time to explore Krakow as part of this excursion, the arranged transportation and the hotel pick-up and drop.

Thank you for choosing our tour and writing your review. There are strict rules regarding visits to the Auschwitz museum; thousands of people visit this place every day. Agencies that organize tours are not allowed to enter with their own guide, guides are allocated from the museum, one guide for every 30 visitors. On the day of your visit, we received a guide in Polish language (which we informed you about), so we organized an interpreter to ensure the best possible visiting conditions. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the number of visitors to the museum and the frequency of groups. Happy to read that you enjoyed your time in Krakow and our transportation. Hope to see you next time.

I love this company. I used them two different times during my stay in Poland/Warsaw. Once on my trip to Wolf's Lair and once on my day trip to Krakow/Auschwitz. Both times, I felt extremely taken care of. I knew my things were safe in the cars if I wanted to leave them in the vehicle during the tours. I knew exact details of my day, my tour, my meal, my guide, and what to expect. You can really feel the passion that this company genuinely has for showing travellers a good time in Poland.

From start to finish this tour exceeded our expectations. Agnieszka did everything to make sure our trip ran smoothly, the guides and team were knowledgeable and friendly, and the day was well worth the early start. We had ample opportunity to also experience Krakow and at no point felt rushed. We highly recommend Agnieszka’s tour for the care put into it. Many many thanks!

This tour is very long. From 445am to 9pm when you board your train back to Warsaw. Our tour company was very punctual at picking us up from our hotel and the train station. They also took care of all the tickets and guide for both camps.
The only thing I didn’t like was our van was very hot and uncomfortable; it was a 90 min drive back and forth to the camps from the train station. They don’t tell you anything about Warsaw, not even on the car ride to the camps. They just drive you around.
Our tour guide at the camp was ok, she talked too fast and didn’t really answer questions.
Overall, it’s definitely cheaper to do this tour on your own but if you don’t want to do the planning then this is for you.

A long day but very worthwhile.
Walking in people’s footsteps and seeing the camp’s vast scale and industrial nature really brought to life what we’d learned in school.
Occasionally it would have been good to have more time to read the notices but the guide was excellent and very knowledgeable.
All the logistics ran very smoothly and the operator was great at responding to queries.
    Highly recommended.

This was a great tour overall and I’d highly recommend it. The only things I’d say to note is communication is last minute as the train schedules can change. So be flexible. Also you switch your guides a few times so there maybe some miscommunication. They said we’d have no time for lunch and to order lunch from them. We did order but had over 1.5 for lunch in the city. But they didn’t give us our sack lunches till at the site with only 10 min to eat it. And it was not a good lunch. This was disappointing but you’re going to Auschwitz, so not really something to complain about. Overall great and I would definitely recommend this tour operator and this tour.

Great comments from start to finish, Agnes was outstanding in everyday. When trains were delayed and then cancelled, she went straight on to organise cars to get us the Krakow on time with her and her team driving us the 4 hours to the Auschwitz information centre with no quibble. Pretty sure that would have eaten up her margin so every credit to her and her team. Full of insightful information and best tips for the day.
