I found reviews for this company on Tripadvisor suggesting this as an option in lieu of Taxi's from the Warsaw airport that apparently scam their customers. I contacted them by email about 3 weeks before the first ride. They explained that it would cost us $100pln for transportation from the Warsaw Airport to the Sofitel Hotel in Downtown Warsaw. I explained that I would not have the ability to pay in cash Euro or PLN on arrival since we wouldn't have been able to exchange money yet and could I pay by credit card. I was sent a link for the payment by credit card. I was concerned that I did not receive any confirmation number or any other information besides an email saying that I had paid. On the confirmation they explained that there would be a driver waiting for us in the arrival hall with our name on it. "Thank you for choosing our service. I confirm your reservation. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with the card with your name." At that time, I went ahead and set up the transportation on the return trip back to the airport. We had a 3:00PM pickup set up to take us from the Marriott Warsaw Hotel to the Renaissance Hotel Warsaw Airport. They told me to use the same link to pay the second reservation and our credit cards were charged. When we arrived at the Warsaw Airport ON TIME, we picked up our luggage and went to the arrivals hall and looped it several times looking for a driver holding a sign with our name on it. After the 3rd trip around we noticed a sign with my name on it hanging on the wall in front of a taxi company. We went to the taxi stand and a man told us to follow him through the doors and he went to the taxi line and put our luggage in the back of the taxi. My sister grabbed her back pack and tried to put it in the back seat with us and the driver started yelling and cursing at her in Polish. And continued yelling at us and the man that walked us out to the taxi. At the point the driver took off and drove at excessive speeds and my sister and I were both upset while we were riding in the backseat. Twice on the trip he sped through intersections while there were pedestrians in the crosswalk. At this point, I was really mad. I have booked a lot of shuttles in my life in numerous countries and I have never had this happen. I'm unsure why we booked a shuttle. The shuttle was double the cost of a taxi and essentially all I got was a pre-paid taxi with a rude and dangerous driver. I was going to write a review at that point but held off because the return ride was pre-paid and I didn't want to be out my money. At the end of our 3 weeks in Poland we had a late night train from Wroclaw to Warsaw. We ended up at the Warsaw Marriott hotel for one night before we were transferring to the Renaissance Hotel at the airport before at 6:00a.m. flight. Our pick up was set for 3:00PM. At 2:30PM I told the Bell Hop at the hotel that we were waiting on a shuttle to take us to the airport and that we would be waiting inside. At 3:20PM He told us that the shuttle had not arrived yet and that he would call us a Taxi for $50PLN to take us to the airport. I explained to him that we had pre-paid the shuttle already and that our flight was not leaving until the next morning so I was willing to give it more time. 10 Minutes later he came back to me and asked me for the shuttles phone number and he called them. He handed me the phone and I was mortified to hear the woman on the phone saying that we didn't have a reservation. At this point I really didn't know what to do. I finally found the confirmation email from them and hit a reply on the email and told them that I was really upset and frustrated that they were a no show and then when we called they claimed they couldn't find our reservation and they were an hour late and needed to send a car immediately. I received an email response about 10 minutes later saying that they made a mistake and were sending a car right away. What shocks me is the number of 5 star reviews. This is 2 separate reservations 3 weeks apart and both of them were huge fails.

I got stack with no way of getting to airport in time and found this company on trip advisor. When I called there where no available drivers but still, Agnes calmed me down with her patience, kindness and a very good English. She orders I taxi for me from another company, just to help me in time of need. I would degeneracy recommend hiring her services!

The planning of the tour was perfect. "To the point" so to speak. Great and very competent drivers from the hotel and back and from Krakow to the memorial. Many, many thanks to all.

Very good tour that made us experience the reality of the place and how it was , it was definitely worth it and would recommend it

The logistics of the trip were great! Pick up and drop off were exactly as planned, and communication from the organizer was great. The only thing about this trip that could have been better was our tour guide at Auschwitz. I felt that she rushed us through the tour and, whether intentional or not, skipped one of the barracks. On the positive side, she seemed to have a good knowledge of the history of the camp, and was accompanied by an expert who was available to answer questions as time permitted. Overall I thought this was a good excursion and I would recommend it.

Excellent communication, door to door pickup and delivery to hotel. Friendly and efficient transfers. Excellent tour guide. Paper bag lunch the only down side.

The tour itself was very well organised. We got picked up on time in front of the hotel and someone was with us almost all the time. Someone waited for us at the train station in Krakow, and they took us to the meeting point in the city, from where we had about 2 hours to sightsee and eat something before we left for the Auschwitz tour. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly and answered our questions. After the tour, we returned to Krakow where we had another 2h or so to see stuff, and then we walked to the train station by ourselves. Someone waited for us in Warsaw and took us to our hotel, which was very nice considering it was almost midnight. The tour itself consists of visiting Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2 and we had a guide with us all the time. It's a very incredible and humbling experience and I recommend visiting these sites once in your life. Getting information about the tour itself and the schedule was less fun. It was a bit hard to communicate with the tour operator. We got the schedule late at night before our trip, after 10 pm (we had to contact the tour operator first, we didn't receive anything before that), and we had the set hour to leave in the morning at 4:35 am. That's when we found out the tour offered lunch, but it was too late to order anything bc the deadline was 10 pm and we had to pay in cash (which we didn't have at the moment). The good thing is we had time during the tour to either eat in Krakow or buy snacks before or after the Auschwitz tour. Everything worked out well in the end, but better communication before the tour is needed.

A long day but very worthwhile. Walking in people’s footsteps and seeing the camp’s vast scale and industrial nature really brought to life what we’d learned in school. Occasionally it would have been good to have more time to read the notices but the guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. All the logistics ran very smoothly and the operator was great at responding to queries. Highly recommended.

This was a long and meaningful day. Everything worked very well. My only suggestion for improvement is to change the bus between Krakaow and Auschwitz, we had a very crowded and not very comfortable car.

This was a great tour! Pick up in the morning was on time and very detailed with our train instructions. There was a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes. There was a little confusion for our train info at the end of the day but over all would highly recommend this tour!

Auschwitz and Krakow tour was too long if coming from Warsaw and taking train. The pickup from my hotel was excellent. Ms Agnes (forgot to spell her name) was excellent providing info such as in email correspondence, pickup from the hotel, showed me where to ride train and instructions. Alex was also great picking me up from train at Krakow and answered all your concerns and directions. The ride to Auschwitz was smooth ride. I wished our tour guide lets us know where we were heading from Krakow to Auschwitz (clueless where we were heading) but she was very instrumental in taking time to help setting up so many people for the tour (chaotic during separating different groups), I commend her ability to be calm and understanding dealing with so many tourist problems plus very knowledgeable of Auschwitz during the tour. Its ideal to stay in Krakow to go visit Auschwitz to save time and to rest early from walking.

Amazing experience! I was nervous as this was my first trip to Poland and I don’t speak the language so I was worried about transportation and directions etc! They took care of everything! Having the opportunity to show my children real important history was priceless. Thank you for making it the perfect day!

Great experience and well worth the cost. The company was great with communication and organization. Very easy trip to experience, and I felt like we were well taken care of. The tour was amazing and the tour guide was great. My only negative was the length of the day. There’s probably not a way around it honestly, so there’s nothing the tour guide can do, but it was a 17 hour day. We walked around 7 miles total (20,000 steps). Not bad for me to do, but certainly consider that when making this reservation. There were plenty of breaks in between to rest.
