Last week I booked a taxi using Transfeero from Modlin Palace Hotel to Modlin Airport, which is a 5-minute drive. For this trip, I have paid on-line 69.30 (297PLZ). The trip was scheduled for this morning. Tranfeero hired Shuttle24 for this service. Yesterday I tried to call all day the company to confirm my trip even attempting but my efforts were fruitless. I call Tranfeero who managed to get in touch with them and confirmed my booking. The driver showed up in time in a Mazda Station wagon with number WPN1WK4. When we arrived at airport, the driver came out of the car and in an aggressive mode asked for 90PLZ. I tried to explain to him that I have already effected payment however he could not listen. At one point he pulled downtime tailgate on my head in attempt not to take my luggage. Whilst making fists, he started shouting and calling me names such as poor bastard and thief. He threatened us that he was making all possible so that we miss the flight. in fact he called the police who knew not a single word in English. Communication got worst. To cut the story short, I paid the 90PLZ and got to my flight in time. Upon arrival, I received a WhatsApp massage from Shuttle 24 claiming that the driver did not know that we paid and wanted to reverse the 90PLZ. The issue is not the money, the issue is that it is not how customers are being treated. If the driver has a bad attitude and aggressive has no place to work in this industry. Moreover his behaviour id unacceptable and even refused to apologise. I hope that no one would experience the same, thus I suggest not to use their services. And this is for the Polish Authorities.... Please make sure that at least your border police know the basics of the English language as I could not file a report about this incident.

Safe, on time, courteous. He met me exactly at the location described. Driver was an efficient but safe driver. Very nice welcoming to Warsaw

AVOID AT ALL COST! After prepaying for a pick up service, the driver declined to take us and instead put us in a taxi (not a personalised pick up) and apologised - at least he said sorry! The company refused to provide a refund for the fare between a taxi and their pick up service. Go for a more reliable company and avoid this scam.

Thomasz Misztal was very much a brilliant and personable shuttle driver. He personally picked me up and assured me I would be OK and he calmed me down as l had been stressed. He zoomed over - for me and dropped everything he was doing and now lm ready to board my plane in a few hours. I'd mixed up my hotel pick up (original booking confusion not his fault but mine)and Thomasz took himself 55km out of his way to personally see to my worry and l thank him very much, he was awesome 👌 and l feel good now, well done to his absolute personal approach and his skills, he is a credit to the company 👏

Étant souvent en déplacement en Pologne, depuis des années, moi et ma famille effectuons les transferts entre les aéroports et nos lieux de séjour qu'avec Shuttle24. Un grand merci. Booked a private transfer for 2 adults and 2 children from Warsaw Modlin airport to city centre around 3 weeks before travel. Opted to pay cash and received immediate confirmation by e-mail after a simple booking process on the shuttle24.pl website. As part of this process i also requested child seats (which were free compared to other transfer services) and this was reflected on my confirmation. On arrival at Modlin, received a text message saying driver was there and including their name. Sure enough on exiting customs, driver was there with our name on a board and escorted us to the car, assisting with luggage. Driver (Henryk) was friendly, helpful and welcomed us to Poland, recommending sites to visit with children. Child seats were there as requested and transfer took around 35-40 minutes straight to our hotel. Paid cash with no issues. We had also booked a return transfer and again received a text message saying driver was on way. We were lucky to have Henryk again to take us back to the airport. He met us in reception of the hotel at the time we requested on booking and helped load the luggage again. He really was most helpful and a real credit - thanks! Overall a great service at a competitive price with the added bonus of free child seats. I would not hesitate to use them again when we return in the future. Thanks!

Initial email response was a little slow but once we got going all was sorted quickly with nice, clear email confirmation advising times, contacts, costs etc...no hidden extras. Message on arrival and friendly chap greeted us as we left passport control. Similar arrangement when collecting us from the hotel to go back to the airport. Was competitively priced too. Happy to recommend.

Can strongly recommend this company for airport services to and from. Fixed price, on time and nothing to complain about. Prices are good too. It’s about the same as Uber which is cheap!

We had asked for baby seat for our 10months daughter and they brought a kid's seat for younger, those who use the car's belt. The baby couldn't sit there. The driver was using his cellphone all the time. We couldnt feel safe. When we comblained about the car seat the excuse was too silly. I will not use this company again

We booked a one-way transfer from Chopin Airport to our hotel and no one was there to collect us when we landed. We emailed Shuttle24 three times before our trip to confirm and never received a response. We ended up taking a taxi to our hotel.
