Unfortunately, the tour led by Cezary was disappointing and did not meet expectations. I reached out to the company multiple times—starting on September 16th, with follow-ups on September 23rd and beyond—requesting a refund, but they have completely ignored all my emails. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for any business. If something goes wrong, customers deserve at least a reply, if not a resolution. Cesar was an excellent guide. Solo tours are the way to go if you want to go at your own pace and you are willing to accept that you might not see everything. I requested that the tour focus on the Jewish Ghetto and the two uprisings and then I enjoyed the conversation and the sites and history I was introduced too. I could take as many photos as I wanted, ask any questions I had, the entry fees are not included so if you want to go into any place you will need to pay fees for you and your guide but as long as you understand that the tour will not be extended you can make those choices. And if you want to stand somewhere long enough to have cried your tears you can. Highly recommend.

The walking tour with Ceasar was incredible! He was very informative and knowledgeable about the city and its history. His English was very good and he was easy to understand. Afterwards he even recommended a great restaurant for authentic and delicious Polish cuisine. Everything was simply fantastic and I would strongly recommend anyone to experience Warsaw in any capacity with the organization and specifically Caesar.

This is a great introduction to old town Warsaw and it's history. Cezar, our guide, was informative and made the tour very interesting, taking us to areas we hadn't explored. His English was excellent. Highly recommend this tour as an introduction to Warsaw.

They stood me up. The company didn't even bother to answer my messages and calls or write me to let me know that there were no tourist guides available. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up, not even a single message or call. I'm extremely disappointed!!!

We have had great private walking tours in other cities recently (Amsterdam, Bruges, Ghent) in the last 6 months. We have found this to be an excellent way to get to know a city. Unfortunately our experience in Warsaw was the complete opposite and was a utter waste of money. The guide, Cezar, was late, didn’t introduce himself and spoke so softly that we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Most of the time he walked ahead of us and didn’t even bother to face us when he was speaking. His knowledge of the city and its history was limited. He spent most of his time throwing out random names without putting anything in context for us.
Guides we have had in the past were passionate about their cities, great storytellers and had engaging personalities. Our guide in Warsaw is in the wrong line of work! We booked this tour because of the great reviews of this site. Be sure to confirm who your guide will be before giving your money to this company.

The tour began with the realisation that I was the only guest of the day, so naturally Olaf poured his energy into customising the sights and legends that spread across the re-enacted old town to suit my interests. I will admit it was quite hard to suppress a laughter during the tour especially when Olaf's wry sense of humor and well-placed anecdotes adds so much color and character to the entire experience. If you're someone who can take a bit of harmless joke and comedian chatter during a quick walk through history, you should definitely check out this tour that is quite fun and entertaining.

As soon as we met Olaf Domanski, an inspiring tone was set between our guide and us, as the love for his city and country was profound; as profound as his knowledge and his devotion in sharing interesting and anecdotal details all along the tour. His friendly, hilarious, passionate, intelligent, harmonious, energetic and magical approach made this tour an enchanting stroll around Warsaw's old district (the heart of the town), a memorable experience that made us connect better with this part of Europe. The walking tour in Spanish with José was great! He took us through the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Market Square, Governmental Palace, Warsaw University and Copernicus Statue; he explained the history of Warsaw all the way from the time of the kings to WWII and Polish independence. The tour was great! highly recommended!

Tati was great! The tour was in Spanish and she was really dedicated and committed to the tour an to explain everything. The tour was over two hours and she carried a big bag the whole tour very she kept pictures and books that she showed to us. I am very happy with her and the whole experiencie! I recommend it.

Hi today we purchased tickets for s private walking tour. We waited at the center and only saw one English flag which turned out to be s free tour with Ignacio. When we showed him our tickets he explained that wac t his tour but we were w one to join him! It was an excellent tour! He knows so about all the history of Warsaw. I learned so much and enjoyed our tour! Not sure what happened but he definitely made this enjoyable!
