The tour guide was very good. everything else was very poor. There was no pickup from my hotel. I receiv5e a message about the gathering point after i had paid, and when i contacted them, they said, "Sorry too many pickups." I selected and paid for the tour I'm interested in. However, they put you in the available spot without even informing me, I found this by accident.

The tour is nice but it is 4 and not 3 hours! We had something important to do after so we ended up leaving at 2:30 and got a taxi to get back to our place! I think they should change the duration in the info to 4 hours so people can plan accordingly.

Enjoyed the tour of Warsaw including the history and stories of Poland history. The tour bus was comfortable, air conditioned and we appreciated being picked up at our hotel. While still water was provided in the pockets of the seats onboard, the beer, soda and chocolates never were offered as listed in the description.

This was not a 7 people group tour. There were about 15 people. The tour was good, and covered a lot of places but nothing from inside. However the reason for the rating was - we lost the tour guide during a stop where we were taking pictures. They moved on, lost completely. We spend 10 minutes hunting for them. Called Viator. No support. And finally found them. The tour operator had no idea that we were even missing. Please suggest brighter clothing or a flag. She was wearing a gray hat and not at all easy to find.

Excellent knowledgeable guide in ‘Chris’. Nice transport. Thought the tour seemed a little rushed but enjoyed it. Maybe 4 hours either way a couple of extra stops - ghetto in particular

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, polite and kind. We learned a lot about Warsaw from a large timespan. The only disappointing thing was not getting out to see the Ghetto wall. The tour ran a bit over 3 1/2 hours.

my wife is a historical teacher and she insist to so that trip ,,, history was nice and we learn a lot about poland as a country

Very informative tour guide. Wonderful bus tour of Warsaw plus a pleasant walk through a park, unique church & monuments.

We were picking up from our hotel and went to pick up more people from other hotel, the group was of 8-10 men who didn’t look sober, they were very loud and after tour guide asked them to keep it down because it was impossible to hear anything they ignored it and when I asked the men behind me to lower his voice he started a verbal abuse and we had no choice but to leave. The tour guide felt very bad called the office asking if he should call the police, they instructed him to let us know that tomorrow morning we could take the same tour complimentary. We were left in the middle of the city not even dropped back to our hotel. In the morning we took the same tour and we were charged full price. When I called the company and asked why you say complimentary and charged full price, she said it was not their fault and they are not responsible for their customers behavior. Of course it was more of them and only 2 of us. Very disappointing and unacceptable

Very knowledgeable tour guide. Answered all questions objectively by tour participants. Suggest ...He may adjust walking pace of the tour for those over the age 70. It is Difficult to do with a mix age group.

I wasn't completed, and the driver didn't show up neither I didn't receive a message or an email for cancelling the trip. I need to refund my money please

This tour was highly informative and thorough and was a great starting point for our trip to Warsaw. Our tour guide Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this tour!

I reserved this trip months ago because they stated that we could cancel for free up to 48 hours before. The week before I tried to cancel twice. There was no record of it on TripAdvisor, even though the other excursion I had booked showed (I was able to attend this one). There was no email either. After spending two afternoons trying to find the reservation or some kind of contact, I assumed that I had made a mistake with the original reservation. They took 90 euros out of my account. Please be aware that the stated free cancellation 48 hours before hand, is à complete scam as it impossible to do so.
