    Best experience!
I really enjoyed the walk led by Andrzej, he was very informative and entertained us with a good dose of sarcasm to sweeten the pill of the bitter truth of polish history. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Andrzej, you made my day and short visit to Warsaw worthwhile!

    Highly recommended tour
Łukasz was a brilliant tour guide. His tour was filled with jokes, guessing games, quizzes and even sweets for correct answers. He also came prepared for all eventualities with phone chargers and first aid kits for tour members to use. Since our tour was on the memorial of the start of the Warsaw Uprising, Łukasz wove in stories of the uprising among the normal tour. These adaptations were fascinating and made the tour feel relevant to mark the day. He even took us to the main square to be part of the memorial at 5pm, a moving experience. Learned so much and the time passed very quickly. Would recommend to all and consider a different tour next time I’m in Warsaw!

Great intro to Warsaw from Walkative's Olivia
Olivia was a great to introduce Warsaw to a visitor. She was really knowledgeable, had better English than myself (native speaker), good volume and walked at a pace. Her sense of humour might not be for everyone but :shrugsshoulders.

Interesting and passionate tour around and about Warsaw
The tour was fantastic. We wanted to learn more about the history of Poland and Warsaw, and we did, but on top we got so much more. We were introduced to some of the most famous Polish historical figures and had the chance to learn a lot about them. Our guide Andrzej is a very passionate guide. You could ask him any question, and he knew the answer. We can totally recommend this tour, and especially Andrzej (a.k.a the big guy with a beard a.k.a Andrew). 😊

    Very interesting, well worth it!
This was a great tour! Ana, our guide was very knowledgable about Warsaw and it’s very dramatic history. She answered all of our questions and also gave some good recommendations of other things to do, see and places to eat. She also recommended other tours offered by Walkative.

A cool guided tour in Warsaw
Andzei is an amazing tour guide who can tell the whole story in an interesting way. He has a good sense of humour but at the same time can tell all the details with seriousness. A combination of both things made the history of Warsaw even more interesting ! Thank you for your time to tell us and spend extra time explaining more details !!

Walking tour in Jewish ghetto in Warsaw
Our walking tour was informative and interesting. The guide was very informative and considerate about the heat. There were some longer distances between the stops but he warned us about this at the start of the tour.

    Nice Old Town Walking Tour
At the beginning, I did not know what to expect but Luka(the guide) made it quite engaging with his storytelling and historical anecdotes. Definitely recommended to those stepping into Warsaw for the first time.

    A brilliant tour...
Lucas was our tour guide. We landed for our tour and it had to be split in two due to numbers. The man is a born story teller. His passion for his city is beautiful, his jokes and way of describing his city immediately gets the group onside. His swagger reminds me of puss in boots from Shrek!

Jacek was excellent! One of the most engaging tour we have experienced. To spin such humor and storytelling for 2.5 hrs needs high energy.
Our kids enjoyed the tour, so he is able to connect to all age groups!

I've come to find these free walking tours as a great way of getting an overview of a new city. This tour did the job, we had a good walk around with a mix of factual, historical and personal stories. The guide was knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had landed only a couple of hours before the start, and not totally warm enough to withstand the dropping temperatures so we're sorry to miss the ending of the tour

We toured today with Jack who was well educated and funny. His quirky jokes kept the group entertained as we went from sight to sight. It is clear he is well knowledgeable not just about Polish history but overall European history and politics.

My friend and I went on a walking tour led by Ana and it was a wonderful learning experience. Our guide was knowledgable and charismatic and had a great sense of humour. It’s a great introduction to the city if you’ve never visited before and the Walkative maps at the end are very useful and informative.

We definitely recommend this tour!

These tours are a brilliant way of getting to know Warsaw's incredible, complex and poignant history. We went on both the "Warsaw in a Nutshell" tour with Ana and Jewish Warsaw Tour with Jacek. Both were excellent. Ana took us round the main sights in the Old and New Towns and was knowledgeable and very funny. Jacek showed us many sites associated with Warsaw's Jewish history that there was no way we would have been able to find easily ourselves and described the tragic history of the Warsaw Ghetto with real depth and insight. The Museum of the History of Polish Jews at the end of the walk is an incredible place to visit.

It was great opportunity to find out more about the history of the city and the most important places around an Old City. Piotr (our quide) was very nice and knowledgeable. It was great 2 hours of walking. Also, the tour was in Polish, so it was even better for us. Great idea with starting tours in Polish. I will definitely choose this kind of tour around another city, probably with this company.

We had a great small group tour of Warsaw. Our tour guide “Jack” was knowledgeable, easy to hear and understand and also very funny. He explained the area we walked with the ease of someone that’s local. My husband and I enjoyed it very much.

We had a great experience on our English speaking walking tour of historic Warsaw. Our guide Andrzej was super knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour to keep us all engaged despite the sometimes grim reality of the history we were learning (and a small blizzard!). Would recommend this tour.

A pleasant walk along the Royal Road and Old Town. The tour lasted for 2 hours and 30 mins. Only a small group which allowed for plenty of interaction with the guide. A very knowledgeable guide on Warsaw and the history of Poland. Highly recommend as an introduction to Poland and Warsaw.
