- kierstenbf00Amazing!Amazing tour and tour guide! So personal and helpful!! Highly recommend!! Great for history buffs and all!
- toomanyloginswithmyn00See all the history you read about! Warsaw Ghetto and Warsaw Uprising.Excellent tour! Marcin knows all the details and stories and shared them with us on a 3.5 hour rainy day! We had a great time seeing the many sights associated with the Warsaw Ghetto and the Warsaw Uprising. So much interesting history packed into one morning. Great tour if you want to see all the places you have read about. Marcin owns several really cool old communist vans and the one we were it was so cool- retro, basic 1946 technology in a 1990 made vehicle! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
- alyp68800Must do!What a great way to see Warsaw! We learned so much and have such a better appreciation of the city and its rich history. Amazing experience
- Helenjtonetti00Worthy tour of WarsawWhat a memorable tour! Our tour guide Martin was incredibly knowledgeable and took us places we would never have gone on our own. The cultural history of Poland is rich and layered. This is a highly recommended tour! Thank you
- jhuuska00WWII tour in retro minibusWe had great time exploring Warsaw from WWII "angle". Our guide was fantastic and explained the reasons behind various events that happened. The tour included many stops where the guide showed us real pictures of that time and placed us in those areas perfectly. Since it was our first day in Warsaw, it was nice that you were picked up from the hotel.
- AgataJ88800Absolutely fantastic!I highly recommend this trip and our tour guide and driver Artur. The trip was organised with a very short notice but the company was very flexible, understanding and extremely professional. Artur is a hugely knowledgeable person while he also has a great sense of humour. As a result, we had a fantastic time discovering Warsaw. I organised that trip for my two friends from Israel. They were absolutely delighted with the whole experience. And although I live in Warsaw, I also had a chance to learn a lot myself. Best trip ever! And the old car Żuk was an excellent fun addition to the experience 😁
- melissark202100A must do tripThis was the perfect tour for first time visitors. Arturo was an amazing tour guide. He answered all of our questions and spoke perfect English. I don't think the tour would have been as pleasant without Arturo! Thank you for an amazing trip!
- Daniel S00Thank you for the wonderful tourWe had an excellent tour! Fascinating! Would highly recommend. Our guide, Artur, was super knowledgable and friendly!
- S8026UAmichaell00Do it now!Marcin was incredibly knowledgeable and a great communicator. He made extra stops to show us war monuments that were relevant to my grandfather. I would easily do more of his tours
- 75tedl00Fabulous Travel Through Time - Warsaw Behind the ScenesThe tour was fabulous! The tour took us to places I would never have visited on my own. My father fought in WWII under Anders and this tour provided me with much information of what my dad went through! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and informative, that I was sad when the tour ended; however completely satisfied with what was presented! Highly recommended for all!
- kevinlC1015GN00History unfoldingThe tour was very informative, insightful, and engaging! The tour guide (Marcin) was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Poland and WWII. If you’re interested in seeing the city and understanding the history of Poland, I recommend you book a tour.
- alexfN5107CV00Must do in Warsaw!Such an amazing experience! We are big history buffs and this wowed us. If you’re looking to see Warsaw for what it was, is and is to come, this is an incredible tour. We had incredible discussions and learned so much. Couldn’t recommend enough. This tour is better than any museum we did.
- T7170TPmiket00Great tour, very customizable! Was a great intro tour to the history of Warsaw. Arturo was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He listed to what we found interesting and tailored the experience.
- Michael A00WHAT YOU ONLY THOUGHT YOU KNEW ABOUT WARSAW IN WWIIFirst off our guide, Art, picked us up at our hotel in a vintage 60 year old Polish Fire Truck. Our journey through time in that vehicle alone was worth the price of the tour. Art tailored our tour to our needs, limited mobility, on we got to see and experience more than we could have hoped for. Art's unique knowledge of the former Ghetto took us to places that aren't listed on any map. We even got a chance to see the narrowest home in the world. A must see if ever in Warsaw. ,

If coming to Warsaw this is a must do trip. We got to know more about Warsaw from the inside.
The history was poignant and seen at 1st hand, the development of the city and its food culture are linked through how people develop their cooking, preparation and storing different foods. Useful tip: don't have a big breakfast before the tour!
We enjoyed Marcin, our guide who, explained things well and enjoyed our conversations that covered many topics, especially travel and other cultures.
Thank you again Marcin, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Absolutely recommended.

Really enjoyed this food tour! Arturo, a Warsaw native and tour guide, gave us lots of extra info on history of Warsaw and tips for getting around and things to do. He pointed out and explained sights along the tour route. Excellent guide! We enjoyed all the stops and appreciated that in some of them we had choices of items to order. My favorite of the foods was the Pizy Bistro, where the pork and cheese pizy was totally delicious! Cucumber vodka was a nice addition. So glad we took this food tour!

This little tour was awesome. Some great eats and a quick tour of some of the spots in Warsaw that we would have never visited. Each of the spots was fun in its own way but the most fun was visiting Praga and having local moonshine. It was delicious by the way. Our guide was excellent and we would highly recommend this tour.

We do food tours in every city we visit if possible, we feel this is a great way to learn about the city, it’s history and if course the local and traditional foods. Mark was our very knowledgeable guide, we were picked up in an Cold War era fire truck. We made several stops to include a market as well as bakery and restaurants. Had the pleasure to taste and see these traditional foods. Would recommend.

My friend booked this trip as a pre-excursion for a group of us who arrived early for a small group 12 day fun tour of Poland. Most of us had traveled to Poland previously. This was my 4th trip to Poland. All of us loved this tour! The tour guide spoke excellent English. The vintage fire bus was fun, but not air conditioned ( it was very hot that week). Our 3 stops in the 4 hour tour were: 1. Food market, 2. New Town, and 3. Praga. We all especially liked the market visit. The food choices differed a little from the description, but all were terrific. We tried iced cold cucumber vodka, 2 kinds of soups, market foods, communist cola, and pyzy in Praga with rhubarb cake. I highly recommend this tour.

My wife and I like to book food tours on the first day we visit a city. We feel like it’s the best way to get our bearings in the city as well as become familiar with the culture and cuisine. Mostly, these food tours are as expected and you walk away with full bellies with some new historical knowledge about the city. In some rare cases, you get lucky, like we did, and an unforgettable experience occurs that you will talk about and cherish for years.
We were pleasantly surprised when Mark showed up at our hotel in the morning, explaining that we were going to be his only guests on the tour. A private tour! Not to mention that we got to drive around in an old communist-era minibus! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Mark. He is genuine in his friendliness and incredibly knowledgeable about his home city of Warsaw. (He also is very good at different accents!)
From the very first pastry shop where we ate donuts, to the last restaurant where we took vodka shots, Mark felt like an old friend taking us out around town. He really knows the BEST spots for every type of Polish food, and the history behind it.
We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our Warsaw trip and I would highly recommend this food tour (and specifically Mark) to anyone visiting Warsaw. I would also recommend being adventurous with the cuisine and try everything!

An outstanding tour. We really enjoyed the food, drinks, market and conversation. Every stop was unique and the market was a great way to sample the culture and local eats.
