It was a great trip. Kevin was very personable and friendly. Krakow and the salt mines were wonderful and well worth the trip.

The tour was very interesting. Kevin, our guide, take care of us every moment. The visit to the forest was amazing. I'll repeat if I can, no doubt.

It's a great trip. And Kevin and Lucas were our guides. They were fantastic and took special care to meet individual needs and made the trip memorable.

We were 17 friends traveling by Europe. When we stayed in Warsovia we got one day free time. So 7 of us decided to visit Auschwitz just one day prior . As we did not have enough time, we decided to research on internet about how to get to Auschwitz. We would have a lot of dificulties by getting there by train. So we found out AB Poland trips on internet and we booked a private car . We were afraid of not having availability or tickets enough . However the Ab Poland managed all the factors and turned the trip possible. The following morning our guide Kevin arrived on time and drove us to Salt Mine and Auschwitz. He was nice, polite , a good driver and always care about our needs . He had no problem related to loyalty , improper charges or professionalism of Ab Poland .

Wiktor was so nice and a great driver. My only regret was my Auschwitz ticket was not handled ahead of time, so I had to wait in line for a ticket and then also wait another 45 minutes for a tour, so an hour wasted. This also caused me to miss the cafe after the tour for water and something to eat since it closed at 6. Thank goodness Wiktor was able to beg them for a water for me!!! This was not his fault, and he still went above and beyond. Speaking of water, I followed AB’s instructions and did not bring my backpack or water bottle to the tour and left it in the car. Everyone else had larger bags filled with water without any trouble through security. Maybe the rules have changed? Thank you for a wonderful day! I’ll be back!

The tour to Treblinka with my thirty year old son* greatly exceeded my expectations. Jacek Jaron was a skilled, warm, and expert tour guide who paced the experience perfectly. In addition, he had just the right amount of sensitivity and kindness when I became emotionally overwhelmed at the monument. I honestly believe it was his personality and expertise that made it such a superb experience. I will strongly recommend this tour to family and friends. * I couldn't choose traveling with an adult child as an option for "Who was with you?'

Very good driver and a fantastic guide, very easy going and definitely wouldn't have been able to do trip to Białowieża within such a short timeframe without Jesper!

Although a private tour was requested due to company issues, it should have been shared and at a different pace. Even so, the experience was satisfactory, especially due to the very professional and pleasant driver, in addition to the sympathy of the other companions. Regarding what was visited, everything according to what we expected, perhaps lunch could be something more typical of the area.

THis was a WONDERFUL trip. WE booked the Premium Car-- both of us have bad back or hips... It was very comfortable. Our driver didn't speak a lot of ENglish, but was plenty able to communicate. The ride to Krakow was long, but worth it. (We stopped at a McDonald's for breakfast on the way.) Met our guide just outside the Old Town in Krakow... she was knowledgeable and pleasant. The Old Town was BEAUTIFUL-- would love to have an opportunity to go back and explore on our own!! After the walking tour (about an hour and a half), we ate a traditional Polish meal at a restaurant near where we were parked-- our driver ordered for us and ate with us. It was great. He then took us to the Old Jewish Quarter and we walked around for about 30 minutes before time to head to our Schindler's Factory tour. The drive there took about 10 minutes. That tour was CROWDED but oh-so-good. Our guide there was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Afterward, our driver stopped at a fast food restaurant for dinner on the way back to Warsaw. Just a note-- there is no "tour" along the drive-- I was a little disappointed in that, as I thought the driver would be pointing things out, etc. as we traveled, but that is NOT the case... Just a note so you realize that when you book. Regardless it was A VERY LONG DAY-- but a REALLY GREAT ONE!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

I booked this tour through the hotel concierge the day before. The tour start time was not too early in the morning, which was nice.It was very easy because they came to the hotel where we were staying. The driver, Jasper, was very good. He came on time for pick up, drove safe but speedy. His English is very good. I would recommend this tour.
