My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Chris. It did run over 3 hours. The pick up at our hotel was late but I called the phone # and was assured that we were on the list. Lots of information in a short time period. Our questions were answered and Chris was very knowledgeable. No beer but water and chocolate. A good way to get an overview and ideas for later museum and area exploration. And Chris had a lovely sense of humor. The driver was skilled and the tour bus was comfortable Lots of walking on uneven surfaces.

This was a very nice tour, a mixture of driving in a comfortable Mercedes van and walking in the old town district. We got some amazing photos and our guide was very knowledgeable, but a bit too "aggressive" in explaining historical issues.

Honestly, I might’ve rated it higher if I’d understood the guide. His accent was terribly strong and I struggled to understand him. Also, there is incorrect information in the description. No beer, as others mentioned. And it was not 45 mins at the park. The guide said it would be 30 minutes, when in fact it was 1 hr and 15 mins. This may not have been a big deal, except I’d injured my knee and, thinking I could tolerate 45 minutes, I did it,but an hour and 15 presented a problem. One other issue. My hotel had three entrances, and I needed to know which entrance to be at. I sent a WhatsApp text the day before (early) and an SMS text the night before, but never heard from them. I guess it worked out, but don’t list the phone number for “issues” if no one from the company was going to answer. Maybe they were too tired from the extra walking and drinking all our beer. Ha! I did like the variety of what we saw and if you like history, you will enjoy this tour, at least if you can get a different guide. I also like the size of the tour (15 people) and the instant camaraderie.

The tour guide was very good. everything else was very poor. There was no pickup from my hotel. I receiv5e a message about the gathering point after i had paid, and when i contacted them, they said, "Sorry too many pickups." I selected and paid for the tour I'm interested in. However, they put you in the available spot without even informing me, I found this by accident.

Enjoyed the tour of Warsaw including the history and stories of Poland history. The tour bus was comfortable, air conditioned and we appreciated being picked up at our hotel. While still water was provided in the pockets of the seats onboard, the beer, soda and chocolates never were offered as listed in the description.

We were picking up from our hotel and went to pick up more people from other hotel, the group was of 8-10 men who didn’t look sober, they were very loud and after tour guide asked them to keep it down because it was impossible to hear anything they ignored it and when I asked the men behind me to lower his voice he started a verbal abuse and we had no choice but to leave. The tour guide felt very bad called the office asking if he should call the police, they instructed him to let us know that tomorrow morning we could take the same tour complimentary. We were left in the middle of the city not even dropped back to our hotel. In the morning we took the same tour and we were charged full price. When I called the company and asked why you say complimentary and charged full price, she said it was not their fault and they are not responsible for their customers behavior. Of course it was more of them and only 2 of us. Very disappointing and unacceptable

I wasn't completed, and the driver didn't show up neither I didn't receive a message or an email for cancelling the trip. I need to refund my money please

Great tour of the city. Was lucky to also have a good mature group! Warsaw is full of amazing history and definitely a great city to tour. It’s also quite affordable!

The tour guide was amazing as well as informative. We were able to cover many important places in Warsaw. I learned so much! I would highly recommend it.

The Guide wasn’t speaking English clearly so we had difficulty to understand what he was saying, in result to loose our interest .

Leo was extremely knowledgeable and quite friendly and helpful. The tour was easy to book and reasonably priced. We only had one day In Warsaw and wanted at least an overview of this interesting city. 😊

I am quite shocked by the reviews for this tour. My experience was totally different and one I would not recommend. The tour was 3 hours long. The first hour was taken up by a walk around a park to look at trees and grass with the odd statue here and there. The tour leader provided no coherent history or storytelling. Providing very random comments about Warsaws history. It got to the point one when one of the tour group had to ask where we were and what was the point of the stop. To top it all off, the tour offers a hotel pick up service. However, although my hotel was named as a pick up location, I was contacted the night before to say the bus couldn’t pick me up at my hotel, so I’d have to walk to the next hotel—20 minutes away. Although we were offered a drink and sweet, the extra money for the tour versus the cost of a normal walking tour or hop on or hop off bus was simply not worth it.
