Great hour long boat trip with very knowledgeable guide called Tom. Had lots of great information about the city and had maps etc to hand.

Absolutely amazing tour, the alarm didn’t go off so we didn’t make our morning trip, however they allowed us to go later on at no extra cost. Matthew was a great tour guide and really knew his stuff. 100% recommend doing this to see the sights of krakow and learn about the history.

Serve cheese platter with just 3 skinny stick breads and when you want to ask for more bread they say you have to order cheese platter again when you only want is the bread. They are not flexible at all.

This was our first time in Krakow, so decided to take a trip on the river just to see the city from the water. We boarded the boat and took our seats at the stern. We were told there would be a commentary in English. We were very disappointed when it started as we couldn't hear over the noise of the engines and people talking. Apart from that we enjoyed the trip. Luckily we had a guide book and a map so could make out the places of interest. It was a very pleasant way to spend an hour or so in a sunny and hot day.

A nice chilled hour cruising down the river with an audio guide was nice. Refreshments on board too. One of the boys working on my boat tour was cute too which always helps 🤷🏻‍♀️😅 aswell as being friendly and chatty! Would recommend if you have an hour to kill

Great evening boat tour. Got some cracking photos. It was -7 and the blankets helped. Definitely worth a visit took the tour with a drink included. The only issue with it being so cold no toilet so make sure you go twice lol before going on the boat.

Not much to be said the tour guide was very pleasant and talkative. The tour itself was very somber and a huge insight to evil.

Well organised trip to visit such tragic events in history. Tour guide very informative and helpful. Take food with you as there is no cafe but there are snack vending machines. Wear comfortable shoes as lot of walking. Collected at our accommodation and returned back. Would highly recommend this company to visit Auschwitz with.

Me and my friends went on a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and we loved it! Everything was super well organized, we got picked up from our hotel on the other side of the city, and the whole experience was really moving. Big thumbs up!

We were a bit late on the booking but they were willing to work with us and arrange a hotel pick up to Auschwitz! So excellent service and great English!

The driver contacted us the evening before to provide us with additional details for the pickup from Krakow city center. They arrived on time and we had a comfortable ride from the city to the memorial site where a guide was already expecting us to and led us through both Auschwitz I and Auschwitz-Birkenau, with transfer in between. It was a memorable experience for all of us. The guide was extremely knowledgable about the history of the camps, pointing out details and always engaged with our group. The transfer back to Krakow went smoothly, too.

The trip was organized very well. The bus arrived at the agreed time. Our guide had a wealth of knowledge about the experiences people had at Auschwitz and Birkenau during WW2, which helped us understand the stories even more. He told everything very interesting, was kind and helpful. It is a profound, thought-provoking experience. I RECOMMEND!
