About
See the royal city from the river from the deck of a modern catamaran, embarking on a short panoramic cruise on the Vistula River. As you pass Wawel, churches and other monuments, hear information about them from the boat's modern sound system and enjoy beautiful views from the open platform in fine weather. A heated deck and comfortable leather sofas will make you feel at home even on cold days. After reaching your destination, meet your guide and walk along the streets of the former Jewish ghetto, which existed in Podgórze during the war and which still bear traces of those terrible events. See a fragment of the undamaged wall around the ghetto, houses where thousands of displaced Jews lived, the historic pharmacy "Pod Orłem" and the monument with many chairs at the Ghetto Heroes Square.

    Unforgettable experience!
The guide was extremely knowledgeable, informative and pleasant. There are a lot of pictures and a lot of information to take in. Disappointed we couldn’t linger at every exhibit because we had to stay with the group. It definitely is still worth doing the tour because it is so informative.

    First class tour guide
My wife and I had booked the 1130 tour but due to traffic our taxi missed our time slot, so I cancelled to try to rebook for 1200, but unfortunately didn’t read that once cancelled within 24 hours we had lost our booking and deposit. However the Excursion City staff made a quick phone call and we were booked in without any hassle so I would definitely recommend using this tour company. We were then introduced to Helena our guide around the museum and what a god send this was. Helena is a local historian with personal stories from WW2 and had lost her grandfather during the war which made the tour extra special and very emotional. We highly recommend this tour company and if you can get Helena as your guide you will definitely not be disappointed she’s amazing!

So much history. A must place to visit when you’re in Krakow.
This is a must place you need to visit when you’re in Krakow. Depending on where you’re staying – I was in old town– It’s about 2 miles away so either plan on doing a doable walk or take an Uber. Our tour guide was awesome, however, it’s a very busy and packed place so if you do a tour, it might feel fast-paced and Not as intimate as others. There wasn’t much Q&A amongst her and the tourist. Not that she wouldn’t want that it’s just that there wasn’t time because we always had to keep moving. To be in a place like this, after reading about it and seeing the films and television shows, is a whole different experience. When you book this or come here, please no that the actual factory Next door is now an art museum. This is the administrative building which was turned into a museum. Don’t let that deter you because there’s a lot of history to take in. If you don’t do the tour and just come here, you might be able to take your time but not learn as much as you would from having a tour guide. I’d recommend doing the tour.

    Schindler Factory Tour
This place is very popular and I highly recommend taking a guided tour. It is a great way to get the history and you stop at each point in the museum to look around. While we were in there a lot of solo people would try to come through and our group was in the room so it made it hard for them to see. On top of that our guide was amazing and knowledgeable and really knew how to present the information to get the best experience. Highly recommend this!

    Just book it
Wasn't what we expected we thought it would be a factory tour of the working factory but it wasn't it was memorabilia and a museum of items collect throughout the war the tour guide was fantastic and showed us around the different parts of the museum however I do feel like if I was to go back again I would just book to get in and have no tour due to feeling rushed and we did miss other parts

Worth the blisters we will have tomorrow
We had a wonderful tour of Kazimierz, Schindler museum and ghetto. Our tour guide Barbara was excellent and full of knowledge on the areas we visited and very happy to answer questions we had. Highly reccommend this tour if like me you have interest in history.

    Great guide
I enjoyed the tour, but it was not so much about Scindler and the factory, but about Krakow before and during the war wich was interesting… I recommend doing this tour with a guide, you get a better understanding of the exhibition and you don’t need to stand in line to get in….

Schindlers Factory and Ghetto Krakow Tours
It was an very learnful, interesting and emotional Tour. Very recomendable! The only improvable point would be: - The Schindlers Factory is inside pretty tight and because of also individual visitors there are no Space for the guided group and/or for the individual visitors. Smaller groups would be a solution or only group-tour possibilities.

Great guide, but packed (in summer)
The tour guide was great, but this tour was so packed that it was hard to enjoy. It didn’t seem like there was a limit on the number of people allowed on the tour.

    Terrible place to visit
Went here with my family, we all thought it would be a good attraction to visit as the history behind Schindler is fascinating, how disappointed were we, it was basically another history lesson about the war/Nazi's/invasion of Poland, very little about Schindler, I would not recommend this attraction at all.

    Factory tour.
Good exhibition, more than just Shindler related, but a history of Krakow and its JewIsh population, and their treatment by the nazis.

    Take this tour
This tour was the best tour that I had in Poland/Krakow area. The guy took us through the history of the invasion and the aftermath, detailing out. The various historical objects were plenty full and varied. It moved me to tears. Especially when the guide talked about her grandparents who experienced this as local Jews. I can’t say enough good things. The only downside were the crowds.
