In my earlier visit to Poland with my family I had experience to have a short journey with Kraków Taxi service, the behaviour and quality of ride was just outstanding. the vehicle was well-maintained and had a smooth ride.

I initially booked this company to collect our party of 6 from Krakow airport and then drop us at our Airbnb in the outskirts of Krakow. As soon as we got off the plane and airplane mode was switched off, I received a message from the driver to tell me where he would be waiting and what vehicle would be collecting us. Due to their efficiency and good communication, we used this taxi company of numerous other occasions during our stay. Due to an disastrous error on my part at the end of our stay, when I realised we had to be a Katowice airport instead of Krakow, this company went out of their way to come and collect us immediately and get us safely to the right airport in time to meet our flight. All of the drivers we dealt with were helpful, polite and courteous. Thank you very much Taxi Bus Krakow - was a pleasure dealing with you.
