Loved the thermal spa! Michal was great, full of local knowledge and shared some of his Polish culture with us which was lovely. Very nice guy, made sure we all knew where to go and how to get the best out of our time here. Would highly recommend! Plus he had a great playlist for the bus!

We had a great time a the thermal Spa. Our guide Michael picked us up at the meeting point in krakow and took us straight to the spa. On the way he explained how the spa worked and what to expect. This was particularly useful at setting our minds at ease about how things worked at the spa. On the way he pointed many interesting facts about places we passed through and kept us entertained with his english music playlist. Highly recommend a trip to the spa better yet a trip there with Michael.

Today we had a lovely day doing the sky lift while walking through the Slovakian trees, Zakopane was lovely in the mountain admiring the incredible view and in the old town walking through the Christmas market shop tasting local cheese food, Thank you very much to our driver Kamil, we had a nice chat during the trip and gave great advice to us for local food and drink places, and offer to us to drop us to our apartment instead of the pick up point 🫡 Thanks again ✌🏼

Michal was our driver he was very good and informative. Drive was quite long but he kept us entertained with all his facts. Overall great experience and good music in bus, would recommend 👍

A full day tasting cheese, Zakopane village and lift then to the thermal baths. Excellent and well worth a visit. Matt our guide was amazing and very informative.

The trip, a full day, was amazing from start to finish. Lots of snow added to the festive feel of our holiday. Our driver Mateusz was wonderful. He was friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable about the area of Zakopane and gave us lots of information. The thermal baths were amazing, set inside a gym/spa. The swim up bar was an added bonus. Lots of different smaller pools inside. We experienced cheese tasting which was delicious. The ride on the funicular up the mountain in Zakopane gave breath taking views This trip is really worth doing

The costumer service was out of the park, on the journey he provided a lot of information about krakow and the towns leading to zakopane, amazing to see the history behind this beautiful place! Michel was an amazing tour guide was very friendly and a pleasant driver, gave us lots and lot of information out Poland and the culture, he talked us through the day out and exactly what we would be doing.
