The communication from our driver was brilliant. Pick up was from the hotel and very efficient. We also opted for the packed lunch which made everything much easier. I would highly recommend using this company for any trips and tours in krakow

Well organised trip. We did Auschwitz only (without Salt Mines afterwards). Picked up from hotel at 7am. Small minibus just for 8 people so just 2 pickups total then about an hour and a quarter to Auschwitz. Driver was friendly and gave us information about how the trip would go. Tickets and guides at Auschwitz were all organised by the driver. Overall took about 7 hrs before we were back at the hotel. Highly recommended for a hassle free trip

Robert was a helpful guide and an excellent driver when we decided to extend our tour on our day trip to Auschwitz and then on to the salt mines he explained everything clearly which is helpful as I'm going deaf.

Our driver Bartek was on time introduced himself very well and explained how long things would take on the day for the journey from our hotel to Austwitz and the tour itself. The tour guide was excellent she was full of knowledge and explained everything so well. Highly recommend this tour.

Auschwitz... A big thank you to our driver Conrad, who contacted us the day before to make final arrangements for pick up from our apartment. He was informative of what the day entailed and pointed us in the right direction on arrival. We was last tracked thru and after a short comfort break we met our Guide. Our Guide was superb in his tour of the Horrors of Auschwitz and very informative, we wasn't rushed around which was great and this gives you time to really take in what you are experiencing. After the tour of both sites we was then safely delivered back to our accommodation.

Driver was on time and had some great recommendations. Obviously the tour was extremely sad and confronting but very important to learn about. Our guide was very sensitive and knowledgable.

Great service to/from Krakow, they accommodated lunch package even on short notice and it was delicious and inexpensive. Tickets were acquired immediately upon arrival at the museum and brought back on time to catch our train from Krakow back to Warsaw including a quick visit to the main square. Recommend anyone in need of a private or group tour.

Very well organised. Communicated well by text and email. Pick up was on time. Guide (Mario) was excellent, coach was good, transfer from Salt Mines to Auschwitz went smoothly, them Mario came into his own with a respectful but passionate commentary around Auschwitz and the Death camps. Arrived back at Krakow where we were picked up.

Collected from apartment. On time ,polite very clean and comfortable vehicle. Clear explanation of how the trip would go. Tour guide was clear and concise, was concerned that we would not keep up however our guide did go at a reasonable once that we could just about keep up with. It is a lot of walking and a fair few stairs to climb. The only real negative I have is that there was no time to browse the shop, would probably have purchased a book to read and mark my visit however we just walked straight on through.

I was contacted a few days before the trip through the trip advisor app and via whatsapp. This was very helpful as I was able to arrange our pick up location. Pick up was great and only a short walk from our air b&b. The driver was friendly and we were able to watch a documentary about Auschwitz on the journey. On arrival we were quickly given our tickets and a headset so that we could hear our guide. This was fantastic as i am deaf and usually struggle on tours. Our tour guide at was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Auschwitz was a heartbreaking place but I have always wanted to visit to learn more about the atrocities that happened there. It does get very upsetting seeing and hearing everything for yourself. After visiting Auschwitz we met our driver again and made the journey to Birkenau. Again we had our guide who was very knowledgeable. This tour was well worth the money and managed very well. No waiting around and we'll prepared. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional service from start to finish, good communication before the trip . All felt very well organised , picked up in a lovely clean mini bus. Our driver was very professional. Although the camps are harrowing it is a must do while in Krakow and I would definitely book through this company again.

Interesting tour of Auschwitz but not enough time to really take everything in as we were rushed around. A lot of building renovations going on and part of the tour was closed so didn’t get to see much. Only given 15 min lunch break before going to Auschwitz 2. Felt very rushed and was a scorching day. Trip to Auschwitz 2 only lasted 30 mins as they’d reduced the tour due to heat. Don’t feel we got to see and experience everything we should have. Disappointed.

It was very well organized. The driver, Tom, is very informative and it was a good decision to have him arrange the lunch box for me. The tour guide was good too.

A very poignant visit. Lots to think about and history to take in. Tastefully done. I visited about 27 years ago, and it has unfortunately become more commercialised. However a must visit for everyone, to remember and honour those millions of victims. Learning from history so it doesn’t repeat itself.
