We really enjoyed our boat tour it was very relaxing watching the sights !the views of the castle were fab along with the Wawel dragon

Sad reality is that there’s nothing to see from the river - very dull, total waste of time. If you want a city tour, choose a bus.

Was an ok cruise. The prerecorded commentary was very monotone and wasn’t really selling the different sights and to be fair, there wasn’t a lot of information given either. It was a nice cruise which passed an hour of the day, but not one I’d probably push others to do.

The boat trip was good, the weather was great and the views were lovely. The commentary left a lot to be desired! Hardly any commentary, but when there was, the information added nothing to what we were looking at. It was dull, uninformative and unfortunately, spoiled the trip for my husband and I. Had I known it was going to be so poor, I would have brought my guidebook and found out for myself. We didn't find the guys at the Arcadia very helpful. We didn't know where to board the boat and they gave us no information. It was quite by chance, when I was desperately trying to shade from the sun, that we fell upon the correct boat. Not a brilliant experience, but could be improved with more attention to detail.

Vistula River Cruise was a nice break and very reasonable. I highly recommend. The hour long cruise gives a nice overview of Krakow.

Lovely relaxing trip on the river. There were only 2 of us but they still ran the ride. The commentary was very informative & I would recommend this as it was a lovely quaint boat

Pros: The view was absolutely stunning. Very kind and friendly staff. Cons: The volume on the audio guide was very terrible; we couldn't hear the speaker well even though we were sitting right next to it. Because of this, we missed a lot of things that we thought were very interesting. The recorded audio guide also made the experience impersonal.

We decided to book the 5.20pm cruise last minute for something to do one evening. Despite the negative feedback this cruise gets, i can honestly say it was better than I expected. It was dusk when the boat left, sun was beginning to set, the last 20 mins of the cruise is in the dark. Great bar to grab a beer to relax after a day of walking. Worth it to sit back for an hour.

Was some lovely views, not more to it. Was a very pleasant boat trip, not the greatest but still worth a trip. Pleasant staff.

We really enjoyed this Vistula river cruise (1hour) there was interesting commentary throughout pointing out places of interest. Highly recommended.

I purposely chose the gondola cruise rather than the bigger boats, as I thought it looked more relaxing. It was a lovely way to enjoy the river and very peaceful with only 3 passengers on board! The cruise was very pleasant and the audio guide was reasonably interesting.

Mariusz was our captain was absolutely fantastic on our gondola ride!! We had the best couple of hours, the cruise was amazing with beautiful scenery! Mariusz could not have been more helpful and made our ride even more fun! I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Poland to go on this cruise with this company and even luckier if you have the same caption!!

This was part of a midweek break. Very relaxing hour on the river. Krakow is well worth the visit.plenty to do, won't break the bank. Good food at exceptionally low prices. Two of us ate well every night for around £20 including a beer.
