- 365luisl00Fantastic tour and siteAmazing tour and cultural exhibition. Our tour guide, Ana, did an amazing job walking us through the exhibits. She had great knowledge about everything, from the pre-WWII build-up, through the invasions of both Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia, to the occupation period, and Schindler’s work to save people from certain death, everything was so well described. Definitely do this one.
- CarolienN700Disappointed in people working thereTry to help someone who kindly askes for help instead of yelling at them, pushing them the wrong way.
- isaacgamingd00FabulousFantastic tour Excellent tour guide very knowledgable on the 10.30 tour 7/8/23 A definite must The history is so interesting and the layout so real
- timnanna197400History of Jews in Krakow during Nazi eraVery interesting history of the Jews in Krakow during the Nazi era. We had an amazing tour guide. I would have liked to hear more about Schindler, although there was an honest discussion about him at the end.
- lindacW5366YB00Superb TourThe Jewish Quarter, Schindler’s factory museum and the Ghetto with a guide is a must! An informative and fascinating tour with a fabulous guide who shared personal family experiences.
- zaraj0600Poor organisationTour felt rushed, there was very little organisation of groups as there wasnt a direct instruction of where to meet, it just said “meeting point” on the email which was a bit vague, they do eventually bring out a card with the time on and the guide calls people to them but becsuse we werent told this originally and the security guard told us to wait in the queue, we just wasted time (then being told we didnt have to by a lady) it felt a bit chaotic to be honest, with loads of people wandering about clueless as to where to go, earphones could have been more eco friendly and comfortable - plus the poor quality earphones made it hard to hear your own tour guide without overhearing the other groups which made things a bit overwhelming. We both have autism so struggle when we aren’t given clear instructions.
- grahamt6600Great guide, a must in our option, just a little rushed. Was great to have an English speaking guide, felt a little rushed though. There was so much to absorb after hearing the guide speak but not enough time to read and take it all in. Without a guide you’d be lost!! This is not an Oscar Schindler tour, more a history of Poland through the war that takes place in the Schindler factory.
- Sightsee0953235897600InformativeSo we booked a guided tour of Schindler's factory which was very informative. English speaking guide with headsets. This is a must see place to look at the heritage and how the Nazi war machine worked and how Schindler saved some precious lives. The only thing I'd say it was a bit rushed so consider not using a guide as you can still see the museum and easy information boards, pictures etc. It's very imotive
- 908marinob00Historian tour guide. Need I say moreOur tour guide was a historian and absolutely brilliant. Definitely worth the tour and best to date
- Emmalaurenparry00Excellent tour guideWent to the tour 28/7/23 at 14:00 The tour guide was excellent, really friendly and approachable, very well spoken, very interesting facts, and it was a nice day :). I have now ordered the book the tour guide recommended the krakow ghetto pharmacy. Thankyou so much
- Sightsee0953235897600Not very interesting unless you're interested! So we went to see this attraction as it was raining in Krakow. The first part was a bit misunderstanding as it didn't flow properly and the artifacts were plastic? As we went around there were genuine articles and artifacts from the medieval times. Think it was £6 to get in and it passed half an hour. I suppose if you are from the area it might be interesting?
- Weronika P00Great 2 hour tour for 1st timersMonika was our your guide. She was really clear, easy to understand and shared lots of knowledge on the history of Wawel and the Royal Cathedral. Highly recommend.
- Brianne W00Very interesting and good guideTrip was really well organised and the guide was very knowledgeable! You get given headphones so you can hear the guide and she was very clear.
- ChristianTellefsen00Nice exhibition, but crowdedInteresting museum, guide was engaging. It was very crowded. The entire museum was filled with one big queue of groups being herded through. It would probably be best to visit during off season. Still, definitely worth a visit.
- 54mtpt00A Nazi exhibit of occupying Krakow. This was an exhibition of Nazi occupation of Krakow, there was no factory tour but an exhibit in some former offices I guess at the end of a factory, and I really didn't learn a lot about Schindler. Very slow ticket desk, more staff needed when crowds build. A interesting exhibition all the same.
