Great tour even before it started. He communicated well about picks up and what to bring. Arrived promptly in a very nice air conditioned vehicle to drive to the auschwitz tour. Told us what to expect and walked us to the entrance and showed us where to get snacks etc. was waiting when we were done and even dropped us off in the market square 5 out of 5!

I had booked my entry to Auschwitz before trying to figure out how to get there and back to Krakow. I found review's on Shuttle4You here on TA, then contacted them via their website. Damian replied back very promptly to the questions I had. We ended up booking his services to drive us from Krakow to Auschwitz, pick us up after our allotted time there ended, take us to the salt mine, and then back to our hotel in Krakow. He picked us up at 8:20 AM (earlier than he recommended but we didn't want to be rushed getting in; he was right...we had plenty of time) at our hotel and returned us to the hotel around 6:30 PM. He was, as his card says, right on time. Because we had extra time, he drove us by a small memorial on the way to (and close to) Auschwitz that had a plaque and railroad car as a memorial. It was a slight detour, but nice of him to do that. The group consisted of my family: me, wife, teen daughter. When I told them I was going to write a review on TA and asked them what they thought I should write, one of them said to note the detour I mentioned above. Also, he knew a lot about history surrounding the camps, which he shared with us when we asked him questions. We also agreed that he was very good about knowing when we wanted to talk, and when we didn't. We have worked with other drivers that were great, and that talked the duration of our several hours to and from a specific place. Damian was great about being able to sense when we wanted to talk and when we want to rest our eyes a bit or decompress from what we had seen at the camps. I cannot recommend Damian highly enough. He was professional, punctual, and his vehicle was in great condition (and the AC worked great). Thank you very much for helping make our trip to Poland so amazing Damian!

Damian drove us from Krakow to Auschwitz; organised a private tour for us there, and then drove us the 6 hours to Prague. He was an excellent driver and his vehicle is very comfortable. Great English and extremely knowledgeable- definitely a 5-star service. Highly recommended.

Great service from Damien. We were contacted the day before, for final confirmation of pick up time etc. Collected at the hotel and transported to the camps in a clean and comfortable mini van. Damien was very warm, knowledgeable and conversational. Looked after us the the entirety of the trip. Fantastic, I couldn't recommend him enough, in fact I'm writing this review on the way back to the hotel. We booked a private transport from Krakow to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Site. Damian Szafran met us in the lobby of our hotel (right on time!) and gave some good insight along the way. His van was very nice and he went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and assist with the tour. Overall a great experience, thanks in no small part to Damian’s efforts Thank you, Damian!

Here at the warsaw private tour with Damian! Together with my friend we both enjoyed the visit! From the shuttle service with Damian , nice shuttle, careful driving and we were given time to shop . Damian was very patient with us esp during our shopping at a very nice polish shop! Our local tour guide where Damian brought and accompanied us was very engaging! Damian gave us also a very informative tour about krakow and warsaw after our tour with the local guide! We love the restaurant Damian recommended us for lunch! All in all our warsaw experience was great because of pur very good guide Damian! And most of all Damian is very punctual!!! Glad we got this trip with shuttle4you krakow with Damian!!! Not easy to leave a review for this visit as the experience was quite harrowing. Having said that I believe that everyone should visit this site. It should be on the national curriculum. A must do experience.

We were very impressed with the whole experience provided by our driver Damian Szafran. He was very knowledgeable about the history and details of the region. The car was comfortable, well organised and although the visit is quite a confronting one we enjoyed our visit. We recommend this as a stress free way to visit this historical site. Picked up and dropped off door to door.

Wonderful experience! Fully satisfied all my requirements. Damien provided me with a first class day. While going to Auschwitz is difficult, having Damien as my guide and driver, streamlined the entire program; moreover, Damien provided me with a wonderful perspective on Auschwitz, as well as a before and after historical view of Poland. This is a 1:1 type experience - meaning this transport is just for you and your group. No driving around to 5 other hotels to pick up strangers. Equally important, Damien drove me to parts of Auschwitz not typically viewed on the regular tour, and once onsite, he escorted me to the front of the 1,000 person line waiting to enter the site.

Incredibly powerful. You are standing in the exact same areas, on the grounds, walking the rails where the atrocities of genocide occurred. Our tour guide Damian was fabulous. So incredibly knowledgeable about all of history, not just WWII. My 22 yo son accompanied me, and he is a history encyclopedia. Damian and he had wonderful conversation. The tour had 30 people but we had headphones, so we were always able to hear his discussions. The ONLY drawback was the speed at which we walked through in Auschwitz. It is quite crowded and narrow so there really isnt a choice. Shuttle4u picked us up from our hotel in Krakow (Damian was our driver) in a private car, so for the entire ride, he discussed history with us. Would highly recommend Damian, his company, and the tour.

This is the second time that I have used Mr Shuttle for this tour. It was excellent before and excellent this time. Easy to book, great communication all the way through and amazing prices. The drivers were superb and very accommodating. Lunch was supplied and was great. I highly recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour. Door to door transportation aswell. Excellent throughout.
