The tour ran like clockwork, picked up on the dot, right outside our hotel. We were kept up to date on the journey, given good advice and the driver got our tickets for us and was very good with my 85 year old mum in law, constantly helping her into and out off the minibus. He was friendly and patient, picked us up exactly where and when he said. We were also given an option to pay for a packed lunch, as there is only 15 minutes between the two camps, and we were kept updated by text in the 2 days leading up to the tour, giving us confirmation and times. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. There are so many tour companies letting people down on this tour, these guys won't! Amazing. Thank you Grzegorz (our driver).

Excellent trip. Kris our driver was on time and very helpful. The tour was very good and well organised. Kris accommodated our needs and stopped for snacks and drinks on request.

Overall the trip was good, the driver collected us on time & was very efficient. The tour of Auschwitz felt a little rushed and the guide was hard to hear even with the headsets. There were many other groups at the same time and it was very busy. At the end of the Auchwitz tour we had lunch which we ordered via the driver. It was very nice and I would recommend ordering as there is not enough time to eat otherwise. We then went to Birkenau Camp … which is much larger. Here we didn’t have the headsets and it was very hard to hear what our guide was saying. It was an emotional and moving visit but something that everyone should experience

We booked a private tour from Kralow Hotel to Auschwitz with Krakow Discovery, and everything was excellent. Our driver, Marek, was outstanding—punctual, reliable, and very friendly. He took great care of us throughout the day, took us to the front of the line, organised all tickets etc, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His car was super clean and comfortable. The packed lunch was definitely worth it at 12 euros—convenient and good quality. We were dropped off back at the hotel right on time. Highly recommended!

We booked with Slavo NK, can highly recommend. Everything was organised precisely, pick up and drop off at hotel, tickets and tour guide all as planned. The service was helpful and informative. An exhausting day but well worth it.

Great experience. Transfer was on time and gave all the relevant information needed for the day couldn't fault him. Lunches were also offered if needed. Would definately use again when i return.

Slavo was really friendly, helpful and made the whole booking process so smooth. Our airport drivers were really helpful, friendly and drove safe. Konrad drove safe, was on time and was really helpful in answering any questions we had. The lunch provided (as a small extra fee) was delicious also. Clear and concise instruction from Bartok our lovely driver . Amazing but sombre experience at Auschwitz with Mical a very professional guide . The tour was at a brisk pace over cobbles so not suited to those who are not able . bodied . Completely recommend tour and organiser

We used Slavo NK and he was excellent. He answered all my questions while I was in the UK. Turn up on time explained everything that the day was going to entail and didn’t as for payment until the end of the trip. I would highly recommend him and his team especially Thomas.

We booked 1 day Auschwitz and Salt Mine Tour because we were not in Krakow a long time. Slavo organised everything well and it was very efficient. Collected at 7am. The only small point I would add is that we didn’t know we had to bring ID to get into Auschwitz or when we were supposed to pay the driver. Would be good tomorrow know in advance. But these are minor points. Auschwitz was an incredible experience. The tour guide was so informative and really made it a powerful experience. I would have preferred longer at the camp as parts were hurried but that was because we had to get to the Salt Mine. Harrowing tour but am so pleased we did it. Learnt so much. Be prepared for it to stay in your mind long afterwards. Am still in shock at the scale and the cruelty to be honest. Not helped but the fact we visited om a very cold day. The Salt Mine experience later that day was fascinating. Lots of steps down but thankfully a lift up! Very lovely tour guide brought it to life for us. Dropped back at our hotel around 6pm exhausted ready for a cherry vodka!

Very well organised trip. Great communications from Konrad and pick up right on time. Always informed of what was going on / going to happen. Guide around Auschwitz-Birkenau was fantastic - very knowledgeable and got the tone perfect. Definitely to be recommended.
