About the operator
- MistyRoss00A difficult but valuable experienceI took my son on this tour and it was certainly a very educational experience. Everything was done with dignity and respect to the victims. It was a lot of walking, but the feeling of literally walking in the footsteps of history made it all the more powerful. I think it is something that anyone would find valuable. My only criticism is the rampant commercialisation of the site, I felt very uncomfortable when I found Auschwitz fridge magnets. Books, absolutely of course, but fridge magnets and other such souvenirs felt wrong, to me.
- michaeloF3626EH00Not to be missedWell organised tour. Daniel picked us up on time and was very friendly and informative about how the day would run. Eva , our guide at Auschwitz, was great . Very passionate and knowledgeable and always open to answering of any questions. Salt mines are amazing and again our guide was full of information about the history and always welling to talk. We had the lunch through them too which was good value . Would highly recommend this tour
- 670jasonc00Very well organisedBrilliantly well put together trip, The driver Daniel was amazing, friendly, helpful & punctual, great value for money.
- jessicajM7493TI00A must for travel around KrakówVery personalized experience, the driver was very helpful and the trip ran very smoothly! I could not recommend them more!
- Daan V00Overall great experienceFor us, having a Dutch tour guide was important, hence using DutchPoint. This full tour-day is a must if you are interested in the history of WW2. Having a Dutch (experienced) guide from DutchPoint helps you to fully grasp the events which happened in the best. The tour is not for fun, but for a life experience which you will never forget. Even if you would want to...
- ddd94000Full tourWe did the full day 11 hour tour incorporating Auchwitz, Birkenau and the Salt mines. Very long day but well worth it. Daniel our driver was on time for pick ups, very polite and knowledgeable, he even dropped some guests off at a restaurant of their choice. Comunication from the company was good. Top tip - Take a packed lunch as the breaks are as and when between tours, we got ours from a local supermarket.
- francedebra00An experience not to missThe communication regarding pick up and the option of a packed lunch was great! The driver was really helpful & knowledgeable and the tour guides were fantastic! (And spoke good English) Be prepared for a lot of walking, we were shattered by the end of the day but would thoroughly recommend
- TravelingBill00Really just a transport and ticket entry provider, not on any tourWe booked this tour for Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine with a local guide from Krakow. This company provided transportation from our hotel to Auschwitz, then to Birkenau, then to the salt mine and back to our hotel. 8 of us in an 8 passenger van. They were on time and delivered us just fine to each location. I would rate their efforts 4 stars. But the tour company does not accompany you to any sites. However, the guide we had at the two concentration camps was poor. Extremely difficult to understand when she used the Vox, impossible when she didn't. She had a attitude that she was an old school teacher who took no questions and punished you if you didn't know the answers to her questions. I would rate her a 1. The guide at the salt mine was very good. 800 stair steps on the tour, most down, elevator at the end to bring you back to the surface.
- ginahX9218GE00Great all day tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt MineThe all day tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt mine was very organized and educational. The communication from our driver, Daniel, in advance of the tour was very good and appreciated. We were picked up at our hotel at the time specified and we preordered a box lunch which was very helpful. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was very educational and the guide did a great job of sharing the difficult subject in a compassionate yet factual manner. The Salt Mine tour was very interesting and allowed plenty of time for pictures throughout the mine. Would highly recommend this tour.
- Steven D00Transport to and from airport, amazing service. Safe, efficient and reliable. As a group of 4, we used this company for transfers to and from the airport, and also for Auschwitz, and the salt mines. Reassuringly, they take no money up front, and you only pay at the end of each trip. The price is good, the mini buses are in very good condition and clean, and all drivers were safe, Professional, helpful and spoke excellent English. There was literally nothing they could have done better. Their timing was spot on, and for airport transfers, this is really important. Our inbound driver was Adam, and because we were so tired at the end of our 4 day break, I’m gutted I didn’t write down the other drivers name, but like all the others we used, he was great. A very professional company, and I would 100% recommend to trip advisor readers, as well as my close friends and family. They were brilliant, and I hope to visit again soon. Thanks again, and also thanks to Slawek, who answered all emails very quickly and with everything we needed.
- Steven D00Amazing salt mines tour, private transport, amazing company. We did a number of trips with this company, and this was one of them. There were 4 of us and our driver for this one was Konrad. As before, the mini bus was in great condition, and Konrad drove very carefully, explaining things along the way. He explained everything perfectly well, and came with us to the entrance to give us our tickets and make sure we knew what to do. The salt mines were amazing, it’s a lot of walking and I would recommend just wearing a jumper or a fleece, it was a cold day “outside” but we definitely didn’t need our coats. The only thing I would like different (which is for the salt mine company and not this firm), was to provide a headset for each guest, (like Auschwitz), so you can hear the guide, and at the end of the salt mine tour, be clearer with people where and how to exit. Again, this was the salt mine, and absolutely not a reflection on Konrad, who was brilliant. As with the other trips, you pay nothing for these trips until the end, and they will drop you off in the main square, if you like. That’s exactly what Konrad did with us. A great trip and a fantastic company. We used them for this, Auschwitz-Birkenau and a taxi to and from the airport, and they were great every time. Thanks Konrad, great trip!
- juliankY7152ZP00Well worth it!The day overall was enjoyable and extremely well organised. The Auschwitz guide was knowledgeable but delivered the tour as if it was a race and a chore. It felt unemotional and an anti-climax and I struggled to connect with the devasting and traumatic events that took place there. I was a little disabled by a knee injury but the guide wasn't able to pause even one minute for me to catch up with the group which left me feeling embarrassed and a hindrance. The Salt Mines were a revelation. The tour guide was excellent, fun and interactive. The 800 steps and vast area we covered were not a struggle. It was a great end to an exhausting, full day.
- paulcH4950WV00Stress free travel in KrakowI was recommended this tour guide company and I too can highly recommend. From airport pick up to tours of the camp. Driver picked us up on time in a spacious, clean mini bus and provided all tickets for entry, with an option of a packed lunch for a very reasonable price. He waited until our tour was done and then dropped us back to our hotel. Will certainly use again, first class service.
- vicmaipotts00You'd be daft not to book THIS tour.Couldn't have asked for a better tour. We were given 24 hours notice via email and whatsapp as to what time Daniel would be picking us up at and he was fantastically on time and chatty (which was perfect given how early it was on a Sunday!). We were offered to have packed lunches prepped but because my partner is fussy we bought pack-ups the day before from a corner shop. We were in a small VW people carrier that comfortably held 8 passengers and the driver so we could meet up with the rest of our tour at all the different locations but always returning to the same vehicle to ensure no one got left behind. We were able to leave coats and bag in the van. Nothing felt rushed, we were able to explore at our own pace. The tours were well planned and very informative. Having the sombre Auschwitz-Birkenau tour first was well thought-out because it gave you the chance to feel the gravity of the atrocities that happened there. I had been before but did really get to feel what happened there. For Auschwitz we were given head phones so there was no guides shouting over each other. At Birkenau there was no need for headset, due to the space and quietness the guides were able to spread out and just talk to you. The only issue we had was another tour guide at Auschwitz trying to wrangle her tour of teens and cuts ours in half so we had to track down our guide but that's not our guides fault, just the impatient guide in the pink hat and scarf. Doing the Salt Mines after was perfect, it some horrible way it lightened the mood perfectly. All in all, would highly recommend.
- mads63500A tour not to be missed! Our driver Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. Communication was great before and on the day. A very good and safe driver. The tours were absolutely fabulous and informative. I would highly recommend doing both in one day as it was quite uplifting visiting the Saltmines in the afternoon. Daniel got the timings during the day spot on for us. Pick up at 7.20am and drop off about 6pm. You do alot of steps during the day so it was nice to get back to Krakow to relax in the evening. I would highly recommend the tour and guide.

Highly recommend this tour operator we were contacted by the driver the day before our trip to confirm pick up time from our hotel, driver was lovely and arrived on time and the vehicle we travelled in was very comfortable, when arriving at Auschwitz the driver took us to another gentleman who introduced us to the Guide. It was all very well organised, the guide was very informative and made the tour very interesting, it is quite emotional but I’m glad we did it, we were then taken back to our hotel by the same driver, all well organised and highly recommend

The tour was on mark with everything it advertised. Prompt pick up from our hotel, comfortable transport to the museum and camps, good communication about what to expect on the tour including option to order lunch in advance. All travel time and tour time durations were accurately communicated. Good value.

Used the hotel pick up service which was very efficient and on time. Our driver messaged the day before to offer a packed lunch which was very convenient as we were collected at 7am so wouldn't have had time to buy food before we left. (Wear warm clothes if going in winter.)
The tour guide we were allocated was brilliant!! The visit is extremely moving and emotional so be prepared with tissues. I wouldn't want to go again but think everyone should visit once to remember what happened there. I didn't take many photos as I just felt it was unnecessary and inappropriate. There are certain areas that photography is not permitted and rightly so. Most people have seen images from the concentration/death camps so why would you need your own?
So sad that humans are still doing horrible things to other humans 😢

A quick WhatsApp message was made to make an enquiry and we got an instant response, not only that, but the whole process was friendly and hassle free.
We were asked if we would like a packed lunch and told the price, we made a quick request for the sandwich filling to altered and again this was done , no problem.
We were then picked up from our hotel at the exact time given and then we headed off to Auschwitz & Birkenau.
The tour was great due to the ease of it all and the young lady guiding us (apologies, I can’t remember her name). The guide took us through the buildings explaining what happened where in the camp and gave a great narrative of it all.
After the tours were completed, we were brought back to our hotel as planned.
I can’t recommend this company or guide enough, as it was all so easy to book, then the company looked after everything else, thank you for making the trip so good.
10/10.

We couldn’t have asked for more from our wonderful driver. He went above and beyond to ensure that my father and I could get to visit Auschwitz today. Our flights has been delayed twice which meant we had to rearrange our trip twice at short notice.
Thoroughly recommend.
Thank you so much.

An experience to remember. Harrowing as I thought it would be but glad to have the chance to pay my respects. The driver was great, very helpful and friendly and they provided a very tasty packed lunch at just £10

The experience was interesting and harrowing. Very glad we decided to go do this. The only downside being the mini bus we got picked up in smelled like sick and had chocolate smeared into the back seats and was absolutely disgusting. It was quite warm on this day which only made the smell worse

Hi Shannon
Thank you for your feedback.
A very surprising opinion, for which I thank you in any case. Please consider that some customers eat in the car and do not care about cleanliness. The driver always cleans up after each trip, but it could have been dark the day before and he didn't notice the chocolate on the seat. Drivers use scents in their vehicles, and it may not be suitable for everyone. There are individuals who don`t tolerate any scent in the car at all. Please note that on the same day we noted some positive feedback from exactly the same tour.

Hi, Is the transport comfortable ?

Yes, it was a small minibus. (8 seater including the driver.) There were two other couples. The vehicle was clean comfortable and in excellent condition. The driver was excellent.
Hello, can I take my mobility scooter on this tour?

Auschwitz isn’t disabled friendly unfortunately, you may be ok outside on it but the ground is not smooth and level as it’s been kept as near to original as possible ,most of the tour is inside the huts which have stairs into and then have another level with stairs , However if you can manage it it’s so worth it

Hello,
I wish to travel to Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2 (Birkenau) on either 23rd or 24th September. Either date is ok.
But the information seems to indicate that I can not book as an individual, i.e it has to be two persons or more. Is it possible to join a tour party of others on either of the above dates ??

My wife and I just returned from Krakow, and we took a guided tour of both concentration camps. We saw many people that were not part of tours, so I don't think you'll have an issue going by yourself. You can google "Auschwitz self guided tours" and find plenty of links that give you the individual tour options.
I hope this helps.
