- 1Visit one of the most beautiful and largest castles in Lesser Poland. The Ogrodzieniec Castle from the 13th century, located in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, destroyed in the offensive by the Swedish Army in 1702. A place with an extremely rich history is open to you! The stronghold called the "Wolf's Jaw" built on rock formations in the 13th century in the place where there was a wooden stronghold burned down during the Tatar invasion, has an incredibly rich history. It was the property of many rulers who modernized it for 500 years. Destroyed by the Swedish Army in 1702, it complements the beautiful landscape of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. The castle experiences its second youth thanks to the series "The Witcher" from Netflix, where it was filmed.

- lynnemint0 contributionsExtremely professional, above and beyond!On our last day in Krakow, we decided last minute to make the trip to Auschwitz. It was a scramble because we had done zero research or previous planning, and had our 20mo toddler with us. I got great customer support *before* booking through their website (via Whatsapp) and then as soon as we booked, they went above and beyond. We had a very constrained time window, entry tickets for 4pm, and they helped us visit Birkenau first to make the most of the day. Our driver was Marcin and he was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and very professional. We live in the states, aren't Polish, and aren't sure when we'll next visit Krakow, so it was really amazing to be able to make this trip to Auschwitz so last minute and on our very last day. From the moment he picked uo the phone to make arrangements until he dropped us back off at our hotel, he knew everything about everything, told us all he knew and then some, but also left us in peace when we needed it. We actually booked a tailored tour to Aschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines. Given we had some time left, he took us for a ride in the neighbourhood and gave us another dimension to the already impressive story of Poland. went to see Ogrodzieniec Castle for my birthday, had a good time and a really interesting conversation throughout the day on our drive to and around the Castle. Wojtek was friendly, knowledgeable and a really good guide. to top it off he gave us some really good advice on where to get our dinner.
